I never received my item and their so called customer service team have been fobbing me off for alomst 2 months. Disgraceful company. I am out of pocket and no-one will help despite me proving their DPD driver did not deliver as he claimed. BEWARE.

Firstly Scott’s sent me the wrong stuff, different colours from my order. Then they refunded me for stuff that I had kept and never refunded me for things I returned. Emailed photos of the t-shirts to show I still had them and that they still due me an additional £20. Said they would give the addition refund in 7 days. Ordered in January and I still Never received the £20 and also have sent around 4 or 5 additional follow up emails which have never been replied to. Will avoid ever using this company again.

Scotts menswear like a scammer. They doesn’t have a real product and I still haven’t received my refund yet, its 2 months For now.

Disgusting customer service STAY well away. Theres better shops out there offering better offers and products then Scotts. I have placed 2 big orders and they messed up on both, I was charged for 5 items which where not in stock, another 6 incorrect sizes where sent out including 2 wrong items. I sent these items back I was promised an immediate full refund to be received in 3-5 days on day 11 and still no refund and then was advised it will take another 18 days. Absolutely disgusting. Their customer service team do not even read the emails you send. They promised a refund and then they went back on their promise, shameful! You can do much much better like I did going elsewhere. STAY WELL AWAY....

Usless communication!!!!! Ordered 2 products but only one was delivered so messaged them and they tell me it was OUT OF STOCK!!!!!!!! Where were they to message me this!?!?!? My partner ordered a pair of trainers due to be delivered today, low and behold just had an email OUT OF STOCK!!!!!! Like i dont understand why they are available to buy when out of stock! Please explain this!

Do not deal with this company. I have asked when. my order will be processed they are unable to advise me so requested a refund and they refused to cancel my order and refund me. www.scottsmenswear.com. Deal with mainlinemenswear.com they are brilliant.

Placed order 313455620 almost a week ago and they are unable to advise when my order will be sent. Buyer BEWARE use Mainline Menswear dispatch in 24 hours and exceptional service!

Ordered 4 backpacks but received only one. No response from customer services and no phone number to call. Paid with PayPal so opened case with them . I’d avoid

they had not ship anything and they not answering customer service emails neither refund my money they are big thieves thanks God I paid through Paypal and already rise claim against them be careful from ordering from that scam website

I ordered a pair of kickers at £90 on the 16th of January, it’s now 2nd of Feb and god knows where they are?!! It’s been showing it’s been with the courier for 6 days now...where’s it coming from Peru by raft? Terrible service.

I ordered two items, they were separated into two parcels, one arrived, the other hasn't. Its been two weeks and the parcel was showing as active with dpd but they hadn't yet received it, this morning dpd cancelled it as they hadn't received it! Absolutely furious. I finally had a reply from scotts who assured me it was on its way! And now dpd have cancelled as they've not received it! What on earth is going on with scotts menswear? It used to be reliable but now they've left me feeling like iv been robbed and ripped off! When I try to track via their website it doesn't work either, and no response from customer service until 7emails later! I couldn't believe it when I found out scotts is owned by jd sports who also owns tessuti and other big stores that are reliable so what is going on with scotts? They need to fix up because there are some major issues going there that's for sure. I'm still waiting for a response about dpd cancelling the delivery...!

I would give less if I could. I ordered two items, only one arrived. After sending 5 emails I eventually got a reply assuring me it was onway as my order had too be split into two separate parcels. Dpd have now cancelled my delivery! What is is going on?? Iv been waiting over two weeks! I'm shocked at the appalling level of customer service and really angry that I'm now £60 out of pocket! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SCOTT'S!

Only 1 star as I can't leave a review with 0 stars. I placed my order on the 26th NOVEMBER. Been in touch AGAIN about non delivery of the item which was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd December for a Christmas present. Can't cancel my order or get a refund while order is being processed. Advised to allow more time and refuse delivery WHEN it arrives and they will refund when it is returned. So frustrating. Absolutely shocking service and no telephone number to speak to anybody. Sort it out scotts...... You've lost a previously loyal customer

Poor return process with inaccurate information. I processed a return for a jacket on 27th December which was purchased for £120. On 2nd January I received an email confirming that the jacket had been received by the retailer and that my refund would be processed in 10 days. Having heard nothing since, I made contact and was then advised that they had checked the tracking status and it had not been received and I needed to give 'more time'. Having checked the tracking status myself it confirms that the item has been received by the retailer. I am extremely dissatisfied with the misleading information I have received. I appreciate covid will delay matters but being told two completely different things is not helpful at all.

I ordered a pair of boots recently, when arrived only one boot in the box, returned it back on 7th January and all I’m getting is it’s still in transit. Absolute joke of a company. I’m reading on here that people are still waiting for refunds after a month think I should go to a small claims court. Never again will I order from this company

On December 13th 2020 i ordered a beanie from they´re website. 9 days later December 22nd i got email from them: "Great News! Your order #has been dispatched and is on its way to you." I went to the DHL tracking service and since then this is written:"Shipper has generated a shipment label, but the shipment has not yet been handed over to DHL" Couple of days ago i sent them a e-mail to see what is the situation with the package and they answer me with this: "Thank you for your order. Guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery date has now passed. All our stores are open." I sent them another message to see is it because of BREXIT or COVID and they still didn´t answered me. I hope that i well get my beanie by this month because this is the worst customer service i have encountered with...

Packaged arrived. T-shirt’s just thrown into black plastic bag.. no wrapping on any of the items. All you get is ‘sorry for the inconvenience of the packaging’ I have no idea if the items I ordered are seconds or earlier customer returns. Not impressed and will order elsewhere MW t time
