“Paid extra for two day delivery, product came 10 days later. When talking to customer service they were rude and unhelpful, I was told I hadn't paid for my product and then after checking my account Statement to be sure I had, customer service said they were looking at the wrong account. No apologies, no cohesion with the delivery company whatsoever so unable to arrange alternate drop off arrangements if I was not home, after a failed delivery 9 days after purchase. I took the afternoon off work to recieve the delivery. Joke of a service. Was starting to worry this site was some sort of fraud money scamming site. Was not re imbursed the money for speedy delivery and when asking about it was told there was nothing that could be done. Unsure why there is a customer service line at all.”

“Laptop was delivered on time (very accurate estimate of delivery time was texted and emailed to me) and seems fine so far. The service was very efficient”

“Item was despatched swiftly and well packaged. However, I paid a premium rate for Saturday delivery and did not receive the product on Saturday or Sunday. Delivery was attempted on Monday, despite my informing the company I could not be in. I had to drive to Crawley on Tuesday to collect the parcel, a two hour round trip! I shall be contacting the company regarding a refund of the charge for a service their selected company could not fulfil.”

“I just bought the Acer Travelmate 115 touchscreen from savlaptop. The delivery was really informative i.e. I got informed from them from time to time regarding the process of delivery. So I had a comfort sense. The item came with a brand new condition. Really beautiful and handy fit for my demand and workload. I like to recommend savelaptop which offers a good price that cannot be beaten.”

“I needed a cheap windows pc and found a lenovo quad core for a low price, under £250 im an apple user but wanted a second pc for work , now its not alot of money but its fast easy to use and wel worth the money, it was delivered within 3 days on there free 5 day choice i made as i didnt want to pay £10 for next day, it was trackable via hermes im pleased with the item and the service i received and would use them again”

“Very good price, but was told their was a problem with the order and I was to phone them. Number given was not recognised, sales line was not answered. Very short delivery time. but packaging badly damaged (bag torn and box damaged, cables hanging out) - not SaveOnLaptops fault, but courier's. impossible to get hold of returns dept to report damage. Tested laptop and seems to have been only package that was damaged.”

“Service overall was good. The only thing that could have improved it was emails to inform me of each stage of the order. For example, an email telling me when payment had gone through, another for when the laptop began to be assembled, one for when it had been completed and another for when it had been dispatched. This way, I would have felt more comfortable that things were progressing and would have made the experience of waiting much nicer.”

“Laptop received as described and works just fine - does as it says on the tine :>) - however will upgrade it to raid msata and extra ram myself - cheaper :>). Never heard of the company until I bought this laptop - must say customer services was polite and friendly though a little slow to answer - was xmas so guess a bit hung over lol, but certainly rang back when they said they would. They refunded the next day delivery charge after I asked - only downfall - this was a DPD fault who cant tell the difference between Kent and Scotland - sent it there first - eventually got it the day after. Cant fault Saveonlaptops though.”

“Laptop is fine, luckily! Disgusted with My Hermes though. They left the parcel outside my front door when no one was home. I didn't get home from work until 02:00 am, when I spotted the parcel. Anyone could have stolen it! I thought they were meant to get a signature?”
