“I’ve only recently moved to Putney and discovered this gem of a salon and a wonderful Italian hairdresser called Simone. He’s the BEST hairdresser I’ve ever had. The colour is exquisite and he’s bold and brave and will give you a style change if you just need that extra bit of confidence! Cannot recommend him enough. The prices are reasonable too. The salon is lovely and clean, and overall customer service in the salon is fab. I’m always offered a glass of wine or tea or coffee - really fab salon!”

“I had an appointment with April from the Sutton branch today for a cut and blow dry. I explained to her my hair had been butchered at Rush in the Summer and I had left it to grow; I just wanted it to be in a better, more manageable shape. I really appreciated the way April sat down beside me and really took the time to listen to what my issues were, what my overall aim was and advised me what I could do. I felt for the first time in my hairdressing experience, she was actually "listening" and she felt it was important to get it right... which is becoming rare with hairdressers. She was warm and friendly, checking periodically that I was happy with the cut and advised me on the aftercare. I may sound like I have been paid to write this but I genuinely enjoyed my appointment and will gladly return. Best of all she didn't butcher my hair! #Winning”

“Far from the colourist professionals they advertise themselves to be at the Canary Wharf branch. I thought I had picked a reputable place to get my hair coloured for the first time. I was wrong. I paid almost £200 for a waste of time and money on a colour that isn’t even visible. I returned for advice and to rectify the colour but was approached by defensive members of staff who refused to provide the service I had paid for. Needless to say I will not be back. What a con.”

“I visited the Sean Hanna salon today in Wimbledon for the first time . I had an appointment with the manager Kirsty. She did a thorough consultation with me , understood what I was wanting and discussed how she would go about it, and then carried out a superb cut. I was very happy with the result and will be going back to her for my next haircut.”

“Stephanie at the Canary Wharf branch has been amazing over the last few months. I went to the Canary Wharf branch from a recommendation of a friend at the end of August. I had not had my hair cut since May when my previous hairdresser had cut my hair so badly that I still was unable to style it. Stephanie sat with me and advised that the only thing that could be done at that time was a Brazilian blow dry, as there was no hair for her to really cut, it had been thinned so much on the previous cut. She has since worked with me getting it into a place she could actually cut a style into it. All the time explaining every step of the way. She has been amazing and I am so thankful to her for all she has done.”

“Stylist at Putney didn't listen to what I wanted, cut my hair much shorter than the picture I showed and what I had described, by about 3 inches. Very disappointed - can't even tie up. Plus the hair cut took way too long, very slow. The salon itself was very nice and everyone was friendly. I definitely wouldn't go with a stylist again.”

“I had Erin do my hair today in the Canary wharf salon, and she was absolutely amazing. Took such care and time on my hair. She also gave great recommendations for products suited to my hair. I left feeling pampered and looked after and my hair felt and looked beautiful. Can't wait to come back here again.”
