You guys are the best, Our tour of the Holy Land last fall could not have been done better by anyone Joanna was our tour guide and she on her own was beyond, not to mention the tour guide Yoel. They were charming knowledgeable and accomodating. In retrospect, a bargain .
Did I mention how wonderful Joanna was?
Not only would I recommend Senior discovery Tours, unconditionally, they would be my first choice for our next trip.
I am not sure that I would even bother shopping as they gave us far more than we expected

“The tour was amazing. Our guide was so knowledgeable and she had friends at every stop to greet us and entertain us. The long stretches on the bus were used to educate us about Newfoundland and we listened to CDs of local musicians.”
“Excellent tour. Loved the locations we visited and tour guides were knowledgeable. Our "den mother" was delightful and caring. That said the tour did move too fast for me and I am mobile. I do enjoy walking and stopping to admire and take photos which was not possible at the pace set.
The meals were very good and loved tasting the specialties of the region. However was under the impression that wine would come with the meals and that was not the case for some of the meals.”
“We went to Greece for our 50th wedding anniversary on a two week stay put tour and it was wonderful. The only problem we had was with our concierge. It was his first time and there was a problem with one of the guests that he would not handle. Other than that, the trip was excellent.”
“Overall very good and excellent most of the time in terms of tour organization, value for what is offered and customer service. The tour director can make the difference between a good and excellent trip on many occasions. At times the flights are inconvenient and not scheduled with travellers in mind- likely more to do with cost. For example, the trip to Northern Portugal and Madeira- where for the trip home I believe I recall flying back to Lisbon for one day and then a stopover flight extremely early in the AM backwards to the hub in Germany before heading home. I understand some flights are cheaper but why the day trip back to Lisbon for one day? Why couldn’t you leave directly from Madeira one day later and fly from Madeira to Frankfurt, I believe it was, and then home? Overall we do really enjoy Senior Discovery Tours and will travel with you again when the pandemic is under control with an effective vaccine.”
“When I was a single senior I went to Spain for a 4 wk. trip. I loved the idea that I was picked up and returned to my doorstep, and everything was included - even the insurance. 3 meals a day was included with 2 excursions per week of our stay. It was wonderful and the price was right. I am now remarried but my husband is reluctant to travel and even more so now with the coronavirus. But it was a wonderful holiday and great value for the price. I would recommend your tours to anyone.”

“Love the personal touches. However - Would like to book our own seats on plane, this is VERY, very important. We are from Ottawa, and were picked up late to arrive in Montreal. Our seats were separate on a transatlantic flight - not acceptable. We will need to make our own way to Montreal or a Toronto, as cannot rely on connections.
Include river cruises!
More tours in Europe with a longer stay over in the same hotel. Hotel standards vary too much, should all be same quality.
Thank you for having most meals included, saves on money disbursements and having to find places to eat in a foreign land.

“Compared to other tour companies we have used Senior Discovery Tours was "very poor" versus companies like Insight/Alba/Globus/etc - we went to Greece - stuffed on a plane where my wife and I couldn't sit together - provided with a tour guide who travelled there for the first time and ended up spraining her ankle and couldn't look after some of the more needy people which we ended up doing - no farewell dinner special celebration - accommodation in santorini looking out a basement window onto a parking lot - same bland buffet dinner every nite in athens - a drunk local guide on one excursion - and when i submitted my complaints at the end of the trip to your president (Danny) - they were dismissed -”
