I didn’t realize SCANPANS had PFOAs. Kind of bummed with that. Great pan otherwise.

We love our scanpan products! My low rating is based on customer service. Wanted to purchase the CS+ 3 fry pan set, but has been unavailable for some time and ask if if we could buy the 2 pan set plus the 12.5” pan separately for the three pan set price. They refused to do this so we’re looking at other brands, unfortunately.

I bought this pan and decided to return for credit without using it. The pan has now been returned and it has been in their hands for 8 working days without a credit to my account. You will have to pay for any return of their cookware.

We ordered the 11 piece classic set through William and Sonoma. It came with a big scratch in the bottom of the largest pan so we had to send it back And re-order it, this time delivered to our house. This one also came with a big scratch in the bottom of the same pan. Not sure How this happened! I called scan pan to see if they could just replace the one pan but they said no It was very inconvenient to have to pack up the pans again for the second time and return the entire set through William and Sonoma again. We have another very large pan from the same collection that I ordered online that we absolutely love But I’m not sure I will try a third time to get an unscratched set

i love scanpan but the ordering process is difficult. i bought the wrong pan and it is taking me far too long to arrange a return. i wanted the right pan and i was forced to have to buy the whole new pan instead of being able to quickly return the wrong on. the return process is cumbersome for a pan i didn’t even take out of the box. days have gone by and i am still waiting for my return authorization. i feel like i would have been much safer to order through Amazon. i did purchase the correct pan.

The pit I ordered was too big. The pit was $199(?) and when returned the item, found that scan lab does not provide a return label or a fixed fee that they could easily contracted with a courier company. It costed me $38 to reurn the pot. Do not order online if you unsure.!

I thought I ordered one pan but when it was delivered it was a different pan. The two are very similar and the photo was misleading. It would have cost too much to return it so I felt “stuck” with the wrong (very expensive) pan. I still haven’t taken it out of the box.
