I bought a bundle a refrigerator, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave and stove. All of these were the top of the line and it cost me $11,000 dollars. Right off the start on the install of the microwave it would not work. They sent out a repair man and we found that both engines had to be replaced. Now mind you we just took it out of the box day one. You would think that they would just send out another one right? No, the made me wait a month for the two engine parts so this huge microwave has been sitting on my cabinets for a month. Then a month later now the microwave is installed and working the stove stops working this is the double oven stove with all the bells and whistles, it has to have the mother board replaced and the oven door as well because it became damaged when I used the self cleaning. A month later the dishwasher top tray fell off because the plastic wheels on the tray literally broke off due to the hot water used to wash the dishes. A month later the refrigerator ice machine kept freezing up and it took three replacements in total and I gave up because every replacement did the same thing. I just ended up shutting off the ice maker and bought ice and still due till this day. Next the top washer of the washing machine kept causing the total machine to shut down if used so they never fixed it and I have only been able to use the larger washer since I have owned it. The dryer had to be fixed as well, and the front of the stoves coloring peeled off only after a month of use and this was the replacement door. Now after less than five years every appliance has broken down, the stoves confection oven will not work, the dishwasher will not work, the microwave is not working, and the washer is always giving a error code of which I have to restart the washing cycle two or three times before it will finish without and error code. The only thing that is still working is the dryer and the refrigerator without the ice maker. I had a maytag washer and dryer the neptune and it last 15 years and never had to have a repair man once. And the customer service department of Samsung sucks. I will never buy any products from this company again not even a phone. I hate their products and their company. Devorah

I had a issue with my washer, it wouldn't drain and it was making a grinding noise followed by a gargling noise. I'm not terribly impressed as the washer is only about 9 months old, but still covered under the manufacturer warranty, I have to admit getting to talk to a representative was a bit of a runaround, however when I did get someone from support to help, they were pleasant and helpful. I would have given them 5 stars if there wasn't that issue with the runaround.

The drum became detached on our new washing machine that I had used sparingly for a little over a year. The experience was extremely frustrating because most customer service contacts were computerized interactions or the representative would not listen - or help. After several tries, Samsung agreed to send out a repairman who reported the washer was irreparable. Samsung tried to avoid the online warranty period, but ultimately refunded our money. My advice is to be persistent and keep ALL RECORDS until you receive your compensation. Once you finally reach a person, you will find a helpful representative. Keep communications open with this person. I will still always buy Samsung televisions! Other appliances, I have not yet made up my mind.

SamsungS20FE 5G. From date of purchase, phone would continually lose signal while iphone maintained signal in side by side comparison. It was not the carrier. Phone was taken to authorized service center with no replacement as stated nothing was wrong with it. Same reception problems upon leaving service center area. At that point phone was 3 months old and now approximately a year old, which I still have as trade in value, if any is less than $100. Frustration by poor antenna in this phone and Samsungs refusal to replace, led to purchase of Apple iPhone 6 months ago, with no reception problems since.

I ordered a Samsung Fitbit watch last year on amazon. it worked fine for 11 months. it came with a 1 year warranty. I contacted Samsung repair center on 8 21 2021, and they told me to return it to them. they told me it would be 2 to 5 business days. they gave me a tkt # 416-------. on 8-23-2121 they received it. on 8-26. I called to check its status. i found that they had lost it. They escalated it and gave me a 513-----tkt #. I have been calling them often and its now October 5th and still no resolution. Samsung has very poor cusomer service

I am very happy with Samsung Customer Care Service. My mobile was not charging suddenly, I called Samsung helpline, The assigned person helped me & resolved my Issue, I really appreciate. Behavior & Expertise person like him needs every company Thank You Samsung. Stay Safe Everyone 🙂

I've had a few Samsung appliances by now, but as per most of us I'm sure my first was a phone the S8+, now I'm more than happy sith my phone now too the Note 20 Ultra, but I truly wish we still had an option of having the fingerprint scanner on the back of the phone much like the 8+. It is such a minute thing but I loved it and would appreciate to see a return of this on a later Note model, just one happy customers personal opinion. Someday I'd love to see all my appliances belonging to the Samsung family.

I bought the Galaxy s21 Phantom Gray and am writing a review after a week of use, while this phone is in demand. Before that I used the Galaxy s8 for three years. The smartphone wants to slip out of my hands, I noticed this on the second day after purchase. They say that the plastic on the back cover is almost impossible to feel. It didn't feel that way to me. As soon as the phone is in your hands you immediately realize that it is a real plastic. However, this detail is not critical for me personally. There is nothing to tell about the display and how cool it is. It is fully complies with the declared characteristics. Got one of the new 7 series 55” TVs. Had a few teething issues - connectivity was a bit tricky but customer service helped fix it. Then realised how difficult it was to raise Bluetooth volume past a minimal amount. Saw people complaining/asking for help from the company about it for literally years. Not sure anything’s been done to fix it but I found using Google home to control the volume really helped. Apart from those issues, now fixed, the TV has been great - excellent pictures and sound. Now if only they’d make the remote big enough to actually press the correct (tiny) buttons!

Samsung TV has great picture but the worst internet capabilities, and of the three I've had, have had to buy new ones because you can't update, or features stop working(still best picture). The fridge is the worst I've ever owned, (gave it to a friend that threw it away). Washer broke down twice in a year and dryer broke down twice in three months , has a good warranty,(traded both in). But four stars because I've always liked the galaxy phone's, and new my note. Stick to the phone's! Can't take picture or videos of thing that were returned or thrown in the trash.

Got Samsung Ultra 21. Love all the features, reason I did give a 5 stats was because it's missing where to plug auxiliary. It's so high tech that they forgot not all items are wireless. Had to purchase an adapter for my car to listen to music. I've a Samsung customer for 20+ yrs. I always like the idea that they were not like Apple, that u had to purchase everything separately, with this new phones they made exceptions, when they came out it came w airpods and charger, now you have to purchase them separately. No bueno!!!

The program is hidden from the employees, so they don't know that they are being monitored. Soft has good features (screenshots, clipboard monitoring, keystrokes control and many others). I rate it 4 stars as it is a paid program.

I bought a $2000 side by side two years ago and the viewing door and handle are already broken. Will cost me over $500 to repair and Samsung doesn’t care. Don’t buy Samsung products!!

For me I always prefer Samsung devices rather than any other company even though for me I still believe that they cam improve their products and make them more efficient and increase the life age of their devices.
