Delivery was at the end of the night. Understand busy day on Valentine’s Day but would have like to have been informed as the day went on what was going on. Flowers where lovely though.

Utterly inflexible, flowers eventually arrived a day late, and frankly I could have bought better quality flowers from a petrol station at a 1/4 of the price. Wont be using Serenata again.

Very disappointed with the flowers small and the roses were Brown at the edges I wouldn't use you again or recommend.

Half of the flowers were dying & the petals started falling off a hour after taking out the box

The 2 stars sound a bit harsh however to reflect other customers comments, I received no confirmation of my order or payment which led to panic on the day of delivery to see if they were in fact going to be delivered. I ordered a large bunch of WHITE roses, but what was delivered was a bunch of RED roses, so I am more than a little disappointed by this. That said, the flowers were nicely packaged but not what I ordered? (photo of red roses uploaded)

Fast service but the flowers looked on their last legs. Looked nothing like the picture. Maybe they had an off day for flowers (not service) on Valentine's Day as per other reviews.

Sent flowers in Canada, delivery £5, the week later it was £15 delivery for Valentine’s Day! An absolute joke.

We had a rather upsetting issue with my Daughter, she really wanted the Box with the balloon. We ended up with two balloons with no notification. My Daughter collects boxes which made it more awkward. 2nd point is constructive feedback, my wife had the box with 3 roses, however the bottle inside the box holding the flowers had not be sealed correctly the whole box inside was wet and starting to fall apart. I understand that it is a busy day for all florist, but on this occasion not having prior notice of no box and then a wet box from my wife, that my daughter wanted to keep and could not, was very disappointing. Sorry not use you again.

I ordered two dozen roses to be delivered to my girlfriend's place of work and unfortunately the roses were not in great condition when they arrived also her work colleagues said when they arrived the roses looked half dead, this was disappointing for me to hear and also quite embarrising for my girlfriend.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on 14th Feb, Courier delivered them somewhere else so my G/F didn't get her flowers. Serenta flowers customer service was very good in trying to help but ultimately Yodel cost you a customer for being incompetent

I am currently waiting on a decision, re my last purchase from yourselves. I bought the same bunch of flowers, for 2 people. My wife and my sister in law. My sister in laws bunch were perfect. My wifes however were short 1 flower and others were past their best. Still waiting on reply. Photos already sent.

The roses looked like they were days old on delivery and were wilting .. it’s only been two days and they have already started to drop

Flowers were fine but the endless marketing thereafter was maddening... and i didn't opt in for it either. Other floweer sellers are available!

Recipient not home.. flowers dumped on porch for 2 days... no water of course and the administration thought it was okay to do so!! I had to ASK for an apology! I am South African the Rand is 17 to 1... I paid a pretty penny for rubbish service. They could have left a note so my family could have called when they returned!

The delivery was very late on the day 4.20 pm (it was my Mum and Dads 60th wedding Anniversary) and the flowers were from my Dad who was getting anxious as the day went on that they were not going to arrive. When they arrived the roses were very droopy and looked sad. So he was disappointed. I had ordered them for him as they don't have internet access and I was equally getting anxious when he called me several times to say they hadn't arrived. I appreciate we didn't pay for early delivery as it was an extra £9.99 but I would have expected them soon after lunch time/early afternoon at the latest. Their special day was nearly over at 4.20pm.

The flowers were delivered to the wrong address and if the person had not delievered them to my friend at 8pm, she would not have got the flowers on the day. I emailed Serenata but they did not accept the delivery went to the wrong address. The flowers were ok. my friend emailed them and they serenta reply by saying they are dealing with the client. I did not get any reply to my email .
