“Disappointed that despite paying for next day delivery, this did not happen (Due on a Saturday). Then staggered to find that on Monday, the Customer Service line did not open until 10.00am. When I did ring, I almost gave up, as it took probably 3 minutes for someone to answer. When I finally got to speak to someone, they were profuse with their apologies, cancelled the extra charge for next day delivery, and ensured delivery the next day (Tuesday). Laptop is fine, and eventually all sorted, but must do better. In particular, they MUST have a better resourced Customer Service line. Not opening until 10.00am is unforgiveable.”

“Despatch was very fast. The laptop had the correct software. The price was reasonable for the product and the additional software. Delivery was not perfect as the customer log in told me about DPD but not that the order was split between DPD and Parcelforce. I stayed in most of the day but missed the DPD delivery and was surprised (but relieved) when Parcelforce turned up with a laptop. I wasted more than an hour trying to contact DPD both by phone and online. They would not let me nominate a safe place despite this option being on the card they left. However early on day 2 they sent an e-mail giving me a link to track the delivery and I was able to arrange to be in when the driver arrived. It would have been better for me and DPD if that tracking e-mail had been sent on day 1. Apart from that I am very pleased with the purchase.”
