“I had a 2 day rental for a 3 wheel scooter at the NAB show at LVCC that my company paid for in advance. The scooter rental staff were friendly and courteous. The scooter I rented on day 1 had a power problem so I drove it back and got a replacement which worked better. The only major issue I had with the rental experience was after I returned the scooter on the second day, I received a bill from scoot around that showed a price that was 3 times what we had already paid. I had to call and complain and the guy on the phone said it would be fixed and sent me a new receipt but this time the price was double what we had paid. When I. allied back I was on hold for over an hour and then the call was dropped. I had to call back again today to make sure the invoice was corrected and matched the actual rental rate. Big Hassle.”
“Easy pick up and drop off at the Convention Center. I was able to see the whole show, and zoom past the parts I wanted to miss. I put this off for 5 years, I'll never do a Convention Center event again without these scooters. Thanks”

“Long story short, the scooter I received was falling apart and had a huge shimmy when moving. I was already on board when I realized this scooter was just bad...ripped arm covers that were scratching my arm, one finder was already missing and the other one kept falling off. I was told by customer service at Scoot around when I rented this that if there were any issues I could go to the customer service desk on board and that if it was not repairable that they would have a "spare" on board. The customer service on the ship said that they never had a "spare". I then called Scoot around and the lady told me that I would be compensated however nothing has shown up back in my bank account. Even though I realized how bad this scooter was once I was on board, I couldn't get back off the ship to exchange this...I have rented multiple times and this was the first bad one I have ever had. I actually rented two, one for me and one for my sister. Hers seemed to be fine. I was terrified of taking this off in the ports as I didn't want to get stranded.”
“The Scooter was AMAZING! My husband has mobility issues and navigating a large cruise ship would be intimidating if it were not for the scooter. It was delivered to the cabin and no need to do anything at the end of the trip...just leave in cabin! Well worth the $”

“First time arranging in-cabin drop-off of scooter and oxygen concentrator on this cruise - what a wonderful experience. Was hopeful everything would turn out well and it did. There was even a backup humidifier bottle available which was much appreciated and needed. Only issue was the rubber bumper trim on the bottom of the scooter was loose and partially dangling off onto the floor; it kept getting caught up at times. Managed to get some duct tape from our room steward to serve as a temporary fix. Overall satisfied with equipment.”
“Starting the first the day scoot didn't make it to the areas of food. The company was notified immediately. The company's response was to have the crew charge the scooter, it made no difference. I lost $69.99 on one excursion and $89.99 on another which scootarourd failed to reimburse me for.”
