“Overall, this was a very positive experience. Buying a new laptop is a bit of a minefield and I had done a considerable amount of research, online and in the obvious high street retailers, before I came across 'Saveonlaptops'. Therefore, I had a very clear idea of what I needed (a reasonably high spec) and they had the right machine, at a competitive price. Unusually for me I tried to order by phone, but they don't do that. A trivial gripe really, but I don't remember seeing that mentioned on the website. However, the online ordering process was quick and easy with excellent communication. Also, they used DPD for delivery, who have the very best forecast/tracking system going, so no hanging about at home for an 8-1, or 12-5 delivery. The machine arrived quickly, exactly as described and works a treat. I would not hesitate to buy from Saveonlaptops again and would recommend them to my friends.”

“Ordered laptop Thurs pm, it was delivered next day pm and this was a free delivery option! Received email from S.O.L. to advise re. delivery and a tracking facility enabled me to locate delivery to 1 hour time slot. The laptop had the best price after checking a number of retailers. So all in all I consider this to be outstanding service.”

“As with most customers I was hesitant to buy from a seller that I had never heard of. I was certainly wrong in this instance. A first class transaction completed without a hitch of any description and the item was delivered on time as paid for. The item purchased was brand new, boxed with seals and in perfect condition. The price paid for this particular item was far less than any other outlet and I will not hesitate to but from this seller again.”

“I had been looking for a laptop with a 17" monitor and I wanted it as 'Future Proof' as possible. The high street stores weren't doing for me, so I went online and after a quick search I was on the Save-on-Laptops website and looking back at me was the Gigabyte i7 4710MQ that promised all the hard disk and speed that could ever need - Perfect. The next day I was looking at it on my desk. I am very pleased with my purchase; the pre-sale information was superb and the next-day-delivery option fantastic. Thank you!”

“Excellent speed of delivery, the laptop arrived the next day. I had a problem with the license key to software I purchased with it as I was sent a used one. I had to send 3 emails to Save on Laptops before receiving a replacement which was a bit irritating but at least the replacement worked.”

“I was very impressed with the speed of delivery (next day), however the machine was delivered to a neighbour in New Road, rather than Church Place, but this wasn't because we weren't in. Fortunately, we know each other and he delivered it to me the same evening. Might have been difficult under other circumstances. With regard to everything else, sales process and information was clear and accurate, email trail with tracking was good, and will be applying for my cashback through the described process in due course. I've set up my machine, and am working through bits and pieces, but overall very happy with my purchase, thank you.”
