“ Terrible company. I have a successful 5 star profile but hadn't used Shpock for a year or two and decided to give it a go again recently, listing some good quality-good brand items. I was shocked to see a complete decay of the Shpock I once knew: so many scam buyers running rampant on the platform, a major overhaul to push only for delivery providing items in attempt to push out local sellers and mimic ebay, absolutely no customer service, no offers to my page to encourage promotion purchase! ”

“ Shpock restrict your account if you post designer items even if they are genuine. I have nearly £300 in my Shpock wallet from items i sold weeks ago with no problems the customer even gave me 5star reviews and they wont let me transfer to my bank. I have sent over 15 messages but customer services dont reply. Terrible service. Would never use again be careful people. ”
