“I placed an order to be delivered and signed for on Saturday morning 18 April. Having heard nothing from our friends (whose 40th wedding anniversary it was ) I contacted Sendabunch after several days, with all the order and payment details, to request confirmation that the flowers had been delivered. The reply after another delay was that the order had been marked return to sender and Sendabunch were investigating the reason, with the intention of re-sending the order. It is now 30 April and I have heard nothing more. This is definitely not the service I expect and my friends still do not have their anniversary flowers.”

“Flowers were lovely but they were for an 50th anniversary on Friday 24th April 2015 they were delivered very early, on Tuesday 21st April 2015. I was disappointed as I wanted them to arrive on the 24th or wouldn't have minded if they have arrived one day early but three days early was disappointing”

“I have used Guernsey Flowers (Sendabunch) for over 30 years and have only once had a problem, which was quickly rectified. Only comment is that the prices stayed pretty static for years, but have now increased rather drastically in the last couple of years. Also, many offers with special codes appear for new purchasers, but not for old loyal customers!!”

“My mother was very pleased to receive the flowers from Sendabunch. Ordering was simple and quick, delivery was no issue. The flowers were a good selection, good quality and lasted a good time. I would recommend Sendabunch. (I don't usually do 'recommendations' but was very pleased with the service and will use them again). Thank you.”

“Flowers were ordered from Australia for delivery in UK for a 50th Wedding Anniversary. The flowers arrived on time and were much appreciated by the recipients. We will certainly use "Send A Bunch" again.”

“As I have been a customer for many years it would be a nice gesture if the company introduced a method of thanking customers like myself who have remained with you and have spread the word of your good service. I would also like to suggest introducing (unless it is something I have missed) a section where additional delivery instructions can be added. My mother is 86, nearly blind and is house bound. When the postal van arrives at her house she has to shout for them to come in but on many occasions they cannot hear her and to leave a note is not advisable due to the safety issue. she then has to find someone who can go to the central town postoffice to pick up the flowers. She has no family nearby so this is quite a difficult thing for her to organise. A note stuck on with the delivery address could help to overcome this problem? Many thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback. Your flowers and service are fantastic and my mother is so happy to receive the wonderful box of flowers which helps to lighten her day and reminds her someone cares. “I ordered flowers for my mother for Mothers' Day and paid the extra premium for guaranteed delivery. They didn't arrive so I contacted Sendabunch who promised to send a replacement bouquet and look into the matter. The replacement bouquet didn't arrive either. Sendabunch later contacted me to say that Royal Mail had tried to deliver the flowers and left a card to say so. This card was not received. Whether it was Royal Mail's or Sendabunch's fault is not clear, but I will not be using this unreliable service again.”
