Consistently failed to deliver items as ordered, cancelling so late in the year that I can't buy them elsewhere. Avoid like the plague! The one item they did manage to deliver was in very poor condition.

I’ve given Sarah Raven several chances thinking I’d just been unlucky with unhealthy plants - but never again. All the seedlings I brought were weak and haven’t grown to much. Being extremely expensive I was expecting something special- what a waste of money and time. I’ve done better from B and M and my local market for a fraction of the price.

Terrible experience with my orders. send this query to the company waiting for reponce.. The order in total was £34.85 with the 10% discount come to £31.37. I received refund of you £27.88. Could you explain why? I’m very disappointed with the delivery service first ,secondly not receiving the plants or replacements and last but not least not received full refund. I’m looking forward to your response. Very disappointed.

The plant was dead on arrival today. Not happy as it was a present for my sister for her birthday. Would think twice about ordering from you again.

Placed an order back in March, endless delays terrible quality of plants some dead most very small. Long wait for reply to emails, with a £1 refund, was so disappointed as have bought from them for years, will think twice about placing another order.

I ordered my plants in February/ March to be delivered at the beginning of June. I was told that the plants would be delivered on the Friday of Bank Holiday weekend at the end of May and had to ask a friend to go around to pick them up for me. The plants eventually arrived with Yodel on the Tuesday, completely dead. I have so far written an email and telephoned twice to request a refund. I have had no reply to the email and no refund. Additionally I havbe bought the same plants for one third of the price elsewhere. They are more established and most importantly healthy. I will never use this company again.

I have had numerous plants this year, mainly Perrenials. I did have a chunter, when some kept being delayed, but needn't have worried. All plants, have arrived in good condition, and healthy, and are now thriving in my garden. Need some sunshine, but can say, today we got some !! Thank you to all involved. Have used your company for few years, and never been dissatified. Excellent service.

I ordered plants at the beginning of April . I have chased up the delivery and was told the plants were delayed . It is now into the third week of June and still NOT delivered . Avoid this company and go to your local nurseries or a competitive reliable company . Robbie Gethin

In March a pack of plants ordered as a birthday gift for friends April birthday. Immediately order was confirmed delivery delay was announced - then another - then another! I have rung & emailed - no help forthcoming or a reply or plants & it’s now mid June! Worst online experience EVER!! Is Sarah Raven still trading as phone number unobtainable today?

Terrible experience this year.Endless delays, orders not fulfilled , the wrong plants sent, poor quality plants, a dud dahlia that failed to sprout and the last straw….. My Nemesia arrived upside down, crushed and broken with soil all over the box- they were not packed properly. No response to my email,in regard to this last issue,for four days. Next stop- contacting Sarah Raven herself.! Such disappointment in the quality and service of Sarah Raven Kitchen and Garden Ltd.

First order - items still haven't arrived despite dispatch message. Messages by email and chat ignored. Second order - I received a tall box with a heap of broken plants and soil at the bottom.

Several plants ordered but quality not good. Brachyscome multifida x 10 seedlings no life visible but tried to give them some TLC, all to no avail. Cosmos Apricot Lemonade x 10 seedlings, managed to help two of these. Dahlia, part of Abigail's Entourage never received. The company / Yodel tracking was useless. Most of the order had been delivered and thus no way of searching for missing plants. On phoning the company I didn't need to name the missing plant - it was known by them to be out of stock but there had been apology or explanation from Sarah Raven although a refund was offered immediately when I made contact. Very poor practice that it is down to the customer to do the chasing when orders cannot be honoured.

My Cosmos arrived in a terrible dry and wilted state , half of which have now died , Heliotrope and verbena in similar state .....customer services did not pick up at all on Friday afternoon ? and this morning I was told that my Antirrhinums have been cancelled by them , why they did not say ! I do feel that given the cost of these plants the quality is very poor .I have now asked for a refund ..I agree with the person who said in their review that the web site and catalogue have wonderful pictures of masses of flowers ,its a pity they don't send them out to paying customers.

Still waiting for over £20 worth of plants and seeds that were supposed to be sent weeks ago, had no communication from Sarah Raven and will never ever order from here again.

I have had decent seedlings previously but this year each item on my order has been delayed - the latest antirrhinums are not what I'd call "jumbo seedlings" - see photo below. I'm still waiting on part of my order and if they are this size when will they flower?

I thought Sarah Raven plants were quite expensive until I ordered them and they arrived recently. I had ordered from 3 different places but the Sarah Raven plants were streets ahead of the others. The plants were sustainably packaged, they were quite substantial, (even the smaller ones) they were super healthy. We looked at them in comparison with the others we'd bought and vowed to look at Sarah Raven first next year. It's a couple of weeks since they arrived and some are three times the size now!! We were wowed by them, brilliant!!

Received sub-par plants recently. Virtually half of the pastel cosmos collection were practically dead. A further order was not delivered on the specified date by your delivery company, Yodel. Standards have dropped significantly. Poor show.
