“They are an amazing company with great stock at a good price. The website is easy to navigate and all the information and tech specs are there. They keep you up to date on the status of your order right up until the laptop is delivered. A first class service all round.”

“The website was easy to navigate, I quickly found what I was looking for at a great price, much cheaper than any where else. I put my order in Thursday evening very late, well after closing, and received the laptop on Saturday at the time I was told to expect it. Overall an excellent service and I was kept informed of things right up until delivery. Brilliant stuff. In the future 'Save on Laptops' will be my first stop and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a laptop.”

“ordered a laptop with supposedly 16gb of ram but 3 months later just realised it has 8 and has the worst support ever so don't even know if I can get my money back so wouldn't recommend this site what so ever.”

“This laptop is £150 more expensive that an MSI that I bought 2 years earlier. I want it for showing HD video. The laptop jitters on pan shots as my other laptop does. This computer has been bought for Harrow Film Makers and I was hoping for a smooth playback. It will do the job but I am disappointed.”

“Bought a laptop from them for my son who was going to uni in New Mexico two weeks later. Laptop had a fault and they dealt with the return and exchange/refund extremely fast and professional. Wehave now bought a new laptop from them and it arrived wothin two days with free delivery. Really impressed.”

“I have used this website to buy a laptop before, and had no problems or issues, so I was confident in using them again. I found them to be very good on price, even being cheaper than their own parent company's website. (Box Ltd). Delivered within the expected time limits, and the communications were excellent throughout the process, including those from the couriers (DPD). The laptop itself meets my expectations, although the endless updates to Windows 10 and other applications on initial setup (it took hours!!) effected the laptops initial performance. However, once fully updated it works great.”

“I originally ordered a laptop that got lost in transit which I wasn't overly happy about, while I found the customer services was barely satisfactory I did not find them helpful in fact it reminded me of a talking robot, I then ordered a MSI laptop from yourselves and hey presto it arrived the next day with no issues. But I had to contact customer services again on 12/09 to ask why my next day delivery charge on my original order had not been refunded ? Got told that for some reason this had not been actioned and in 30 seconds it had been actioned and the money was refunded. While I am happy with the laptop I have I am not happy with the need to chase up customer services about things I am advised will be dealt with as matter of course. All in all for price of the laptops about you can't beat these guys but their customer services need looking at as they are not cutting the mustard in my honest opinion”
