“I had to return my item as it was to big but the Return process was quick and easy. The product was nice and packed well, it’s a shame you can’t exchange only return.”

“This was quite a surreal experience. I tried to buy a set of 4 wine glasses or a very particular type. The transcation completed online and the funds debited. I then recieved a notice that they were not in stock and I would recieve a refund. All pretty annoying really What was further annoying was I then recived a note from the courier company saying my deliver was on its way. I recieved a package that contained not 4 but two wine glasses. I called to ask them why tthey had sent 2 glasses when I ordered 4. My enquiry was met met with incredulity by the Sanderson's employee I spoke to, who simply could not understand that if I wanted 4, I would not be happy with two. She was incredibly aggressive and rude throughout our exchange. After this I simply could not be bothered dealing with these people anymore so I just kept them and ordered another 4 from a different supplier, the exact same thing for a much cheaper price. I only scored them one as there was not an option for zero. I simply would not shop there again, particularly online, and I would advise others to do the same.”

“I love the Stroud store BUT.... recently ordered 3 items online and only 1 was in stock...imagine this is a digital housekeeping issue. So paid for 3 and got 1. I shop exclusively at Sandersons for my Barbour International products and have spent several hundred pounds. The mnager their, Ben? has always been excellent. Pleased with the refurbishment, makes the store a lot more navigable. Sometimes Online offers are not matched in store which was/ is weird. I am a very happy advocate of Sandersons, think the digital side needs to be a bit more customer centric.”

“A very efficient service. I placed my order for collection from the store. I received a message within a couple of hours to say it was ready. When I arrived, it was all wrapped and presented beautifully. I wish they had opened it to show me instore but I checked it when I got home , it’s for an 18th birthday gift, the inner box was a little scuffed but I popped a bow on top to cover ( hence 1 less star) but it doesn’t take away from how beautifully it was wrapped and presented, hoe efficent the service was, how lovely the store staff are. I will be shopping here again for sure!”
