Worst Experience ever, received a broken tv and then they wanted me to wait a month to get it fixed or returned before I would get money back. Never buy direct from Samsung. Terrible Terrible Terrible

I Purchased a Ultra HD 43" TV from the Shop of Roorkee City , but there is a problem in the product. The problem is the vision , I am not able to see the picture in the same quality from the 30 Degree angle . i have complaint many times in the customer care, on 9th an engineer visit and satisified with the problem but your company is not responding well. my latest complained number is 4359766096. Please help me to get my money refund. Your product is not good , sorry to say that. Also you can check the videos and pictures available in the WhatsApp chat and in the engineers report . If your company has this type of attitude then how will you survive in the market? even local products are providing good quality and support. Samsung Reference: 4354752758 I am lost for words with the way Samsung had behaved towards my case of a faulty product and refund processing. It's been 3 months since I filled out the required documents after the technician had physically inspected and confirmed the faulty product. Until now I haven't seen any progress except that I am being told it will happen, not sure when. I am not sure whether the TV will be picked up or not but they are holding my money ($1500) for months now. This is utterly ridiculous and disrespectful behaviour towards a consumer. I am vexed of chasing these guys, every time i send an email to bg.voc@samsung.com. I get a new case manager responding that it has been escalated. I just don't understand why I cant the same case manager follow up until resolution. This shows how sick there processes are

I was a big Samsung fan and have many of their products but will never buy Samsung again. Had an issue with my new phone purchased directly from them just 6 months down the line due to a faulty product. They have been lying to me through their support agents both on chat and on the phone. A month later, I still don't have a phone and received ZERO communication from them. Not a single email or call. I will never buy another Samsung phone again. GARBAGE service!

Contacted Samsung about icemaker malfunction, technician sent me a ticket with appliance repair info within minutes. This was on a Friday afternoon, the following Wednesday the icemaker was been replaced and is working perfectly.

NEVER EVER BUY FROM SAMSUNG.COM. THEY ARE THE WORST AT DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I had ordered the latest model of Samsung Bespoke refrigerator from Samsung.com on 26th September 2022 which was scheduled to get delivered on 21st Oct. Which with no notification got rescheduled to 31st Oct. Again, with no notification got rescheduled to 16th Nov(today). When we tried to follow up with Samsung and their delivery parter XPO, they said it will get delivered today without any doubt. But, yet again the delivery was rescheduled without any notification. And when we tracked the delivery online, the status said delivered. On talking with XPO customer service, we only heard a "Sorry" and that we don't know what happened. On talking with Samsung customer service we heard another "Sorry" and they connected us back to XPO to whom we had already spoken. We have been without a refrigerator since 2 months with just a word "Sorry" from people we are never going to talk with ever again. We have found no solution from either party and they do nothing about our frustration. For a customer in need of the product, a sorry from this careless company is not at all helpful.

Samsung has been taking me on a ride since 8 months now. I had purchased a Samsung S21 device 8 months back and they had a promotion to get a free gift and the option was Samsung buds2. All got approved to be shipped and I never ever got it. There were numerous emails and numerous calls everytime I have been asked to be rest assured as they will escalate the matter but I am really not sure if they did anything. Its all a lie. At the end they say oh we closed the incident and the resolution is we initiated a refund but you wont get it because this was part of a promotion. This is a ridiculous outcome. So basically the moment you happen to have a problem with an order just have no hopes for it to get resolved as either they are a scam to not fullfill their promise or they have hired incompetent staff who cant do their job. I am never going to buy any more Samsung gadgets in my entire life as I cant take this level of torture by someone.

We bought new phones thru ATT, my husband's is a Galaxy Flip 3. We have had to send it back for various repairs and overheating. The second time they sent us a new one. We would like to get a different phone since this model seems to be so problematic. We can't speak with a supervisor and was told we could trade in and pay more. Ridiculous since this isn't even paid for yet. Bad move Samsung, and we always buy Samsung. Very discoraged!!

