I have multiple bad encounters with Samsung. I've called multiple times (8 times) and no one seems to know how to resolve my issue. 2 of my calls got disconnected intentionally and they never called me back. Why else would they ask for your call back number if they do not call you back when disconnected? People are rude and lazy! I am so disappointed with their customer service and technical support.

I purchased all new Samsung appliances for our new kitchen, one of the burner burner knobs on the range was cracked underneath that I didn’t notice upon delivery and eventually the knob came off. I contacted Samsung and they refused to send me a replacement stating that knobs were not covered under the warranty. It would probably cost them pennies to replace the knob and make a customer that spent nearly $7,000 on Samsung application happy. Horrible customer service, I will never buy Samsung again.

I'm in this camp of I will never buy direct from Samsung. I have been dealing with a lost TV.  The order support people give you what they must know is bad information just to you to get you off the chat or call. Here are my examples of my recent dealings.  "Need not to worry as I will forward this issue to the concerned department so that your order can be delivered within 24 hours. I can completely understand your frustration, it is completely justified." I knew this was not true and pressed the rep on how he could make this statement and his reply, "this is the process and according to it the complaint will be forwarded to the concerned department internally. Days go by and still no TV I open another chat session, Samsung sends me this email, "This is a follow-up email regarding the USXXXX. Upon checking the order details we will consider the order is lost in transit if there is no update till 10 business days from the last update of the Ags, as per the tracking number 7 business days has been completed I request please wait for the 3 business days and get back to us on Jan 18 we will help you with the refund. Warm regards, Duvva Shiva Sai Samsung Customer Care" I get back with them on the 18th and had to endure another marathon chat session.  Finally they abruptly tell me, " I have checked the details with my team and I will right away process the refund you will receive it in 24-48 hours. You will receive the refund update to your email address" Again, I knew this was a blatant untruth yet again from the support.  48 hours later and no email. When things go right with Samsung web orders everything is fine but if something goes wrong watch out and be prepared to waste hours of your time.  My time has value so in the future I will never order directly from Samsung.  It simply is not worth it. I shudder to think why their tech support is like

Bayonne NJ Received a damaged unit and all Samsung said that it was the delivery service that was responsible the worst customer service and I will never buy another product and I advise that everyone not purchase any Samsung products until they realize that they need us and we do not need them I agree that we should all give a zero star

I wish I could give zero stars. Their dishwasher has malfunctioned twice for me. Worst part is when the tech was supposed to come between 10-2, forcing me to take off work, they cancelled at 1:45 each time. I’ll never buy another Samsung product again.

I recently purchased a new Samsung Watch 4 classic directly from Samsung and due to technical issue I had to replace it within one week, the 2nd one had same exact similar issue so I decided to contact the technical support. Each time I called which was more than 4 times, I ended up speaking to a person overseas whom I have extrema difficulty understanding him/her accent and communication. Additionally each time I ended up getting no where by getting disconnected or transferred to different wrong department or placed on hold while I could hear baby crying and/or dog barking which meant that these representative are working from home and unprofessional without any sufficient training. One would think that at least you could hear them clearly and comprehend the person(s). after several hours wasting my time and getting frustrated, I decided to send the 2nd replacement Smart watch back and get my money.

Appalling Customer Service and useless complaint procedure. My sister ordered online the buds as a surprise present for my birthday. The whole journey was a pain and is becoming a distressing situation that brought us to tiers. 1. Ordered buds pro, received a Galaxy phone A21 or something similar 2. Duly reported.. the only way to rectify the matter was to return the item and cancel the order ask a refund and place a new order. 3. Done as they asked (very painful to get there as a "resolution") 4. Finally received the buds (in the meantime missing out on the cashback offer as it had ended) 5. We never received the refund on the first order. 6. Numerous calls, contacted every number you can possibly think of. A CEO complaint logged. All social media platforms contacted. They have all fobbed us off and now refused to issue a refund because they received a phone back and not the buds 🙄 🤦🏻‍♀️ 7. The whole experience through their Customer Support has been poor to say the least, nearly illegal for how they're treating us.

