“I was pleased with my Handrail Kit & helped by the tips on the website made installation fairly easy. I did require the assistance of a neighbour as two pairs of hands were needed in the initial stages. My wlfe is delighted with the result & it has helped her to go up & downstairs more easily.”

“Nice product but for £160 would expect better service! Order took 13 working days in total to arrive and not the advertised 3 to 8. You have to download a 3rd party app if you want to track the order but it is quite useless. The app notified me that the order had been dispatched (no direct text/email from Simple Handrails) but provided no tracking info or expected delivery time. 5 days later, I contacted SH considering the warehouse is only a 2 hour drive away as the order had still not arrived. Apparently the order had not actually been dispatched and wasn't even in stock!! 5 days later I received a call at work from a delivery driver who could not locate my address - luckily my partner was at home to receive the delivery but how can customers make sure that someone is at home to receive a 3 metre piece of wood if there is no tracking information??! Where would it have been dumped if no-one was in? To add insult to injury, the driver had apparently tried to deliver the day before and marked the delivery attempt as 'address does not exist'!! Would not recommend.”

“Brilliant service, I have recently come out of Hospital so really needed a hand rail for getting upstairs, Simple handrails got it to me ASAP, it arrived fully protected in a solid cardboard tube, with no damage or scratches to the stainless steel, looks great fitted. I would have no problems in recommending this company.”

“Took three attempts to finally receive my order, first time damaged in transit, second time wrong item was delivered, third time item all correct. Would I order from simple handrails again? I would 100% definitely order from again. Why you ask? Well two reasons....... Firstly, the quality of the goods and at a price thats insanely cheap for the quality. Secondly, The customer service received, first time when received damaged wasn't their fault and managed to get replacement item delivered in 3 days. Second time around yes it was their fault but again items resent and received in less than 3 days. Both times it took a quick call or email to their sales team and issue was rectified.”
