See tickets robbed me exactly the same to me - Michael Kiwanuka concert was cancelled as Kiwanuka was diagnosed with acute viral Laryngitis (not COVID!). 11 days after the concert date, see tickets informed that the event was moved to 5th sept. On 9th July I wrote to see tickets informing that regardless if the event was postponed they are in breach of contract and their terms and conditions are unfair and UNDER A COMMON LAW WE ARE ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND. See tickets had to take responsibility for the cancelled event on the agreed date and COULD NOT deduct any fees, regardless what their terms and conditions state. See tickets responded with nonsense - confirming that the event was not cancelled but postponed and asking me if I wanted to receive a face value refund. I responded to read my email carefully and copied & pasted my email again of 9th July. I then received an automated response they processed a face value refund which is unacceptable!! I responded that I did not request a face value refund and requested a full refund again. In case see tickets do not respond, we will be taking them to court as we are entitled to have all of our money back. The amount of people they have robbed so far is enormous and they should pay for their dodgy actions regardless how small amount they unlawfully deducted. Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) told me that the more people complaint, the more see tickets is reported to trading standards, the more likely Trading standard will take action against these cheaters. The more people will take this dodgy company to court, the more problems see tickets will face and hopefully will go bust. Online claim fee is £35 at money claim online for the claim amount up to £300. I encourage everyone who has been robbed by see tickets to seek justice at money claim online.

***** WARNING ****** DO NOT BOOK WITH SEE TICKETS. They are refusing to refund me in full for a concert cancelled due to COVID. They have withheld £20.70 saying it is there standard terms and conditions to only refund at face value. Their transaction fee is £3, so misleading. DO NOT USE THEM.

I would give NO STARS if I could!! They are thieves. I chose tickets for 1 car load of people for a Friday night show at 10:30pm. After processing the purchase, I WAS CHARGED 735.44 for the Saturday show at 4pm -WRONG PRICE, WRONG DATE, and WRONG TIME!!! When I called about getting a refund they only refunded me for 3 tickets WHEN ALL OF THEM WERE WRONG (still a charge of $221.87 - WHICH IS A LOT FOR A SHOW YOU CANT EVEN GO TO BECAUSE IT WAS ON THE WRONG DAY!!) and told me I had to BUY ANOTHER TICKET through them $221.87 for the correct day in order to receive a full refund for the remaining ticket on the wrong day. HORRIBLE. WILL NEVER BUY TICKETS THROUGH THIS SITE EVER AGAIN.

My concert got cancelled and they never refunded me the money. They used Covid-19 as excuse but I bought tickets for another show with another ticket seller and got a refund very soon. Don't buy with this company as you might never see your money nor the show you paid for and no one will care or help you.

A shame I cannot put 0 stars. During Covid-19 pandemic no communication. Have to keep contact them about a cancelled event, which almost 2 months before I have not being refunded yet for. They even made me return the tickets to come one month after and say there was no need to return! They keep saying I'll be refunded in 28 days but we are past beyond that and nothing. They have no shame.

I get it corona is a bad time. We are all affected. But not refunding customers for events that havent happen is and ignoring them is scammy no matter what the circumstances are. So you just going to keep peoples money and keep quiet about it? I think you have another thing coming as bad reviews on websites like this keep increasing for you. You cannot rub these out.

Only the day before the event did we receive a cancellation email even though the government had theatres in lockdown for a month earlier. We were promised a refund, less the booking fee, in 10-14 days, it is now 19 days and no refund or further communication, they have even shut down their phone lines. Remember those who give bad service and screw their customers when better times come back.

This company is an absolute joke! Throughout this whole experience they have not been the least bit helpful, choosing to ignore both tweets and emails. All they ever do is direct you to links on their website which did not help resolve my query with them. With the Corona virus outbreak, and people worried for their health (my wife has respiratory problems) they are not the least bit sympathetic, and unwilling to compromise. Just getting a reply from them is hard enough. Eventually I received a late reply, but it was too late, as I had been worried about travelling to the event, and cancelled my plans as a precaution. Clearly they value profit over their customers, and I will never use them again.

