Since this is an online company who farm out flower supply requests to local providers they will happily take your money without having the common sense to see that their chosen providers can meet said demands. You would be safer going local if you possibly can and therefore having more chance of your money buying something of value rather than disappointment.

Tbis company is actually a fraud and is misleading customers with pictures on thier website. I have ordered 2 bouquets for mothers day and its disgusting what they have sent out. I am extremely disgusted and disappointed at what they have done.

Unacceptable! Mother’s Day flowers ruined, especially as I couldn’t seem my mum today. Completely wrong flowers, already dying and mostly foliage. Completely ripped off and deceived. Nothing like the pictures, avoid at all cost!! 😡

Mums flowers just arrived WE THINK the driver never even knocked to let us know just left them. Disgusting service. Then when I opened the box the SMALL amount of flowers were already in bloom (supposed to be bud to bloom). AND NO WAY WERE THEY WORTH THE £30 we paid. Very very poor in all aspects 🤬🤬🤬and not even any flower food!! The 1st photo was the 1 ordered. Nothing like

I've ordered from Serenata flowers for many years and the quality and packaging has always been great. The flowers I ordered this time were package with no water so we're practically dead on arrival. My mother managed to save a few stems. Why were they not packaged in water like they have been in the past. Unlikely to order from Serenata if this is how you now package flowers! Disappointed long time customer.

Really disappointed, it was basically 25% the size of a bouquet, some of the flowers were dying already and they sent me the wrong ones, they’re not the ones I chose. Thanks for ruining Mother’s Day

Useless, avoid at all costs. Failed to deliver on Mother’s Day and told me on the morning of Mother’s Day. Did not offer refund.

Very dissapointing. The bunch of flowers I received were much smaller than the image on the website. No where near worth the money I paid. The picture is of my Perfect Pink bouquet if you want to compare with the website image.

Husband ordered flowers for mothers day which arrived without personalised card and completely different to how photograph suggested. Stay well clear!

From Australia I ordered flowers for my uncles funeral in the UK. Flowers arrived as arranged. I asked about the quality from my cousin who told me they were very poor quality. After several emails they agreed to send another arrangement to my cousins home so that they could be placed on my uncles final resting place. Flowers arrived ok but again very poor quality. I gave up trying, disgusted. Try someone else would be my best advic.

Absolutely disgusting!!!!! Paid £25 for 8 flowers, below is the image that they made out to look like and that’s the image that came. It was for my mother in laws birthday and I am so disappointment! I will never order or advise anyone to order from them again!!!!!

Terrible company. Ordered 2 bouquets of flowers one for the mother and one for the mother in law put both addresses in then my confirmation email said they were both going to the same address. I asked them to rectify this but they said it wasn’t possible. So now my mum is getting no flowers for mother’s day. Wish I’d stuck with all occasions of howden never had a problem with them.

I would recommend that you DO NOT use this company to send flowers to your special one. As per many other reviewers the standard of the bunch of flowers which were received were nothing like the illustration of the bouquet which I ordered. The flowers were like a bunch you could buy in a supermarket for £5 wrapped in cellophane with a soggy green napkin around the stems to keep them hydrated, this didn't work as they were very wilted. Customer service was a disgrace as after sending a picture of the flowers we got what seems to be the stock answer of the floral team have reviewed your image and confirmed that the bouquet meets the correct quality and size of that ordered. Obviously their quality standard is as low as its possible to get. Please save your money and purchase a quality bouquet from M&S or Sainsburys for half the price, believe me you and your recipient will be much happier. I do not think this company will last much longer given the product and customer service

Flowers arrived not even wrapped in paper or cellophane, just in a cardboard box. Very poor value for money. Certainly not worth £19.99. Garage flowers look better. Definitely do not recommend and certainly won't ever order from there in the future.

After receiving the second bouquet which is meant to be your top rated 'Bouquet' with a damaged flowers, flowers which are not fresh and turning brown you say they are I quote 'After reviewing the images, our floral team has confirmed that the bouquet has been made to the correct quality and size as expected' POOR QUALITY... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND A DIFFERENT SUPPLIER! Mine should have been a lovely surprise, not stress and time wasting!!!!

Ordered flowers as birthday gift. Unfortunately, I used the mobile version of the website which they have failed to correctly match to the full website so it had no product details for the flowers. I was then very disappointed to learn that the flowers turned up just laid in a box with no arrangement. The price of the flowers is just about value for money with the assumption that they have been professionally arranged in to a bouquet and not just dropped in a box. The blunt and unhelpful response from the customer service regarding the matter has done nothing to improve my opinion either. On top of that, the flowers still don't look anything at all like the arrangement on the site but hopefully, may improve over the next day or so when the rest bloom. As it stands, I wouldn't recommend Serenata Flowers. Very poor value for money; poor customer service; and the flowers certainly do not live up to represented product on the site.

Booked flowers delivered to the wrong address 3 days of talking still no delivery angry customers angry partner will never use again stay clear absolute joke of a company next time I will just visit a florists

i would not have given you 1 star but had to. i was a recipient of flowers, worst bunch of flowers I've ever received, agree with others that the 5 pound bunch from the supermarket are better value. will not be using your company when I'm sending flowers.