Horrible customer service Over 7 weeks and still no replacement or check for refrigerator under warranty Over 30 calls many for over a hour, 5 services visits and 6 days missed from work. We are still jumping through hoops to get replacement. Never speak to the same person and each promises something different if you are lucky. many times the call is disconnected after being on hold for over a hour. Terrible customer service, i thin they want you to get some frustrated that you will give up Shame on Samsung

After my 8 yr old Samsung Washer started CORRODING inside I called their Customer Service. All I have gotten from them are LIES! They also hang up on you! I talked with probably 16 agents & they don’t follow through on calling you back! They are now refusing to send me the $659.00 REBATE REFUND I was promised bc my washer was recalled! I spent TWO WEEKS calling & wasting my time on hold repeatedly & one time for 3 HOURS & STILL no REFUND! Since they put the Model & Serial Number Tag on the back of the washer & my laundry area is so small, I can’t access the back to take the Tag off. So now they refuse to WAIVE that requirement even though I was told they would! NEVER HAD SUCH BAD Customer Service EVER! Will NEVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG ANYTHING NOW!

If something happens to your Samsung you are screwed there customer service is terrible! When I mean terrible they are not professional at all and have no training. I sent something to get repaired got an email to call Samsung and they had no clue and asked me to call future Tel which they have no access to. Does it make any sense to email the customer with a number to call and they have no clue what's going on and they give you another number. If deciding please go with apple there products last alot longer and have better resale

after owning a Samsung phone for the last 10 years I will never ever buy from this Company again. My S21 plus has now gone in for the third repair, they refuse to replace it or refund it even though it is obviously faulty and now I am having to go to Trading Standards! Shocking. Their phones are ok when they work but if you have a problem be prepared to be without a phone and the inconvenience of being without your handset. definitely going to switch to Apple.

The company with the worst customer service I have ever encountered. In November 2021 I spent £2800 on Samsung phones and accessories, including £59 on a phone case/cover with S Pen. After 6 weeks of very moderate and careful use (I have 2 phones and use the older one more) mainly at home, I noticed that it (the cover) had partly split, and appeared to be made a a brittle material, therefore unfit for purpose. When I called Samsung they said the warranty only covered it not fitting the phone., (not true) and refused to consider making good in any way, dedpite the fact the the cover cost less than £5 to manufacture, probably a lot less. Unfortunately that leaves me with no option but to take them to court. Truly a disgusting company, makes me sick. My recomnendation is that Samsung products are ok until they go wrong, because then you will be on your own. DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.

Their customer services is horrendous. I finally got my refund approved but my refund method was set to Citi bank which I have no account for and I need to change it but I have called over a week every single day multiple times to have someone change the method. Each time I scheduled a call back and sit on hold for case management for 2-4 hours and I get hung up on, never picked up every single day I call and I an still waiting for a call back, its been over a week of scheduling call backs as well and no one cares, no one calls, and calling in is useless when they don't pick you up and wait on the line for 4 hours and still hung up on me while I have many other responsibilities that I need done. I just want my refund so I can be done with Samsung. Again I just need it changed to PayPal or check I don't care for anything else its that so hard?

Very disappointed in Samsung took a total of six months to replace fridge and on top of that the delivery service they had deliver my new fridge lied to me i’m trying to say I was not home for delivery and if they had taken my fridge back to the warehouse but I’m fact that was a lie because later on I get a call from the delivery man saying they are running behind on time I love getting my fridge that 6 but scheduled for delivery from 12 to 4pm over all traumatizing experience!!!!!

We received a frame TV that was faulty. Spent countless hours on the phone with various customer service reps and case managers in attempt to get exchange our product for a functioning one after we were told there were no technicians available to service our TV. After I received notice that the exchange was initiated, I received another notice a few days later that it had been canceled. We had to spend more hours on the phone in order to initiate a return/refund. They kept trying to give us store credit and we found for a refund to our card. Finally got that in motion, the TV has now been picked up from our house and I continue to get texts from Samsung that they cannot process the refund request and need additional information. When I try to upload more information, the button to submit is grayed out. I have never been more frustrated with any company before. Will never be purchasing from Samsung again. An absolute disaster all around.

I am very happy with Samsung Customer Care Service. My mobile was not charging suddenly, I called Samsung helpline, The assigned person helped me & resolved my Issue, I really appreciate. Behavior & Expertise person like him needs every company Thank You Samsung. Stay Safe Everyone 🙂

I have a Samsung S20 FE 5G. I am tired of losing service over and over. I've had the same service now for a few years with a cheaper phone and I didn't have this problem.

Its not the products. Its their very very unprofessional and por customer service. I waited for weeks and went online evry day 2-3 times waiting for a Galaxy S21 Ultra 5g phone to be available for purchase and immediate shipping. One cane available and i immediately purchsed it. It never arrived. I had to go thru a painful process to get a refund. Dont buy direct from Samsung!!!!
