Customer service is awful, emailed over 4 times and no reply and filled out the contact us report and no reply off them. They just ignore you. Also no contact number to call and the chat to us system is just an automated one

See tickets is giving me bogus transaction numbers saying I've been refunded for one event and saying they lost my emails (which I still have) for another. Sounds like they are broke and are holding on to funds until they get above water

Bought a ticket to museum, in Berlin, without really knowing that I am using see tickets services. The ticket was never sent to me, in Email they repeat the ticket was sent, but cannot send any proof, so, no tickets, no refund, KEEP AWAY FROM SEETICKETS, the did not earn even one star, unfortunately no way to leave the review without giving stars.

Concert was cancelled due to the covid situation last March 2020, See Tickets reply saying a refund will be paid within 28 days, they still have my money after more than a year and reply to my emails with automatic reply. Stay away from this company, they should be prosecuted under the Trade Description Act. One star is way too much for this company.

Terrible refund service. I was due to watch Skunk Anansie in Madrid but the concert was cancelled. Now I'm having to fight for a refund. See tickets told me my refund was approved and I would have to wait 35 days to see it turn up in my credit card. That was nearly a month ago now. They no longer even respond to customers emails. However, they continue to sell tickets.

STAY CLEAR OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!! This company is an absolute joke. I applied for a refund for FIB benicassim on the 14th of July, I was told my refund would be processed within 30 working days. It is now December and having emailed back and forth for nearly 5 months, they tried to tell me I never filled out the refund application forms. Luckily I still had the confirmation emails stating they had in fact received my refund applications, which I forwarded on. It has now been a further 2 weeks and they are ignoring my emails. Anyone that works for this company should be ashamed of themselves.

Still waiting for a refund on a gig cancelled back in April. Impossible to deal with. They eventually agreed a refund after numerous requests. Months later, and I am still waiting. Definately will not book with them in the future.

YES i am another robbed customer , Rodger Hodson of supertramp cancelled, i have emailed numerous times for my refund and still no reply . it is now 8 months and still waiting . YES you all said it ROBBERS the site should allow NO STARS REVEIWS one is to good for them. as a customer for years i wont be using them again . STAY AWAY . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

After an event being postponed & offered a refund, almost 20% of the amount paid was not refunded, Other online services offer full refunds when booking through them but not See Tickets. Have been using them for years but NEVER AGAIN!!! One star is too high a grade for robbing bar stewards!

Do not use See Tickets especially in this unstable time with so many events getting cancelled or postponed. When See Tickets eventually refunded me it was only the face value of the ticket. I am now out pocket £20 which is extremely unfair and greedy. I know that Ticketmaster and other online services offer full refunds so book through them and not See Tickets. Have been using them for years but NEVER AGAIN!!!

Izal concert was cancelled in March due to Covid 19 and Im still wait the refund of my tickets. Since June I have sent lot of emails but nobody answer me. Terrible customer service.

To unsubscribe from seetickets you are required to enter your email address TWICE only to be prompted to enter a VALID email address. Hate feeling conned

Still waiting for a refund for tickets purchased (with insurance) concert in London early June. I’ve tried every which means to get in touch to request the refund, as my reference number and details are not being recognised by their website!!! Can’t log in mysteriously, there is no human to speak to, email, Twitter and website don’t get answered or replied to. #Watchdog Avoid at all costs, criminal organisation

My event significantly changed for my event and I could no longer attend. I was told to post my tickets back which I did and tracked them. They were received on 11th June. I have been chasing since then replying to email threads, submitting new tickets and they have gone silent on my refund, even though they confirmed I was allowed a refund.

See tickets robbed me exactly the same to me - Michael Kiwanuka concert was cancelled as Kiwanuka was diagnosed with acute viral Laryngitis (not COVID!). 11 days after the concert date, see tickets informed that the event was moved to 5th sept. On 9th July I wrote to see tickets informing that regardless if the event was postponed they are in breach of contract and their terms and conditions are unfair and UNDER A COMMON LAW WE ARE ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND. See tickets had to take responsibility for the cancelled event on the agreed date and COULD NOT deduct any fees, regardless what their terms and conditions state. See tickets responded with nonsense - confirming that the event was not cancelled but postponed and asking me if I wanted to receive a face value refund. I responded to read my email carefully and copied & pasted my email again of 9th July. I then received an automated response they processed a face value refund which is unacceptable!! I responded that I did not request a face value refund and requested a full refund again. In case see tickets do not respond, we will be taking them to court as we are entitled to have all of our money back. The amount of people they have robbed so far is enormous and they should pay for their dodgy actions regardless how small amount they unlawfully deducted. Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) told me that the more people complaint, the more see tickets is reported to trading standards, the more likely Trading standard will take action against these cheaters. The more people will take this dodgy company to court, the more problems see tickets will face and hopefully will go bust. Online claim fee is £35 at money claim online for the claim amount up to £300. I encourage everyone who has been robbed by see tickets to seek justice at money claim online.
