Documents lost; inconsistency in advice; giving me the wrong name; taking a complaint from one of their business advisors on my behalf!!; having spoken to 4 or 5 business advisors today told they can’t discuss the account with me despite the fact I’m a Director of the company and have sent 3 change of mandate forms and 3 copies of my ID! “They seem to want to have less customers. Made an appt. Showed up on time. No one came out for 15-17 minutes. Then the woman never apologized for being late (she was in the back the whole time). They don’t do bills delivered to pay automatically. They just talk down to you the whole time. I’m guessing their plan is for everyone to leave the bank so they don’t have to work?