Terrible. We purchased a washing machine in April of 2022. It broke on 10/3/22. I waited until 10/28/22 for a service technician. It was deemed unrepairable on 10/28/22. I was told that I would be contacted regarding the delivery of a new unit. It is now 11/16/22. I have spent HOURS on the phone. We have 6 people in our home. My husband and I work evenings and weekends. STILL NO WASHING MACHINE OR INFORMATION. NOT ACCEPATBLE!!!

Bad customer service and support. My phone broke twice. The last time it took them more than a month to get the phone back. Samsung products that were flagship for other company is no more. It they delivering bad product quality. In any case, I am out I never going to buy a Samsung product anymore. As the high price, you put in. It does not get you an equivalent quality. when you talk to them they use the strategy to ware you until you give up.

I purchased a tablet online either from Amazon or my phone company website. A software update occurred and has caused my tablet to malfunction. Samsung is refusing to repair the tablet (on their dime) because they claim it wasn’t made in the USA. So now…I have a newer tablet I can’t use.

I bought a Samsung tabS7 fe a few months ago, and have had problems with it from the beginning. I've spoken to literally dozens of people at Samsung, and nobody could help me troubleshoot the issue. I've sent it back to them several times, and they return it in the same condition. It's obviously defective, and needs to be replaced, but they absolutely refuse to. I would never buy another Samsung product, and I highly encourage others not to either.

I wouldn't even give them one star after dealing with them. So I bought a brand new s22+ in February 2022 paid it off. Loved the phone until they did a software update oct 27th 2022 which is making my phone not receive calls text voicemail and my security cameras app. Been on the phone with Verizon then in the store then called Samsung they told me to drive 2 hours to a ubreakifix store figure out what is wrong I walk in and they say they can't fix it call Samsung so I call Samsung on my 2 hour trip back. They said mail your phone in and we can fix it I said ok that's fine I'll need a loaner phone because of my work I'm on call 24/7 365 plus run 2 businesses so my phone is needed daily. They said we don't offer loaner phone you will have to go buy a New phone and use it while we work on yours. Are you kidding me right now. You don't loan phones out but yet your a phone company that makes them. I have been a loyal Samsung customer for years. This is absolutely ridiculous to treat your customers this way.

I still haven’t received the product aster waiting for 3 months of waiting. While I did like the product when I was in the store, their customer service is horrendous. Just a bunch of promises to deliver the product which doesn’t happen. I took off today from work after they told me we were finally getting a delivery. Needless today I took off for nothing because they sent me a text THIS MORNING at 11:22AM that the order is confirmed for tomorrow. Meanwhile they had already confirmed on Friday at 2:46 PM that it would be today. I’ve called a few times and all I have gotten is a generic answer and no real reason what’s going on which is all I want to know and for them not to confirm a delivery only to cancel it or reschedule it without my knowledge. This has been the on going battle for the last three months which is ridiculous. Please be very weary when purchasing, while I do love their products but this is beyond an inconvenience.

The worst customer experience having purchased 30 TVs from this brand and after 12 months of use 40% of the total TV's have become faulty. The process to have the TV repaired and replaces took months. This is by far the worst brand of TV to purchase and I would recommend to never purchase one.

Recieved my Samsung A33 phone in April this year and it's the MOST USELESS PHONE I'VE EVER HAD. I need to restart my phone 10 times or more per day just to make a phone call. When someone phone me i need to restart the phone as there's no one at the other end. I have spoken to 4 other people that have different types of Samsung phones and they experience the exact same issue. I'm so disappointed in Samsung, as i always recommend the brand to everyone. I'll never again recommend this brand or buy a Samsung device.

Very disappointed with Samsung customer service. Refrigerator not working only 6 years old does not cool and the only appointment they can give me is 2 weeks away. Never buying a Samsung product again. Customer service Stinks. If I can give the 0 stars I will.
