Delivered by a standard courier, didn't arrive until the evening. Nothing like the picture on the website, could have bought a better bouquet for £10 at a supermarket. Embarrassed to have sent them, waste of almost £30

Even after I booked and paid for flowers 3 weeks in advance….. Even after I chose this company because they say they deliver 7 days a week…… Even after during the order I specifically selected 10th May (a Sunday)….. And even after their reassuring commitment on the confirmation email that “… our gift guru is excited to roll up his sleeves and warm up his paws to ensure the present you picked arrives perfectly packaged and right on time.” I then got an email at 9am on the day they were due advising they were unable to deliver on the day required.....(from the reviews seems I am not the only one). They say they hope it did not detract from the sentiment and the intent - well of course it did! They were arranged for a date specifically because it was a significant date. The day after this had passed and gone and left the recipient feeling dejected because they thought we had forgotten! No offer of refund / cancellation just “sorry if you’re disappointed”. They did not deliver what I paid for – plain and simple. Also….I know that they say in the small print (part of the confirmation FAQs after ordering) that unless you buy an additional card the recipient will not know who sent them. Never come across this before - ridiculous. Even more so given that when they opened the box there was a blank card. Will not put my next important flower delivery in the hands of this company - or ever again.

In March my daughter in Tasmania ordered flowers to be delivered to me in Glasgow when I came home from hospital. I have never been so disappointed in a floral arrangement/ condition of those flowers. Photos were sent to customer complaints, an apology received,accepted and arrangements agreed to to resend flowers when we advised. Replacement received on 5 th May as requested. What an absolute disgrace this turned out to be ,apart from being a cheaper version of original order,it was a total eyesore. Foliage almost dead,flowers lasted a day before they withered.Two stems of Lilies followed suit band one didn't even open. This was by far a cheaper arrangement than original one ordered,sadly looked liked it had been thrown together and fit only for garbage .You will most certainly NEVER receive a recommendation from friends or family. Local florists will now get our overseas and local orders.

I ordered flowers for our ruby wedding anniversary 7 days in advance from Seranata as they said they would deliver on a Sunday. At 9:30 on Sunday I got an email to say they would not come until Monday. They arrived this morning squashed into a cardboard box looking as if they had been there for several days. The flowers look half dead and nothing like the photograph. I could have got much better ones for half the price from a supermarket. I imagine they will need to be thrown away in a couple of days. Very disappointed and I will never buy from them again

I opened the box and half the petals fell out over my desk. My son paid 25 pounds to send these to me for Australian Mothers' Day. I could have got a better bunch of flowers for 2 pounds 50 at my local petrol station! Serenata pleaded "unprecedented times" Ha! They also said they were happy, from a photograph I sent, that this was their Cranberry Sorbet bouquet and it was supposed to look like that. I.e. absolutely nothing like the picture on their website! Would never order from them again.

Didn't deliver as booked on my birthday. So no cake no flowers no candles! Emailed and told would deliver the following day and I could not cancel or get a refund! Happy birthday in lockdown to me. Its all covid fault. Well then they should be up front on the web site.

Although the website was easy to use, I was really disappointed that what are advertised as "Letterbox Flowers" were not posted through the letter box. I had specifically selected this company so that my elderly mother could get some flowers without having to get to the door to receive them. She has a heart condition so walking is difficult and by getting flowers through the letterbox she would not need to rush to answer the door. Unfortunately the deliveryman knocked on the door then left the flowers outside. My mum struggled to get to the door and then had to fetch the flowers from outside, causing her to be very out of breath. Not the service I had expected.

The flowers were beautiful my partner loved them😍 communication and updates were amazing but negatively the courier left the parcel outside my house without ringing the buzzer confirming my parcel was delivered that is very unprofessional. Again if it was stolen!

Flowers ordered for my friends wedding anniversary, they arrived in a letter box, box which was not even asked for and the flowers were, dead, dried up and leaking fluid. Will definitely not be using this company again. Refund was given but no good will gesture was made. Very disappointed. Avoid using if you want to impress someone or just want to cheer someone up. My friend was devastated.

I ordered 2 bunches of flowers on 1st May at a combined cost of £78 they were for my mothers 80th Birthday on 9th May - she is in a care home in Aberdeenshire. I checked with the care home on Saturday 9th mid afternoon to be told nothing had arrived. When I checked the order status all it said was order received. I contacted Serenata and they said they had emailed me during the week to advise the flowers would not arrive on 9th May due to the Bank Holiday Travel restrictions? Anyhow, they hadn't sent me an email as they said and they said the flowers couldnt be delivered till the 13th which was ridiculous. Basically, as the status was still at order received, I would suspect that they hadnt even been processed. I asked for a refund and will see if I get it as promised. I wont order from Serenata again.

I was sent a bouquet by my boyfriend as we celebrated our anniversary, when I showed him the flowers he was obviously disappointed and said they looked ‘Nothing like the picture’. I remarked they were only budding, and in a few days they would look amazing. Well in the space of 2 days many were dying and drooping! So upsetting to have to throw away what should have been a beautiful bouquet for a beautiful occasion!!

We placed out order 2 and a 1/2 months before our delivery date to our extremely ill mother, we were informed on the day of delivery that delivery date would not be met, (which was Mother’s Day) having such a huge lead time I would have thought we would have been notified that they were unable to meet their Delivery obligation. We had planned to visit from Australia but due to Covid-19 were unable. As stated in our email to Serenata flowers we cannot express our profound dissatisfaction and disappointment, as our mother felt forgotten, if we had of been contacted we would have opted for early delivery. Will never use nor recommend them to anyone, happy to take our money, but not happy to keep us informed! Devastated is all we can say sadly.

Arrived early evening. Bouquet full of foliage and poor quality flowers. Ordered a birthday cake box was empty. Having used this awful company I am now being plagued with their adverts on all my media sites. Their magnanimous offer for this ruined order a refund for the missing cake. Never again.

I received the Bella bouquet and it was nothing like the picture and there was just lots of horrible foliage to make the bouquet look bigger. They look like supermarket quality flowers. Avoid at all costs.

I've ordered flowers twice from Serenata. The first time was fine. But the second time, I never received them. Apparently the driver dropped them off 'somewhere close' in the area. But not with me! They are now 'reviewing' the situation to see what happened and what to do. What a waste of time. Either send the flowers or refund the money. I doubt I'll do business with them again.

If you want flowers delivered in a timely manner skip this company. I sent Anniversay flowers for my brother to be delivered last Monday, they never arrived and today's Friday. They blame me for incorrect postcode, a fact they knew on Monday and which they amended, but still no delivery. Won't be using this company again.

My daughter sent some flowers mostly Rose's filled out with large quantities of leaves for my 60th birthday on 1st May. The flowers we read by the next day. Worst flowers I have ever had.

Despite the order being placed 7 days in advance, the order wasn't received on the requested day. There is no telephone number to discuss any issues and when I messaged them late on the afternoon, they told a lie and said they were out for delivery.

*Update on post written yesterday* Time stamps on this website is incorrect (previous post was not written 52min ago!) and unable to upload pictures. Contacted Serenata yesterday using ‘contact us’ form to complain of poor changing seasons bouquet. Customer support were helpful and efficient. Having read previous reviews regarding customer support I was expecting to have a terrible experience. Initially offered option to resend flowers or refund 50% of cost of bouquet. I declined both and requested a full refund. A full refund has been processed and should be received within 1-3 days. Only fair I give full experience and update reviewers.
