Worst company to purchase from. Placed the order online. Product showed up the last day of shipping expectations with the wrong board. I contacted customer support and they said they were sorry but I needed to pay restocking fees (for them to restock the wrong item they sent me originally) and would “consider” if they would process any refund? With all the good online stores, why even bother?

Ordered Atomic Savor Visor Stereo Ski Helmet so I can use with prescription glasses. I'm in the US, near Boston. Order date Jan 8 evening. Received confirmation expected delivery Jan 13-15. Received helmet Jan 12! It is perfect. Fits great over my glasses out of the box. As far as Skatepro goes, I don't think it could be better. Fantastic price on hard to find helmet, and faster shipping I think than if order was shipped out of NY. I'll shop there again 100%

We ordered a scooter for my brother as a Christmas present, it arrived and all was well until we decided to return it (unused and not ever take out of the box). Customer service take weeks to reply, we went with their shipping method as you’d think they would cover all shipping related damages. Well no, when they finally replied, they told us theyre deducting 25% off our order (on top of the shipping cost) because of “signs of usage”, what signs of usage when we didn’t even take it out of the box??? We have yet to recieve our refund, so now, we don’t have a scooter OR our money. When (and IF) they decide to refund our money, it won’t even be the full amount. You can order from them unless you’re unsure about the product because they’re extremely fussy about their returns :(

De as het voorwiel van de step die we kochten was verrassend snel stuk. We namen dus contact op met de klantenservice voor een reservestuk. Daar begon de lijdensweg. Lang wachten op antwoorden, moeilijke communicatie… Hun na verkoop service laat sterk de wensen over. Raad het sterk af met hun in zee te gaan.

Don't buy here. Bought expensive skates for my daughter here under the assumption that this company would actually sell good skates. In practice, the inner closure appears to be designed in such a way that they get caught while skating, resulting in falls. This company's response was: try to keep your legs further apart while skating! Furthermore, you are not entitled to anything because they are abroad. Not recommended. Unsafe foreign junk.

Scam company! Skate pro took my money and cancelled my order because my delivery address was different from my billing address (I work away from home so have parcels delivered to a family member) and now will not refund me. Do not use!

Purchased two skates for my Son and Daughter, uses the chart size and choose according, once arrived on time, and for Christmas. However the skates inner foot boot does not extend to fit a child's foot 13 c as it indicated within the description, the outer casing of the boot does, so there is really no point in the extension if the inner does not extend out, to post the items back is going to cost NZL$ 400+ nearly the same price as the skates them self $68 to get them sent to NZL and $400+ to send them back, the company need to have an agency for NLZ to be able to send back at the same price, all i want is a replacement to a larger size.. we have emailed several time, each time they keep asking for new photos, to which we supply, still resolution, not happy to be honest.

Purchased inline skates, arrived 2 weeks after ordering. Daughter wore skates for 2 weeks , wheel has worn badly already and needs replaced , sent pictures to customer service, and they are saying that's the just way they are ... Well no definitely not , skate wheels dont wear after 2 weeks light use .. asked for further explanation but have heard nothing back... very slow at replying.. not satisfied at all with customer service .... wouldnt purchase from company ..

ATROCIOUS SERVICE - Item arrived faulty / damaged. Complained to company and provided and extremely clear photo of the fault. Told I’d be getting a replacement and it had been sent. Threw old skates away, only to be told they now wanted more pictures I couldn’t provide! So I have no skates, and they’ve effectively stolen my money!! AVOID THEM!!

Couldn't be happier. SkatePro had the best price for the inline skates I wanted. It also qualified for free shipping. Placed my order on the site, got a tracking number for updates and a week later received my skates. What more can you ask for.

total rip-off for Canadians. I bought a ski helmet in the winter They said all delivery charges were included then 3 months later I received a bill from FedEx So the element was much more than if I bought it in a store in Canada No one in Canada should order from these guys

Customer service was excellent. Shipping to the US extremely fast. I had my new skis FedEx one week after placing the order. Arrived by noon and was on the slopes at 12:30. All around five star service!

Friendly folks, but they don't seem to have the item I ordered. Claim to have dispatched FedEx, but nothing to pick up. A little worried, I tried cancelling the order, but no reply. I am in U.S.

BE WARE I ordered 2 skateboards and all the safety equipment on April 28, 2020. The safety equipment arrived after 5 weeks. It is now June 3 but no skateboards. Their phone line is close, I've emailed them 2x, nothing! This is a joke. Apparently they ship from Europe. They sent a tracking number which has no update. I will have to request a refund from my credit card.
