“We needed a wheelchair for my husband for our August 2022 cruise and it was truly a blessing to have the chair waiting for us at the terminal. The location of the booth was in an excellent area as this was where we would check in with Carnival. However, on the last day of the cruise when off-boarding I wish there was an area near customs for drop-off.”

“We use Scoot around frequently when we travel. We almost always have an excellent experience with them. We had some problems with the O2 concentrator rental in the New Orleans area in December. The scooter was there and was fine, however the local vendor did not provide a canula and tubing with the O2 concentrator. It took 2 days to get the correct item delivered. Next time I will travel with the tubing from home just in case.”
“I have benn a loyal customer since last year. I’ve had some issues with the battery on several rentals. I got replacements for most if them but I’m very disappointed in my scooter rentals for February 11,2023 and Narch 5,2023. I may not be renting anymore scooters from Scootaround”
