“This company is very,very lying and fraudulent.I bought from them once and they withdrew money from my account twice and sent packages twice.I opened a package and saw that the quality and taste of the products were very,very awful,and I posted the first package for those I had not opened and the whole second package for them.They have no phone to call people.They did not even give me a free return label,and I had to pay 14£to return these junk and poor quality products.I have a document that the post was delivered to them,a woman named Aimee handed over the package and I texted them,and that Aimee woman herself emailed me and said no,your package did not reach us and we will not return the money! “All these reviews speak for themselves, I only wish I'd read them before ordering. They sign you up for a subscription you never wanted or authorised, then duplicate your order weekly - taking money from your account without your permission. Basically, they are thieves.

“Ideally, I would like to give 0 stars. I ordered on 4th Jan - a present for a friends birthday. Got dispatched to Royal Mail on 8th Jan, but tracking hasn’t moved from ‘sender has informed us they have dispatched the parcel to us’ since 8th Jan. contacted the company, was asked to wait another week, which I was content to do as I still had some time before the birthday. That was a week ago. Still no change in tracking and still no goods. Emailed again, and every response is an automated email that in no way answers my questions or queries. It’s just a random pre typed response. The customer service is shocking, and they have my money. I wouldn’t mind if I had received some proper correspondence but when they are just automating emails and paying no attention (probably because so many people are complaining), it’s just not on. They tell me it’s because Royal Mail are so busy, but I ordered something on Tuesday via Royal Mail and it arrived today (Thursday). The company is a scam! I won’t be shopping with them again.”

“Sauces and syrups taste AWFUL.
I tried the garlic Mayo, ketchup, bbq sauce, maple syrup, chocolate syrup, golden syrup and sweet chilli. All of them were totally inedible and tasted absolutely vile.”

I would never usually discredit a company however they are so u helpful.
I ordered 2nd December and was told to expect my parcel 11th December. Today is 18th jan and I haven’t received it.
Every time I complain they ask me to wait another week regardless of me asking for a refund.
They have lied saying my parcel is on its way.. when they didn’t even know my order number!!
Today they said it is with Royal Mail- I had to ask 4 separate times for my tracking number- surprise surprise it isn’t even with Royal Mail.

“I ordered excitedly but then realised some items wouldn't suit. I tried to cancel 28 minutes later to re-order and was told that it was too late to cancel (which it wasn't...)
A week later and my order still hasn't shipped and to no ones surprise, isn't cancelled.
They will allow me to return the goods at my own cost and also refuse to refund any sale items (which is nearly all of my items because they were having a big sale - also illegal).
I reviewed on Google and was told that the team would be happy to help. They weren't at all happy to help and again told me it was "too late". Imagine that, a company telling you that a cancellation in under 30 minutes was too late but then takes over a week to even ship the items.
Watch for automatic enrollment for subscriptions. Luckily I read other reviews and was able to "pause" my subscribed items before they charged me for them.
Watch for automatic donations added to your bill.
Watch out for horrendous customer service and obviously fake positive reviews, they've been actioned in the past for removing bad reviews by the ACA. :D

“Skinny Food has sent me my order packed with rubber bands, missing items and those that arrived were broken. They gave me the option to refund my money or resend the package. “Never got my free gift. The chocolate muffins literally taste of sweetener, very bitter aftertaste, and the texture is strange. The pancakes are useless, the mix (yes done correctly) was so thin you couldn't even make a large thin pancake let alone anything that resembled the pictures of the thick American style ones!! The sauces and syrups are excellent. Disappointed that despite the pancakes going in the bin I was told no refund! Thanks! Never ordering again.”

“Some of the syrups are ok - the cheese sauce was yuk so was binned. I've ordered stuff before without any issues but I only order what I need - however my last order I seemed to have signed up for a subscription - that I didn't want. Good job I checked my bank statement or I would not have been any the wiser. I think I've managed to unsubscribe - but I definately won't be using them again - very misleading ordering process on their really slow website. I've been told to send the order back for a refund once it arrives but it was only for about a tenners stuff - so I'll keep it as I'll be stung for the postage. They got back to me pretty quick with a response by e-mail, but I'm done with them. Amazon do a similar thing - before you know it, you've clicked on Prime subscription - and have to unsubscribe. Pity as they have some ok items - they'll lose customers if they keep this up”
