“Ship your car now charged me $500 just to locate a trucker. By the time my car arrived in my area I was given a call at 8pm by the truck and told to pick the car up at 8am 17 miles from my house. I was never told I would have to drive that far to get my classic car that I bought online and the trucker gave me a bunch of attitude because I asked why no one told me I'd have to drive or front be a ride in little notice to pick it up. All in all it cost me $1900 to ship my car from Florida .”

“While this was subcontracted because the route was different than the norm, Ship Your Car Now took complete responsibility and was always there when I called. Erick was a big help. The contracted company did a great job! Nice work!”

“We used Ship Your Car Now to ship our son's truck to him from Oklahoma to Washington State where he is currently stationed. I received quotes from multiple vendors and Ship Your Car Now wasn't necessarily the cheapest but the cheapest vendors had awful reviews. Ship Your Car Now as about a $150 more than they cheapest but I felt most comfortable with them. Worked with Randy at Ship Your Car Now - he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Edward was the driver and he was very accommodating. We handed the car over to Edward on Tuesday and expected it to get to Tacoma on Saturday, which was Christmas Eve. He ended up getting there a whole day early which was a great Christmas surprise for our son. We know our son is going to be moved to a base in Virginia in 2020 and we will definitely use Ship Your Car Now for that transfer as well.”

“First off, the company had good intentions, but failed to perform up yo their promised standard. Most of the Brokers that contacted me do not want money up front until the car was delivered. I paid in full ahead of time, thinking that was the best way to do it for me; it was Christmas time and I had to know exactly how much money I was spending. The company had several authorizations against my debit card that were taken care of and did fall off but the authorizations were not what I had expected nor authorized. The amount that I paid was one thing, but I never knew about a $100 pre authorize charge, which appeared twice and later fell off after Christmas. The original authorization also appeared twice, dwindling my available balance on Christmas Eve! All that is just simply policy and accounting that seems to be in need of improvement. But the worst was yet to come. Their driver failed to pick up my truck on the date he was supposed to and I had to call again to my broker to see where my vehicle was. They had said they would get another person, of course several days later. Then I got a call from the original driver whom they said they fired and he brought me my vehicle. He brought my vehicle using a 48 foot long trailer which I also said I did not want. I specifically said they would need a flatbed. He had nowhere to turn around and got stuck; I spent my whole morning helping him get out and eventually used my own car to pull his tow truck vehicle out of the mud. The tires on his dually were bald and his long trailer hung over the side of my hill. All this plus getting my vehicle many days later than promised is the reason I cannot recommend the company.”

“We used your company in April and the service was great. However, this time we had to wait 5 days to get our car. If we had known it ahead of time we could've rented a car at the airport and would not have been without a car for so long a time. When the driver finally arrived, he complained about us packing too much stuff in our car. You need to let customers know how much (# of lbs?) We can put in it. But then again, how would we be able to weigh the things in our car? The driver had looked through our car because he knew exactly what was in there. This was somewhat disconcerting to us.__Have always enjoyed talking to Jay and he has been supportive to us”
