Very worst product and service . I had a issue raised its been 3 weeks no resolution and I need to call all the time to take any kind of update . Very worst product it heats alot. Service people are too worst ,they just drag the time and say next day , next day ...that's all. I m very unhappy and don't prefer any product from Samsung

Extremely pathetic customer service by Samsung. Technicians are untrained and most of the time only suggesting part replacement without looking for root cause. Paid heavily and within 15 days problem reoccurs and instead doing the work sent in huge bill again. Please don’t buy Samsung any more.

50 inch TV for me going on 2 weeks now of the tech has to come look at it before we replace it. The TV worked for 2 days never again will I purchase any Samsung products.

Avoid purchasing any products or appliances from Samsung. Despite buying a washing machine from them along with a warranty, I've been facing issues since day one. Despite multiple complaints and a visit from a Samsung engineer, the problem persists after nearly two months, and there seems to be no solution in sight. The washing quality is extremely poor, causing my new clothes to resemble old ones and leaving detergent residue on them. Despite sending multiple videos and pictures of the issue, no resolution has been provided. Some engineers even suggested manually rinsing clothes before putting them in the machine, which defeats the purpose of owning an automatic washer and spending a significant amount of money on it. It's unfair to mislead consumers who already possess the knowledge of operating automatic machines. Stop concealing these issues and misleading the public. I need my money back or replace this product.

Let me tell you my experience. I have raised service request for an AC issue on 25th feb and till now no service center contacted. I have spoken to multiple samsung support team over call and whatsapp and each time they reverted with same response like issue will be escalated and service center will contact but till now there is no response from service center. And even samsung portal they show the service center name and location but when I search in google maps for it there is no such service center available at my place. Don't get trapped like me opt for other appliances as after sales support is beyond pathetic. Just for reference attaching the service center mentioned in samsung site. I bought a Samsung galaxy fold 4 from Bell and the foldable screen malfunctioned. So I sent the phone back to Samsung because it was covered under warranty for a year. After a couple weeks I called them to see if they were replacing my phone or not, and they told me they were sending me a brand new replacement phone which is great. The not so great part is that they sent my replacement phone through FedEx, and FedEx left my brand new $3000 phone at my doorstep right in front of a busy street while I wasn't home. It might have been around 9am when they dropped it off and I got home around 10:30 or 11 and my phone was gone. Nobody signed anything, they only took a picture of the package at the front door in the most obvious spot and left. I tried to file a claim with FedEx but they said I need to call Samsung and tell them to file the claim since they were the ones that sent the package. I called Samsung about 5 times and after giving me false hope they told me they couldn't do anything about it. I even called FedEx which was hard to do since they basically use a robot answering machine which makes it hard to get a hold of a person. FedEx told me again that I would need to call Samsung. So after calling Samsung one last time and being transferred over to "executive" customer service, they told me they had no way of filing a claim which is really hard to believe. So thanked them for no help and took the loss. to this day I feel like the FedEx driver stole my phone. He certainly could have held onto the phone and put a sticker on my door with the post office address it would be stored at. I find it weird how FedEx wouldn't attempt to redeliver the package, or try to call my phone. Samsung should have also made sure that the package requires a signature, and I actually think that I did ask if it did require a signature when I called them and they told me it did.

Samsung is a NIGHTMARE to work with! I am switching to Apple after what I have been through the last TWO WEEKS. My 6 month old Zflip 5 started literally coming apart by the hinge nothing that I did I called Samsung they said I was still under manufacture warranty and to send it in. No replacement phone nothing had to go without a phone. I sent it in and about 3 days later got an email saying it was unrepairable and they are shipping it back to me on 2/28. I called Samsung they said there was liquid damage and there absolutely was not! They advised I call my extended warranty Samsung plus. I told them what a rip off they are and to send my phone back. Call Samsung plus I have to pay $99 for a replacement and they have to hold A THOUSAND dollars til I send my old one in and I have 10 days to send it or they keep the 1000. I did that. March 2nd rolls around still no "broken phone" call Samsung all they could say was its in shipping. Meaning these idiots never sent my phone. Here we are March 5th I call Samsung AGAIN and they STILL haven't sent my phone. They all of a sudden decided they were going to repair my phone but was waiting to do so. I told them they needed to send my phone TODAY. We Shall see if they actually do. Worst company ever!!! Never buy through Samsung! I never wi again

My Samsung phone stopped working in less than two months. We went to a Samsung warranty center who informed me that the phone was not holding a charge. I sent it directly to Samsung. Upon receipt of the phone, the informed me that it was broken inside of the phone that no one saw and they could not provide pictures or any type of evidence that the phone was damaged internally (with no outward sign of damage). They want me to pay over $200 to fix this invisible damage that their repair shop and not one else saw.

