“The laptop I ordered clearly stated that it came with a 3 Year manufacturers warranty, hover it did not. When I contacted Save on Laptops they said it was a mistake and it should have said I had to purchase the warranty separately and claim the cost back from Lenovo. This is blatant mis-selling and I am extremity unhappy about it. They have not been helpful at all in trying to rectify their mistake. I will take it up with Trading Standards. I would not buy from them again.”

“Pick up point was unhelpful. Email arrived at 9.30 am and I went to the shop at 3pm - told item was not there and to come back at 5! Sent husband at 5 who reported that staff tried to say it still wasn't there, but he insisted and they eventually 'found' it Won't be using that pick up point again, however, very swift process by you so we'll done! Husband delighted with product”

“I was able to track my parcel through DPD in real time so i knew exactly when i can expect the van at my door :) which is a great thing. the parcel was delivered in 3 days. the laptop box was contained in a simpled plastic bag and the box itself had a big hole/tear on the side, likely caused by rough handling, but the contents were not damaged. Overall I'm satisfied, but not thrilled.”

“This is my second laptop purchase from Save on Laptops in as many years, and my first Windows 8 machine. Once again, the price was great, and the laptop arrived NEXT DAY free postage! This time I bought a "refurbished" A+ model, saving me around 12% on the full price. It arrived in the original box, adequately re-packaged. No manual, and I don't know if it should have had the manual, but hey, a laptop is a laptop. The condition is pristine so far, and whilst I've only had time to charge it, fire it up, familiarize myself with Windows 8 and download Google Chrome, everything is fine so far. Fortunately a friend has been using Windows 8 for some months, and without a very brief discussion with him a few months back I think I would have been completely lost as to what to do once I arrived at the landing page. Also, bearing in mind my laptop is not a touch screen, first impression are that transitioning from W7 to W8 might not be that drastic. Time will tell if the additional widget screen is at all helpful or useful, and I've no doubt I'll be seeking out "how to" help on youtube before long, but that's no reflection on Save on Laptops, who have again delivered great service. Thanks!”

“Free delivery only took two days, product was well packaged, courier informed in advance of the one hour time slot for delivery, the spec and the price (cheapest I could find!) offered great value, have used saveonlaptops before and will recommend them to others. Sef”

“Excellent service, ordering and delivery was quick and simple, follow up support was professional and courteous. The machine I purchased (Taichi21) was not without problems but these all relate to hardware compatibility with Win 8.1, the unit can be made to work with windows latest operating system but the upgrade from 8.0 to 8.1 is troublesome and ASUS support seem unaware of any issues in spite of the required fixes being scattered around their various international online support pages. Might be a nice touch for Saveonlaptops to offer to open and upgrade to 8.1 as customers request.”

“This was the first time I had purchased a product from Save on Laptops and was a little apprehensive but would thoroughly recommend them. As the laptop was over £1000 the sales team required security information but this was hassle free and dealt with very quickly. The laptop did take 5 days to arrive which is longer than expected but was very well packaged. The MSI GT60 Dominator laptop was bought for HD film making and photography rather than gaming as it met the system requirements I needed. It is fast and handles everything I want it to do effortlessly and it has great sound and image quality. I am extremely pleased with it and would not hesitate to recommend both Save on Laptops and MSI!”
