Worst customer service and product on the market. TV only lasted 18 months and the cost of the repair was crazy. Never again! Sony!

Absolutely disgraceful and utterly incompetent attempts at customer service. The complaints dept are completely clueless. Have caused an issue with my handset that didn't exist prior to delivery to repair centre. I like millions of others have faced issues with the awful Z Fold 3 central screen that is not fit for purpose. Whilst conducting a warranty repair, they have caused an ongoing issue to the front screen that now doesn't work. The phone has been backwards and forwards and now sits at the same (dis)repair centre apparently awaiting parts. They have now had it for 11 days !!!!! I will circulate this complaint and previous matters via the relevant channels and advise other consumers to avoid SAMSUNG WARRANTY, THEIR COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT AND REPAIR CENTRE, LIKE THE PLAGUE. They are wholly incompetent.

I bought the Samsung S23 yesterday and now I noticed it on sale at best buy for $205.00 cheaper. Got a hold of Samsung to see if they could match the price. They told me they could not. So in my opinion it seems like Samsung is gouging their customers ripping them off? So I highly recommend you DO NOT BUY from Samsung. I know I'll never will again.

I ordered a washer and dryer on 9/25/23 and was told delivery would be on 10/7/23. Delivery was cancelled as items never shipped to delivery warehouse. I called on 10/9/23 and was told to cancel the order and reorder and that no one knew why the items didn’t ship as they were in stock. I spoke to a supervisor, Honey, who said I would get $200 of my order for the inconvenience. However it’s 3:26 on 10:10/23 and still no one can tell me when my items will ship. This is an awfully long time to go without a washer and dryer. I did a ton of research, these items had great reviews and I’m also receiving a rebate and government employee discount. I think they don’t want to give me the items because of the multiple discounts I’m getting. Such a huge disappointment. I was going to buy a Samsung refrigerator too but not anymore. If I could give zero stars I would.

I would give less than star, if it was avilable. This company chart expert has cheated me without giving complete information about the promotions. They are not upto mark. One more thing the live chart expert are very cunning and they will not resolve the issue they keep on changing from once group to other groupYou a

This company lies, gaslights and misdirects people If I could give them zero stars I would. They are engaged in false advertising on their website and their Australian representative are some of the worst you will ever deal with. It’s been over 3 months now since I ordered a washing machine through their online store. They still have my money. Some of THE most unprofessional employees you will ever deal with.

Samsung may have great electronics and appliances BUT....THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE HORRIBLE. No-one there knows anything. I spoke to 6+ ppl there abt an order I returned n my refund, they gave me the run around and even getting a replacement was pulling teeth. I ended up going else where to order my dryer. I am still waiting on my refund. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. JUST TERRIBLE. UGH I HATE THEM.

Samsung clothes dryer purchased on 3/24/23. On 9/29/23 (9 months later!!) it stopped working. The dryer drum does not rotate. Have disconnected it from power source and restarted it with no change in failure. Contacted Samsung as it is under warranty and also have extended warranty. They contacted me, gave me several ticket numbers, told me a repair service person would be contacting me within 2 days to set up appt. It is now going on a week later and nothing has happened. Samsung appliances are really garbage and the customer service is abysmal. In addition to breaking down within in 6 months, when it did work the time to dry even a light load of laundry is really excessive.

I bought a Galaxy ZFlip 5 3 months ago and it's not working properly. I've called several times and been put on hold and transferred over and over. Bottom line is that Samsung does not back there products. I will never buy another Samsung product again. There Customer service doesn't deserve even 1 star . Stay away from buying Samsung products

I traded my 18 month old Flip3 that I paid $1600 and was given a bogus assessment on my phone and offered $30 which is really equal to 1.87% of the original purchase price so that is serious depreciation. I have been a loyal samsung phone user for about 15 years and I doubt this will continue after being hoodwinked so badly.

And I USED TO buy almost all samsung products, from the first galaxy until the 10 i had them all I got increasingly frustrated by what I can describe by no other words but greed and predation. I didn't dispose the devices and the galaxy 8 I'm using to type this is still in use. I am writing this review of samsung to warn others to stay away, because their bloatware isn't just bloatware, wasting space, memory and battery. Yes, battery because they will run. And they will reassert themselves as standard app every so often. To gather data about you, and spam you with other useless stuff. None of their tactics benefit me as user, they are all to fill their coffers with money, at whatever cost and annoyances to you.

My ice maker is under warrantee. The company they contract to repair it has missed 2 appointments. I’ve called Samsung management who promised to follow through on my complaint. No one has called to set up another appointment after 3 days. Samsung is the worst company to deal with! I’ll think twice before I purchase another Samsung product.

I have a Z Flip phone and is less than 1 year old. I called customer care who advised me to visit the samusung service center in werribee. The crease of the Flip has developed cracks now and half the time when I open the phone, the screen doesn't light up. I took it to the service centre and they say that because there is a black spot on the top corner of the phone, they cannot replace it. That spot has been there from the first day I owned the phone and is nowhere related to the issue with the screen coming apart from the fold. Samsung knows they have made a terrible quality flip screen which is bound to develop issues and are finding reasons not to honour the warranty. I have purchased atleast 20 personal samsung phones since the launch of Galaxy s2, thankfully never had to deal with the service centre, but the Galaxy Flip service opened my eyes and making me move to maybe a Pixel or even an iphone. I have been one of those battling with people telling to buy Samsung against an iphone, but Thanks for letting me down Samsung and opening my eyes. I probably owe an apology to all iPhone users.

