They sent me a broken sun bed with pieces missing and refused to replace it or take it back. They told me that it had taken me 5 days to let them know, and their policy is 48 hours. I explained that the law protects the consumer and that I actually had far more time to notify them, but they didn't care. What they do is illegal and immoral. Do not buy from them. Disgraceful.

Damaged Tv-kast Locker in metalen Pohpli After a serious delay, we received last week our locker. Last weekend we opened the box and concluded that there were several dents in the metal. We noticed this to Klum and get the answer that they are sorry but we had to mention this within 48 hours that's why they cannot help us further. It's really a shame and that's why I advise everyone to do no business with this company. BAD SERVICE!!!

Terrible delivery. Items arrive broken but if you dont let SKLUM know within 48H you will get no support or money back.

I received my broken items 10 months ago, they still have not been replaced, and Sklum refuses to give me a refund. I ended up taking them to court, what a nightmare. Please, please don't order from this company. Let's make sure they shut down forever.

Efetuei uma encomenda e dois dos produtos (separados) que encomendei vieram incompletos ,sem as peças todas . Já reclamei no site ,por email e contactei com a empresa e ainda não recebi os produtos em falta.

I received my item on the 23rd of February and upon opening the box (which was not damaged) I quickly noticed the chair was broken in a few places. Within 3 hours I contacted SKLUM looking for a refund. They said they couldn’t refund because delivery was made on 14th of February and that I missed the 48 hour deadline. I contacted the delivery provider and they sent an email confirming delivery was on 23rd of February. I got another email saying sorry delivery was made on 16th of February so they can’t help. They completely ignored the email confirming delivery was on 23rd of February by the delivery agents. They have given inconsistencies in the dates and are ignoring my evidence that delivery was made on 23rd. Furthermore, it was impossible for delivery to be on 14 or 16th because I was out of the country and only returned on 21st of February. SKLUM is in breach of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 as well as the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Be very careful with this supplier. I will be lodging formal complaints to get this addressed but it is shocking how they are responding.

I ordered 6 items from SKLUM and only received 5. At first I didn't complain as I just thought that the 6th item would arrive a little later. When nothing happened, I contacted customer service. They said I had to upload pictures of the photos I received (which I did), as well as pictures of the shipping boxes. I din't save the boxes, so now they're saying that I cannot proof not to having received the missing item. Which is why I won't get my money back or receive my product after all. I wouldn't recommend anybody to shop at SKLUM - I lost nearly 300€ and never received the 6th item. Order number: CRLPZBJRL Reclamation number: 1824584

Bad quality products made in China, item arrived with 10 days delay and they don't accept to take their garbage back. Will never buy again from them

Dhel cushion SKLUM I bought 4 Dhel cushions with them, git it almost over 2 months and it should take 25 days. One of the cushion was damaged fabric and all 4 smelling old stuff. I contacted SKLUM, send all pictures requested with original boxes, them they asked to send pictures with the cushions inside the boxes, what I did. After that I got an email saying some company should contact me from 10 days later to arrange the collection. Already passed 7 days from the the day that the company should contact me and I didn't hear from them. Now I am still waiting for a phone call from a company to arrange this collection, that can takes another while, after that I need to wait at least another month to get my money back. If you want my advice, stay away from a company like that, the processes it is very slow, the customer service doesn't help with anything, just basics emails saying that they are checking, but no solutions. Very disappointed and frustrated with the product and SKLUM.

The item arrived with several damages,broken marble . Also, I waiting for a delivery 2 months and when i open the table completely damaged!!! really bad experience shopping on this site, never again I will buy if there no sort the problem because I plan to take all my furniture for my coffe shop from SKLUM..IM WAITING SOME ONE TO REPLACE MY TABLE. THANKS

La peor experiencia de compra de mi vida. Una vergüenza, convierten la experiencia de estrenar un mueble en un asco. Me llegó un mueble con un cajón roto, les envié las fotos del cajón de inmediato, 3 semanas después me siguen mareando para no enviarme un cajón nuevo. Es que alucino, no lo entiendo. La peor experiencia de servicio que he tenido nunca. Es demencial.

I bought a 3 seater green linen sofa bed, armrest was insecure, which was annoying, but I didn't think to return it just for that. Then a leg broke, which was too much. This is with one persons use, not three it's rated number, and never used as a bed. I was past the 30 day review period when I got in touch. about 40 days in. I dealt with two people, the first asked for a couple videos of the issues, accepted them and said Sklum would send out a replacement sofa, ASAP, and I can dispose of the original. Disposing of the original gave me pause for thought, it would be a challenge, but I figured, I could manage it. At least however i would have something to sit on again ASAP. The second correspondence, said that I had to return it, and that it had to be in original packaging. It took a long time to clarify what was acceptable packaging and how to do that. This was blamed on the logistics company but really seemed like they were trying everything they could to stop me from returning it. Very unhelpful customer service I begged them for any other option other than to replace it with the same version, which is to my opinion faulty design. If a three seater sofa bed breaks with one persons use, then I don't know how it can even work as a bed. They refused to offer ANY other outcome, I asked for any thing other than a replacement, I accept I was past the 30 days, but I would have accepted store credit or a sofa of much lesser value. As I didn't have the original packaging like a pallet or a sofa sized box, I had to go around to super markets to find pieces of cardboard to patch together or they would not take back the sofa. I am nearly a month into this process and wonder when I will have something to sit on, or even get this cardboard monstrosity out of my sitting room.

Lie on deliveries and availability of products. For 3 weeks they lied about sending products inventing new stories at every single call. Issues with the transport company, issues with our IT, issues with quality control, etc... etc... I have to call them again and again for them to tell me they will have the products in 4 months. The worst company ever

Super disappointing! Oplichters! Terrible company. They have pretty pictures which do not reflect reality. A lot of information is missing on the site. They have no email address to ask those questions and only have callcenter. We called with a specific question and, of course, the answer was incorrect. Now we have a product which we cannot use and ... pay 40 euro for transport back and return. It also took 10 min per product to register the return (10 pictures per product). We have multiple product to return so it took tremendous amount of time to register it. Who nowadays chargers sooo much money to send and return goods and make it super hard ( pictures and forms) to return an item. They misinformed me, I received a different product than I ordered. How it this my cost? NO ACTION from SKLUM. Stay away from this "company".

Just poor quality and poor service. I will never order again! My ordered piece came just before Christmas and was a present. I wrapped it and when it was unpacked for Christmas we saw that the shelf had several scratches as well as a rust stain. After the holidays I tried contacting the customer service as online was not possible (online you are only eligible to make remarks for products were not sent to you more then 48 hours ago) The customer service also told me on the phone that there is no way that they will do anything because the product was sent to me 48 hours ago. Did not matter to them that it was Christmas and it was a present and that rust stains will probably not appear within a few days, this was clearly just their poor quality. I will never get anything again and surely not get it as a present! It was rather embarrassing to have giving someone a shelf that has scratches and rust.

POOR QUALITY, dirty, bad fitting, not as described, cheap, nasty, 0 instructions, items didnt even fit correctly....DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
