On the check out says Free Next Day Delivery , but when you contact them to confirm the hours , you understand that they don't have the stock and will be one month waiting time. Drop shippers - not recommended not only to my friends, but to my enemies as well . So bad service , bunch of liars.”
“I placed a £2,000 international order on a Monday, asking them to confirm one of the products as the item description was unclear. By Friday, I had no answer and the panels still hadn’t shipped. The phone number is not reachable outside the UK, so I messaged on Instagram and Facebook messenger. I read the reviews at this point and got a bit nervous, so I told the company that and asked someone to call me. On Insta, they told me the panels were currently being packed and would be in my hands by Monday (that’s literally impossible as they would be going from the UK to Norway) and that someone would call me when they returned from lunch (surprise: no one ever called). On Facebook messenger, they told me the panels take some time to pack (?), they weren’t sure when they were going out, and that they were unable to make outgoing calls (???), but that they would email me an update by end of day (another surprise: they never emailed). Considering I told them I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card company and all they had to do was call, I’m pretty sure this company is completely fraudulent.”
“Order placed on 27th March. Unable to track delivery with TNT shipping number. It is now 9th April. have sent 3 emails and left 1 telephone message but have not received a response. The online chat function is useless. Appalling customer service. Very disappointed. I suspect that I will have to fight for a refund.”
“This is the worst company I have ever have the misfortune to deal with. We placed an order on next day delivery, we are nearly a month on and no delivery despite numerous broken promises. We are now struggling to get a refund. Customer service is great until you order and then it changes. They also delete any negative comments on their social media so beware. We are £180 out of pocket currently.”

“Not even got around to ordering panels, just a sample pack. Went into their FB to ask how long delivery takes as it’s been 3 weeks since ordering. Another customer on the same post advised me to look at the reviews for the company which brought me here. I then went and posted a link to this site and Trustpilot which also has bad reviews. I am now blocked. Says everything really. So pleased I wasn’t unfortunate enough to actually spend money with them.”
“Just placed my 4th order. Cant comment on customer service as ordered online and never had any cause to speak to them. Delivery has never been next day but usually between 2 to 3days. We have used the product to form a fence round our sitting area and some for decorative purposes. I love them and stood up well to the Scottish winter thus far.”
“Totally agree with other comments. They DO NOT deliver next day or advise of a delivery date. Very hard to get a response from them, have no idea if I will get my order or what condition it will be in judging by other reviews. Any negative reviews you leave will be deleted so the reviews don’t accurately reflect how bad the company is. Tried to blame it on covid but it’s not an excuse for bad customer service (non existent rather) and plenty of other companies can deliver next day”
“Disgraceful company and services ... ordered some screens for my garden totalling £285. First delivery was incorrect. The second delivery went into the garage whilst I waited for 4 weeks for fitter to attend and fit which was delayed due to incorrect order, fault of Screen with Envy. When I opened the box today screens were all broken. Called to report and sent photos and told no refund as should have reported 5 days after delivery. They refused replacement or refund but offered me to upgrade my order and pay additional £240 for thicker screens which I declined and asked for replacement and they said no they cant do that. Refused a replacement and refund. Avoid like the plague!”
“Dreadful do not part with any money. There no customer service and no stock, following day delivery we have been waiting 4 weeks and now told end of April. First they blame the carrier and now say production issues.”
“Dreadful! Ordered for netx day delivery. Got sent wrong tnt shipping number. So could not track it. Waited 10 or so days. Nothing. Rang them. They said they'd send me another one. Exact same thing happened again. Wrong TNT shipping number. I asked for a refund and was fobbed off for a whole week. Then reported them via PayPal and got my money back. Allegedly a third screen was posted to me..... Never received one never mind three. I'd avoid the company. Will never place another order.”
“If anything goes wrong after purchasing their product(s), you will be 'ghosted'. Customer Service is non-existent. If you make a comment on your experience on any of their social media platforms, you will be blocked. Products are not delivered the next day as advertised on their website, it's a ploy to make your purchase. Always read the 'one stars' rating before making a purchase. Don't be fooled by the five-star ratings. As the one-star is a true reflection of how a company treats its customers.”
“I am so disappointed. I called to check they had them in stock and said they did. If I ordered now would get next day which is what I needed as had gardeners on site. Didn't arrive. I emailed, live chat, called. No interest at all. Promised call backs. Nothing. £2500 I paid and they can't be bothered to talk to me. Disgusted.”
“They lie about delivery. I purchased garden screens - they are flimsy and brittle. Mine broke into pieces after just 2 weeks at first sign of wind. Customer services are a joke, not interested. They blamed me for not installing properly ! Been a builder for over 40 years...I followed installation guide on their website and they still blamed me ! Look elsewhere ...”
“First order with Screens with Envy and to say that I’m throughly disappointed is an understatement. Giving 1 star is being generous! Ordered panels weeks ago with a next day delivery promise and still waiting. Chased them twice now and they’re blaming the courier who have not received any goods to deliver to me. They have promised to chase them up and update me which has never happened. Customer service is poor.
Avoid.”
“They are an utter joke. Not only did the gates arrive requiring a great deal of building time (and cutting down of materials to size) they also couldn't confirm if posts were needed or not despite sending through photographs and dimensions. This was just the start as the customer service is so bad it makes you 'scream with envy'. I must have had in excess of 50 emails from them and they just don't listen. Take my advice and spend 25% more with someone else, the extra cost will way more than make up for the pain you have to go through.”
“Customers need to be aware of the poor quality items and terrible customer service offered by Screen with Envy. If you're interested in ordering, just try calling and getting through to an agent - 2 minute wait time, but after 1 minute you're forced to a message service. 14 day returns policy, but it takes over half that period just to get simple responses via email. Battens are not as described, unfinished on both edges which looks terrible and makes them unbelievably sharp as a result which will cut your hands quite easily.
Oh and if you need items the next day, don't expect that to happen or any communication from Screen with Envy to explain there's a delay.
Strongly advise avoiding this company until they improve customer service and start advertising their products correctly.”
