Ordered on Monday evening was contacted Tuesday to answer a security check goods arrived Wednesday although I only requested their standard 4 day service most impressed . I can't comment on after sales service as only just installed computer and no problems as of yet

Received an email saying that there was a problem with my order, however it was just an 'anti-fraud' technique they use because i ordered my laptop to a collect+ store. It would have been better for them to call me (they possibly did and i may have missed it.) Anyhow the laptop with 'normal free delivery' was amazing. ordered Thursday night, was here by Saturday afternoon. Very positive, would use again.

Customer service was good (I had to change my order by phone, I got straight through and it was very quick and easy), the order arrived on time, in perfect condition and the email updates/ order tracking was appropriate and clear. Disappointed only in MSI a little bit. Apart from having to update all of the drivers from their own website (which is understandable based on the high performance hardware I was using, and their site isn't TERRIBLE, but not completely clear), I had a continuing issue with my USB smartcard reader. I tried calling which was frustrating and I was completely fobbed off. The staff were polite but sounded fed-up and only interested in getting rid of me ASAP. I then used their email support where I was also fobbed off several times. Also emails took much longer than 24 hours to respond which was disappointing. I can tell I was forgotten. If it hadn't been for the poor MSI customer service I'd have given 5 stars, even with all of the manual driver updates. I still haven't resolved the USB smartcard driver issue and it has been nearly a week now.

Everything went well and the order arrived very fast. I was pleased I paid for 2 day delivery and it actually came the next day. My only complaint is that when I was browsing your website, I had a question about the machine I was thinking about buying. Your website says to ask questions as pictures are just for informational purposes. I emailed and the person who wrote back to me said that they don't actually see the machines, so could only guess what type of screen the laptop had. I personally consider this useless. I wrote back and told them so, and to contact the manufacturer so they could answer my questions. They did this and then answered my question, but I still found the whole thing annoying and unprofessional.

Having ordered online on Friday evening and requested a Saturday delivery it didn't occur to me that it would be a week later that I would get the delivery. I rang on Tuesday afternoon and found that it was scheduled for delivery on the following Saturday so I had to get it changed to the following day which it arrived.

Good service, ordered a gaming laptop Gigabyte P25W V2-CF1 and came the next day but i was not able to receive on the window time of delivery, got it the following day. The laptop is very good, I did receive the laptop with 8GB RAM instead of 16GB RAM as per the online specification. That was a typo on the online spec which is actually a 8GB RAM laptop. The good thing is that they did send an extra 8GB RAM for the confusion.

Excellent service overall, and the laptop arrived promptly and safely. The only criticism I have is the website - I had an issue whereby I accidentally entered my delivery address as my billing address and there was no way of resolving this on your site (or not that I could see anyway). Having said that, a quick phone call resolved the problem and the person I spoke to was incredibly helpful.

Website is well organised, making it reasonably easy to select the right product. Payment and delivery options are good. This is the second computer I've bought and in both cases, I've been really pleased with the service and the product.

Very pleased with Saveonlaptops - they offered the lowest price for the ASUS N550LF and delivered within 24 hours even though I hadn't paid extra for next day delivery.

Bought as a present, really quick service and very thorough security checks when you are spending over £1k to ensure that that they and you are not being scammed. My son is delighted with the laptop and is really enjoying playing games again.

Well, it was hard for me to trust a website with the name "saveonlaptops", however, anyone with similar qualms should discard them as the service I received from them was exemplar, I chose the free 5 working day delivery service but they still got it to me on the next day: I would thus highly recommend this website!

Ordering was relatively straightforward and the company went to extra measures to ensure credit card security. Shipping was fast and I was kept informed about delivery times etc. I had no problems with getting my order but my experience was mixed with customer service. 2 out of 3 experiences were great but I was unlucky as one person wasn't very clear or good at communicating and came across as patronising. However, my other experiences have had no problems whatsoever so maybe I just caught him on a bad day.

Prior to purchasing my new Acer B113 11.6 inch notebook P/N: NX. V7QEK. 015 I phoned customer service to query the number of USB2 and USB3 ports. The specs on Saveonlaptops web page clearly indicated there were 3 USB2 ports and no USB3 ports. As I needed at least one USB3 port I asked customer service to check this for me as I had researched and discovered that every other company selling this exact model notebook and indeed Acer themselves state that it did have one USB3 and two USB2 ports.Customer services were adamant that their specs could not be wrong and it had just the three USB2 ports only.I was therefore concerned that somehow the notebook might have been a so called 'Grey'import.Anyway knowing I could rely on distance selling regulations to return the item i went ahead and ordered the notebook anyway. And guess what it did have two USB2 ports on the right and one all important (to me at least) USB3 port on the left. The point of this long feedback review is why is it so difficult to check the details correctly and amend them when they are clearly wrong. Given the above criticism I have to praise the extremely fast and well informed delivery process. And the price at Saveonlaptops was much much cheaper then any of their competitors including Amazon. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase but disillusioned with the customer service experience.

The laptop details listed on your website were incorrect for the model bought. Next day delivery took two days instead of one, despite ordering the item at 2pm. General service from your company was good in dealing with the refund so far. Please improve your service with regards to listing items on your website accurately and ensuring speedy delivery within time-frame set by you. Also, do not force customers into paying for premium shipping methods.

This was a good company to deal with, very competitive price, and I particularly liked the option of using collect+ to receive the laptop locally and picking it up (securely). I live in the country, and not having to stay in was good. The laptop is just what I was looking for, and there was the right information on the website to help me make a purchase (although I had herd about it from PCworldBusiness buy SaveOnLaptops was cheaper). Very pleased with this company.

Very smooth and easy to do business with. They had the laptop I wanted at the best price I could find, I ordered on Saturday night, got a despatch confirmation on Monday with a tracking number, the courier tried to deliver on Tuesday. Based on that limited experience I would use them again, and certainly would have a look at them for prices.
