How can a business that has such great products have such horrible customer service. It is so bad I've contemplated sending their product back if I will be stuck asking them for the non existent help I need now and may need in the future. It's truly a travesty.

Ordered my Samsung appliances at Samsung.com back in April 2022. It was first saying I will receive my order May 3rd, then got changed to June 2nd, now its changed to June 24th. Trying to call them is a waste of time. You will get someone in India or elsewhere in the world, that has no idea what they are doing and will transfer you from one department to the other and you will get no answers. Never again will I order anything from Samsung.com!!! Worst experience ever.

What made me happy?!? How about for 3 stars you assume I'm not really that happy? Online ordering is really easy and the direct pricing is very competitive - that's ALL you can say for Samsung. The problem I have is they take no control, responsibility or accountability for delivery, and apparently they use the cheapest guys in town. When you order a washing machine and dryer, you have to prepare for delivery by disconnecting the old equipment, draining, etc. So when my order is delayed significantly (and twice), I'm without a washer and dryer for that long. I don't have enough underware for this, and we have a family's worth of laundry piling up until delivery is done.

Bought a new 50” Samsung tv in October 2000. It died in may 2022. I now have to replace it because it just had a 1 year warranty. From now on I just get the cheapest tv.

Payed my device off a week ago but it got locked before I payed it , every time I call They say wait 24 to 48 hours for email nothing ever comes but get it aggravated when I ask about my s*** definitely won't be ordering nothing from their site again

Samsung a horrible company. Bought QLED from Samsung and running pillar to post for fixing problem in the display. All my life is gone in connecting with their Call Centers and service partners who have no idea how to support customer.....rather they have full liberty to misbehave...... They just want to sell and throw customers in dustbin and hence customer have no choice than throwing Samsung product in dustbin which bought for hefty money..... Have got several talks and email communications with third party assistance of Samsung who are hired by Samsung to fool Samsung Customers around. Will share this journey of dealing with Samsung with Samsung on this platform shortly so that customers have fairly good idea before making a choice....

Faulty phone still under warranty. Samsung were not only no help their staff were rude, ignorant and clearly incompetent as they couldn't fix my phone said it wasn't broken. Accused me of stealing my own phone, then when I provided proof of purchase still refused to unblock it. Their staff kept hiding in the back of the shop

I just spent a long time with a technician who Had so much patience with me. His name is Cesar. I called Saturday afternoon around 4:30 pm. One person was helping me, the connection became very bad and he was supposed to call me back but never did. That person who quit helping was Mark. Cesar helped me resolve as much as he could. I have a new a53 and it works okay with the exception of some issues I have never had with spotify turning off and on rapidly, but my primary issue and is with my with Bluetooth connection to my 2015 camry. It is not a problem with my camry which has previously worked with a 5G android phone. My husband's phone also works in my car. My A53 connects to my car just fine and plays music and connects calls, but my own voice is garbled when I try to speak to anyone over the phone. This has to be a software issue with the a53. T mobile ordered me a new A53 because of the problem, but this is an issue yet again with my new A53. I have read reports of other people on the internet who have this exact same issue with the a53. I even spoke with an agent at T-mobile who said they had a similar issue.

Nearest service center refused to replace or repair S20 FE 5G phone which is 4 months old, as they tested and said nothing was wrong. It continually has very poor reception and loses signal constantly while iphones next too it, retain a strong signal. In addition, same exact model phone, purchased at same time(daughter's) will retain better service reception. Simply refused to replace with a new same model phone.

Refrigerator / freezer purchased 2019. No longer freezing / cold. 5 year warranty. Hard time finding company to work on Samsung. Wednesday, technician stated issue with cooling, sealed system, under warranty which they do not do. Called Samsung, they do not have anyone in our area to do repair, stated we will need to find someone and call them back with info. I called back, no one in area. Thursday, agent filed an accommodation request for refund or replace. I do not want replace, but this will be up to them. Saturday called for status and was told that we need to give 24 - 72 BUSINESS hours. So I am without refrigerator from Wed thur Memorial weekend until I get answer if we will need to buy or if they will replace. But they say, numerous times, sorry for the inconvenience. Just think, if not in warranty would have purchased new on Wed. This is not a closed / resolved ticket yet

The worst product service among all brands. We have registered a complaint 4-5 days back regarding a washing machine, which is not working. We bought it just 1+ year ago. There was zero response from the Samsung guys. Since 4 days, we are waiting for them. No one had come atleast to check what happened. After too many follow up calls , the guys are not picking up calls. When we called the customer care, they told us that they will strictly register issue. And there will be a solution before today noon. Nothing happened till now.

Really shameless people I had multiple call records mails bills everything and my refrigerator has warranty but these shameless people tell daily different stories not to repair and provide warranty real fraudsters I did big mistake to purchase all electronic items of samsung and I am regreting my decision

dual sim is not being registered. Does not show sim manager in connections area. Contacted online support, beat around the bush for nearly ONE HOUR only to discuss the size and fixing of sim card,even though whole issue was explained in first instance.

I had only bought a TV from Samsung before but recently I made the BIG MISTAKE to buy a laptop from Samsung. I have had numerous issues with the laptop but what really is TERRIBLE is the customer service. I counted over 10 hours on the phone that I was on hold to try to schedule a repair visit and I was unable to get an appointment. I had never had the chance to talk to a human. You have lost a client for laptops, TVs, appliances phones and any product you produce or will produce! Never again!

Ascurion has scheduled four (4) visits to our home to repair our washer. The repair man has yet to come to our home, and have yet to notify us that they were not coming to our home. My husband has spent four (4) afternoons awaiting a person, a phone call, ANY sign that our appointments and repeated calls have been taken seriously. It is now four (4) weeks since we contacted Samsung for assistance, and we are convinced that Ascurion is incapable to put two parts on the same truck as a knowledgeable service professional and repair our washing machine. I have never seen such poor customer service.

Samsung is not issuing my refund they promised me for $426.50. They have all the records. I made multiple calls and sent so many emails. Customer care people tells me that someone will give me a call. No one called. They only send email about what time to call and I replied to every email but no one calls. Very BAD Samsung, can't expect this from you.

i have been a long term Samsung Customer and have bought many many items over the years and have used the Samsung Galaxy since it was first released. I had ordered a new device via your UK division as i was in London (from London) as i always use a Dual SIM device. To say the process was painful is an understatement, i have been lied to, my data has been misused under Data Privacy Law, i have been defrauded by Samsung UK who have not refunded me my money that i paid upfront. The Samsunk UK customer service experience is an absolute disgrace, nobody cares, 8 different people have sent unintelligible replies and the chat helpline is full of educationally deprived people who do not even understand your own product! After so many years supporting your Comoany and products i am now forced to enter a leagl class action for Fraud, Misrepresentation, Data Privacy breaches under GDPR and likely more. All because nobody wants to resolve the most basic of issues. I respectfully write this as someone who also runs a very big service business and would fire every person responsible for totally demonsing your Brand!!
