Do not buy anything from this shower Poor customer service I bought a swimsuit. No alternative but to open an account in order to purchase. Paid in full when bill arrived. Got sent accusatory and threatening text messages stating I owed the balance and would be referred to a credit reference agency. Totally inappropriate and unacceptable given that I had paid the balance of 23.50 pence in full . Had to send photos of my bank statements to prove. Did not accept responsibility and apportioned blame on me . Load of hassle . No decent apology . Awful customer service. Do not buy anything . I certainly will not ever deal with them again.. Poor modus operandi.

Awful service. Went online following an ad for a coat in sale went to purchase the coat and as I was about to pay a pop up to say 20% if you open an account today - so I did. Got to basket and no discount applied. Contacted on chat and advised not applicable on sale items annoyed as would not have opened the account. Purchased anyway. Paid full amount prior to due date via simply e website but after a couple of days not appearing in account l. Contacted via chat and was told can take up to 6 days. Concerned re late payment charge/notice at which point chat ended by advisor (?) contacted again and told referred to accounts team and they would ensure applied in next 48 hours. Still not showing 3 days later and now notified by back simply be have reversed the payment and credited my bank! Whilst trying to contact Again - I've now got a text to say I have an overdose payment and 24hurs before credit file notified of a missed payment!! BEYOND ANNOYED AND FRUSTRATED

Collection of returned items has resulted in a great deal inconvenience. Poor response from them also in dealing with this.

I ordered and waited to only find out the order was cancelled due to an error. They didn't tell me about it! They made no attempt to send out the items again either.

Ordered my item on the 28th October and have been trying to ask Simply be to help me with my parcel. Have not not received it. Now I have to go have a refund form sent to me, I have to print it sign it and send back and what 2 weeks for my money. All I want is to re-order it with the money I have already spent as in re-send it.

Took my money then kept delaying delivery. Absolute joke of a company. Expecting customers to wait 3 months from order date is unacceptable, esp when they are quick enough to take payment

The products are good… the delivery service is ok… tried to set up a DD on line wasn’t working so called to make a payment . Waited 10 minutes for someone to take payment, waited another 22 minutes to set up DD to be told they had put me through to wrong department , waited and waited no one answered .. disgraceful service

Wanted to order 2 dresses to wear for my son's wedding in June. Was told I couldnt order as two shirts I ordered ages before had not been paid for. I showed them my bank statements from that time. Complaints handler said she couldn't see the payments and that the matter was now closed. I sent them bank statements with the payments highlighted. The complaints have not reduced my balance to zero. Nor did they send me statements every 28 days as stated in their descision letter. Totally being given the run around.

Great for taking payment and sending parcel but the problem comes when you return it takes 14 days to return the money back to me which i think os really bad customer service. I wont be ordering from them again. I rang up to ask about this and the staff member had a bad attitude.

Awful customer service, only wanted an eternity ring from my fiance, sent the tight one back ordered a bigger size and they lost it during dispatched toom me 5 days to find this out useless customer service after customer service, now waiting for another replacement after 5 days still processing never recommend and won't be ordering again I will stick to very they are more reliable ta

Checking my account it says -£1500 and zero credit. contacted online chat, useless, was told by someone called Chuma, it would be passed to accounts and someone would email me and keep checking, this is disgusting service, had no emails saying anything will change, just had the credit limit withdrawn which I guess will now impact my credit report - will be passing this onto the Financial Ombudsman

Really poor customer service - don't know know where in the world it's based but English is not a first language. So frustrating. They charge a premium for items, charge delivery even when you spend a lot and charge interest - surely they could afford a customer service base in the UK.

Ordered 7 items, one received, all others were listed on my account as returned... Notg by me as I'd never even seen them. Had to do a the chasing yo find out why my other items never arrived, had to chase refund. Overall... Generally poor service. Customer service - non exists T. Helpfulness - non exists T. Delivery - exceptionally poor. Best option - don't order anything from this company. Had no issues when it was Figleaves.

Awful! First time customer and returned the item for a refund. Hermes collected the item and left a 'sorry we missed u card' which was blank. No proper proof that they collected it. The woman left before i realised. My item was then lost by Hermes and all record of my return lost aswell, even though i used the app. The customer service from simply be was shocking. They refused to try and trace the item using the delivery label i still had a copy of and said they won't refund as i didnt keep the proof of collection. It appears they cant read when i told them many times i was not given it!! I will NEVER use them again. £35 out of pocket for nothing. Avoid!

Do not order from. Have tried four times now for a courier to come and pick up my returns and they have still yet to appear.
