Best hair cut I've ever had. Such friendly staff with good advice and listened well. Clean and professional salon that offered good service and a nice experience. Will be visiting again.

I went to the Sutton Sean hanna today. It was a bank holiday. My appointment was at 1.45 pm and I had to stay for nearly 20 minutes to talk to somebody. After 20 minutes when somebody reached to me she was rudely telling me that I cannot ever go blonde. And sent me home, she degraded me and she was lazy because it was bank holiday. the staff in sutton only knows to chat in the reception. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!

Utterly rude!! I have called three times to the Sean Hanna in Canary wharf and the woman who took my call just hung up three times! The first time, I blamed it to the connection problem, when I tried again the second time I asked if there were any available appointment, she didn't response to me and hung up again. I have decided to give a last try and I said 'I have just called two times' from there she hung up again. I mean what the **** is that. I totally don't get it. She is totally rude and I will never visit the salon.

I found out about the Next generation offer online and thought I’d give it a go at the Bristol store. I had my hair cut by recently qualified stylist Jordon, it took longer than normal, but he put in a lot of care and attention to giving me the perfect look with Adam's help, and I have never had a better hair cut! This was my first time getting my hair done at Sean Hanna and I will definitely go again! Thanks! Eve x

I've been using sean hanna in Bristol past three years now and I absolutely love all my haircuts! Brilliant customer service, great creative ideas and very nice experience. Corey knows my hair well and she always has some great suggestions and helpful advice. I've always been happy with her services, no matter if its a change or just maintaining what we've started. I visited the Sutton branch today. It was ok, although I paid £15 for a moisture treatment that simply consisted of a spritz of something. Not worth the extra at all!

My first visit to Sean Hanna in Wimbledon was great. Maddie the colourist done just what I was looking for. On that visit I had a colour and highlights and Maddie blow dryed my hair also. I paid 65.00. Impressed with the service I rebooked. That was yesterday and I came out very disappointed this time and felt totally misinformed. Maddie this time coloured my hair and highlights, no problem with that. But this time I had my hair dryed off by another girl, not a blow dry, which I was expecting as that was what I got last time. When I queried this at reception she said that the treatment did not include a blow dry and that would be extra. I explained I had a blow dry last time without asking for it and not charged for it. The receptionist said that it was probably "complimentary"!. I tried to explain that I was not aware or informed at my first visit that that was the case and I was on the understanding that the blow dry was part of the treatment and price. The receptionist just repeated that it must of been complimentary. But my point was "how was I to know that"! So I paid the same as last time £65.00. This time without the blow dry. If it was made clear to me at the first visit that a blow dry is extra I would have booked it. Really disappointed this time as left with limp hair. Receptionist asked if I would like to rebook. My answer was no!

I visited the new training academy at Merton Abbey Mills in London. It was a great experience! Unlike other training salons I've visited it was bright and airy, I was offered a drink and got a lot of attention from the supervisor throughout. I had a basic trim and a full head of highlights and was really pleased with the result. Will definitely go back!

Today I went to the Worcester Park salon and had my hair cut and dyed by Tomm. I could not be happier with how my hair has turned out as well as the great service I was given. Tomm done a beautiful job with my colour/ highlights and really listened to what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this salon as well as stylist! Thanks, Christina x

I go to the Bristol Cabot Circus Sean Hanna and have been a regular customer for three years, maybe more. I have been seeing Cory regularly since she started and she is brilliant! She starts every appointment with a consultation on what I am looking for and where I would like to go in future. She listens intently and gives sound advice on what will suit me; I completely trust her judgement. I am extremely fussy when it comes to highlights and hate having any sort of stripes. The technique Cory uses is absolutely perfect for my requirements. I have now begun to have an ombre style colour and again Cory listened to my concerns and coloured accordingly. She colours my hair in the most natural way and I find that, even when my hair in showing regrowth (think two inches worth), it blends so naturally that you can't even tell I need to see a hairdresser! Exactly what I need. The service at Sean Hanna is great. I feel welcomed by all the staff, relaxed and it is very much 'me time'. Cory in particular is a wonderful asset to your team and I will continue to use Sean Hanna as long as she is there. Katie

Hi there just to say I went to the seanhanna academy at Abby mills the girls were all so lovely ,good atmosphere. the young girl who done my hair done a good job my hair, is so think I gave her a challenge and she got through it not problem????

AVOID EPSOM BRANCH !!!! Left the branch upset, but thought I'd see how my hair was next day Went in simply for a trim. Repeatedly said NO layers please, now have hair SO thinned out, lots of layers with few layers reaching to top of my ear! The cut is wonky at sides and back too. My hairdressers kept moaning to another about wanting to leave on time and wouldn't now doing my hair! Hairdressers saw worry on my face in mirror told me not to worry would like it when done. For millionth time expressed no layers... but lots layers were appearing in my hair. Thought hair might 'settle' by today but actually in tears. With my hair going to take 9 months to grow this out!! In the mean time have to live my life everyday with this hair until it grows out... or I go get it cut very short in attempt to hide this mess which is not what I wanted.

I have very curly hair and my texture is difficult to work with. Got my hair cut twice, by Amie in Bristol and she's really talented. I was very pleased with the results and how my hair turned out everytime. Thank you Sean Hanna!

I went to seanhanna salons in wimbledon, and i must say what a salon experiance ( it was one of the best). Unfortunatly my regular stylist is no longer able to do my hair so i was forced to find someone new! Well ive made a great choice steph was amazing. She made me feel great and i will be telling all my friends and will be definatly coming back!

I'm like a child when I make my app. I get all excited knowing I will be having a pleasurable time with my stylist Jack. He is right on my pulse and seems to know what I want. Be it my Cut, colour or blow dry. He is so understanding and nothing is impossible.

I've been a regular visitor to the seanhanna salon in Bristol since it opened. My hair has been cut by many different stylists, all to an excellent standard. Despite being a busy, bustling salon as I client I always feel as though the service is personal and tailored to me. The stylists are all technically excellent, really listen to what you want and take pleasure in creating a style that works with my hair type, lifestyle and brief. They are always happy to answer questions and make suggestions. It's the service that really sets the seanhanna salon apart from other Bristol hairdressers. Chair massages, head massages, regularly refreshed drinks delivered in a friendly, professional way. It's a complete pampering experience, with a superb haircut.