Fraudsters The cancellation of the MONTELL JORDAN and KEITH SWEAT. Decided to give me a part refund and this is there defense: As a ticket agency, we sell tickets to the general public on behalf of the promoters of an event. The decision to cancel or postpone a concert is that of the promoters and is completely beyond our control. When an event is cancelled or postponed, we inform all of our customers whom have purchased tickets of the alteration by phone, letter or email. Each ticket that we sell carries a booking fee and a transaction fee. The booking fee pays for our services - the business costs of operating a website and 24-hour call centre, Customer Service department and Despatch teams and is the only payment that we receive for operating. This is there reply for requesting a full refund A transaction fee covers the cost of printing, packaging and postage for your tickets, and applies even if an order is set for collection at the box office. When a show is cancelled or postponed, these fees are retained as we have still provided these services and cannot issue a refund for them. This is all detailed in our terms and conditions which you are asked to read at the time of booking. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused and we hope this explanation clarifies the situation for you. This is basically you buy tickets at your own risk. I don't believe there terms and conditions stand up in court without a signature. As if anyone ever reads the small print; I wouldn't mind but you have had held £79.90 from November and it's March... How about I want my interest back! Ps by the way I haven't yet contacted my credit card company. But this is just the tip of the iceberg

Absolute con artists purchased two tickets for a gig which I was informed was cancelled. They have kept the booking and transaction fee and only partly refunded the money for tickets. Do not use them they will rip you off l

A very shady company with a disgraceful attitude to customers. They are quite happy to take your money, but when it comes to resolving issues with tickets not received then it's a different matter. It's impossible to contact anyone directly. A truly horrible stressful experience. I honestly think this company needs investigating by those who deal with online fraud. Get your tickets elsewhere and avoid See Tickets like the plague.

An absolutely fine company - until something goes wrong. They clearly outsource their customer services and the phone number goes to their head office where the staff are blatantly not given customer service training. No idea how to handle customer disputes or deal with out-of-the-ordinary issues. Also be advised that if you have any issues with their website (EG it prevents you from paying) they WILL NOT accept responsibility or even investigate.

Shocking service received from this company. Ordered tickets on the 5th for a event of 23rd of the month, money taken within 2 days, was sent an email to say if ticket not received please contact within 2 working days of event. I contacted them 3 working days before event to be told my ticket haven’t been sent and don’t know why, was offered for tickets to be sent by email, in which I would have to print out And bring on the day, however I explained I asked for them to be sent in post as I don’t currently have a printer. So asked for another option but was told I could pick up at the box office when I arrive, I explained I had paid for parking and would need the ticket for the parking before I can get to the box office to be told I would have to explain To the car parking n ride why I didn’t have a Ticket but can produce it at the end of the day. Really!!!! Would never use their service again and it will put me off any future events in which they are involved in.

Bought tickets to see a band in Manchester . We purchased them last year and have since moved house. Previous tickets were delivered by Royal Mail and were forwarded to our new address. The Manchester tickets were delivered by courier for some reason and went to the old address. See Tickets refuse to re-isssue these tickets and say that if the if I cannot produce the physical tickets we cannot attend the gig. The kids are distraught at missing out on their favourite band and of course wasting £150 plus massive booking fees

purchased tickets for the Christmas Light Trail at the Botanical Gardens in Edinburgh; received confirmation email but no tickets attached. Three conversations have produced no resolution...conversation with the Botanics has produced no resolution. Receipt states that it is not a ticket and cannot be used as a ticket. Not sure we want to turn up on Sunday on the off-chance of getting in without tickets, even though those tickets are paid for.

This is terrible. Tried to change my children's Ice Skating Rink tickets for another day as booked by mistake. NOT POSSIBLE!!!??? How can you not allow for a simple change like this? Also they charge 13p/minute to wait for ever. Eventually gave up waiting. no company should use this ticket service.