I traded in my old phone for a new Samsung s23 on 09/14/2023 with my carrier, ATT, because my then-current phone was displaying an errant moisture detection error, despite no water damage. Ironically, the exact same error in January of this year was why I traded in my then phone for the then-current phone. On 10/02/2023 the device very randomly started displaying the same moisture warning for the charging port, despite the fact that I was not even using the phone at the time. There is no water damage to the phone, or any damage at all, as it's less than 3 weeks old. There has never been any water damage, or damage of any kind, to ANY of my phones, and I have no idea why this keeps happening. I contacted Samsung chat for assistance with the error message the next morning, and we went through several channels of clearing caches for the USB and other things, a soft reset to factory settings. I asked why this error was occurring, and explained this was my third phone with the same issue, despite no damage, water or otherwise. I have done a lot of research into this particular issue and it seems to be an ongoing problem for many samsung users. I asked the rep why this is, what can be done to avoid it or fix it, but they avoided the question. The problem continued intermittently over the next two days. I contacted chat again on the 4th and the representative, once again, could not answer my questions on why this situation is happening or what I can do to prevent/fix it. Instead, they tried to engage in small talk, which I was not in the mood for if they can't even answer my questions. Eventually, he told me that someone would be reaching out to me within 24 hours because they didn't know what to do with the situation. In the meantime, my phone completely stopped charging, so I went to the ATT store. They (mistakenly) told me that my warranty was with Samsung, so I contacted them again for support or replacement, but the representative simply sent me a link to schedule a repair with an estimated wait time of 10-14 days. I explained that I've been in contact with them several times and this is inexcusable, and they never responded other than saying "that was the best they could do." Thankfully, I called ATT customer service and got the issue resolved-the warranty was with ATT originally, so a new phone is on its way to me. What concerns me is that Samsung was never able to provide me with any sort of meaningful help with a brand new device. These phones are expensive-customers deserve to have adequate service with knowledgeable representatives. The representatives I got were barely intelligible, and could only redirect me elsewhere-they couldn't even be bothered to actually put in a service repair themselves. Thankfully, I called ATT back and learned the original rep at the store was incorrect, my warranty was indeed with ATT, not Samsung, so I have a new phone arriving soon. But what a complete waste of time this was. Samsung/Android has been my go to for years. But after this debacle, I do not think I will get another one. The continued errors for no real reason have soured me on a product I once loved, and the lack of customer service has solidified my desire to get away from them. This will be my last Galaxy.

If I could give 0/5 stars for Samsung affiliated appliance repair company NISI-USA, I would. I can't speak for all company locations, but avoid Houston location at all costs! I'm honestly surprised Samsung would work with a company that's so unprofessional and has that terrible of customer service.I Wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Scheduled an appointment for before 12pm and got notified that the technician would try to be there between 2-4pm but due to rain and traffic would probably be late. When I told him that the appointment was never supposed to be between 2-4pm, he said that only the technician can confirm the time and that it was documented as tentatively between 2-4pm and that if we couldn't do that then to reschedule. When rescheduling, I was told by NISI USA Houston that they wouldn't be able to fix our dryer until 10/10 (leaving us approximately 2 weeks without a dryer). When the customer service member told me there was nothing that could be done I asked to speak with the manager because it was inappropriately scheduled to begin with. When I spoke with the manager, he wouldn’t take even 2 seconds to listen to what me and my fiance's concern was and instead spoke over us the entire time. When my fiance asked for him to please just listen to what our issue is before speaking so that he could properly understand our problem and help us appropriately he wouldn't do that and instead kept speaking over the top of my fiance before purposely hanging up with him. Within minutes we were notified our service ticket had been cancelled (WITHOUT OUR CONSENT!). When calling back to try to speak with him and get his name, he continued to speak over the top of me and would not give me his name or let me speak with anyone else and hung up on me. When I called for the 3rd time he said "Hi this is Robert" and that's the only reason I found out his name. Terrible company which I'm sure is a top up issue. Robert should be fired! What happened to customers come first? The least he could do was listen. Doesn't care about customers and EXTREMELY unprofessional. I called Samsung and was offered to work with another company (Alice Technology Inc.) and they were day and night better! I’m surprised they aren’t the preferred company for Samsung because they were so professional and we able to schedule us for the following day in the morning. Avoid NISI USA where Robert is the manager at all costs and ask someone for someone else to work with even if it isn’t Alice. You’ll avoid the headache and frustration and I promise be much happier you did!

I bought an electric range 60 days ago. The oven overheats every time it is used. Have been trying for over two weeks to get a repair person using the Samsung service center. Agents have no answers of when a service tech can be available. I currently have over 30 phone calls and messages trying to receive a response. I would never recommend a samsung appliance.

We've had a samsung dishwasher, while wife complains it doesn't clean well (been working on not overloading) I noticed a rope rack was starting to rust. Kids are all grown up so, there's no reason for it. I used samsungs technical support via text. Wonderful invention. It was "solved" pretty painless as compared to a phone call. They were going to send a new rack in two days. Figured it was done.... nope... only the beginning! Short version is I bought, installed, disposed of old dishwasher faster than the amount of time it would be required to get samsung to actually do what they said they would do on call one.... 3 additionally text supports with same unfulfilled promise. 1 phone call with same promise. Surprisingly after 6 weeks and a whole bunch of time (hours and hours) we received a new rack. Given the service experience and the first xleaning complaint, I am now looking for a new dishwasher before there is another problem. What a disappointment and huge waste of my life in getting Samsung to do what they should have done on call 1.