pathetic customer service .. never had such an experience with any other brand. Mechanic never visited.. customer service has no clues. Without inspecting asking to get the fridge at a service station

I bought 4 new Samsung appliances at lowes. The vegetable crisper drawers would not pull out easily from start and cracked down sides within couple months of having fridge and Samsung refused to replace drawers. Ice dispenser is slow and puts out low amount of ice. Just sad that they would not replace the drawers at least after I spent all that money on 4 appliances

Needed a new switch panel for a 5 year old Samsung Range. The standard support channels were unhelpful... for about a month... eventually we contacted Shane Higby, Vice President in charge of Samsung's US Appliance Division. Mr Higby delegated to what we assume were people he felt would be able to deal with the issue. He chose badly. Even though Mr Higby's designates insisted for 2+ weeks that the part was in stock and available, they were unable to get the part to us. Rather than having Samsung waste more of our time and since the VP of Samsung's Appliance Division couldn't get the issue solved, we replaced the range with one from a different company. Horrible customer support. Inexcusable that the normal support channels failed for weeks, but after seeing that the guy in charge of the division was so indifferent and ineffective, it's easy to see that this is a culture problem that starts from the top. We will never recommend a Samsung Appliance, wouldn't wish this kind of experience on anyone. Don't be fooled by the great ratings Samsung has during the first year or two of ownership, their 'life cycle' plan is for their appliance to be obsolete within 4 to 6 years... and they do a terrible job of supporting their products.

Customer service is HORRIBLE. We sent my sisters phone to get a very small crack in the screen repaired. They said it would be 5-7 business days. Many frustrating phone calls, empty promises, and a month and a half later they finally told us they could not repair her phone and could not provide a refund. We were very upset and after an hour on the phone they said they could send her a replacement phone but could not send back her old phone which was very special to my sister. It has been 2 weeks and they STILL have not sent her a new phone! The whole process fells like a scam!

I have been contacting Samsung customer service and tech support since Feb 23, until now Feb 24 issues still not resolve. Every time I called they keep forwarding my calls to every department, This is unacceptable, this is the worst customer service. I urge everyone not to buy any Samsung products. Worst customer service!!

50' Oled Samsung Tv is not worth the money. Freezez all the time, is having big delay,good colours,bright,but overall tv is not worth buing.

Extremely disappointed with the abysmal customer service from Samsung. After enduring weeks of waiting, my order was canceled, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket. A complete waste of both time and money. Suffice it to say, I'll be taking my business elsewhere and steering clear of Samsung in the future.

The galaxy z flip 4 was a fail. It took me to research the problems after I had mine to realize I made a mistake. The phone simply failed. Screen turned black because of the folding mechanism. Its never been dropped or submerged in water. Owned for less than a year. And samsung customer service is the worst in the business!

There customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with.. they give you scripted answers that have nothing to do with your question. I asked point blank a question for them to answer. They come back with another stupid form response that has nothing to do with my question. You can't speak to a person. They are scared of learning the truth about there phone's and there customer service. I wouldn't recommend Samsung to my worst enemy. It will make you frustrated and you won't get a response .

They have no customer service. I have had phone conversations w tech support - who clearly said they do not have a customer service dept and that is outlined in the terms and conditions at time of purchase. I have tried Samsung care - their chat, supposedly with a person. I am going on 3 people over 3 hours. Every suggestion has made the problem worse. Uninstaller, reboot. Turn on/off. I have less connectivity now than before chat started. I have used Samsung member and sent an error report - they will get back to me in 24 hours with a forced software update - then I will need to reboot!!! All I have asked for is for a person to call me post 24 hours to check in - did it work? Is problem solved?? I didn't ask gor money or anything. BTW, I also went to a samsung experience store within a best buy - 4 times!! No one is ever there and best buy is no help. They don't even know the guys last name. I am goi g to the store during stated "office hours" IT IS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!

We bought a Samsung fridge 1 year ago and it only worked for 2 months and Samsung came to fix it 13 times and couldn’t fix it and when the warranty was over they couldn’t do anything and wouldn’t Evan offer a refund or anything!! So disappointed never buying from Samsung again!!! Not worth any penny

The most garbage company. They didn't help us with our fridge they waited till our warranty was over. And after warranty ended they emailed us and said the case is closed. Not recommended to buy a samsung fridge . Bought our fridge one year ago and used it for one month only .
