Got wrong items, trying to solve the issue to get the right ones, nearly two weeks no action, rude lady on the phone said that the conversation with me doesn't make sense and hung up on me. Sklum.com - never again

I ordered 6 chairs and 3 of them were cracked and broken. I immediately contacted them as I want to return them and get a refund. It has been 2 weeks and I am still waiting for a response.

I ordered a table and chair and they said it will take months to deliver. in advance i told them ok but not between x and x date since we are not there. They delivered it exactly in the days we said not to. (i tried to contact but their phone was not working). the boxes stayed outside in the rain for 1 weeks. 2 were damaged so i asked for sending them back... no reply for 1 month. Today i get an automatic email that they come tomorrow to pick up the chairs and we need to have them packed in boxes (only 1 day notice)... we are not there tomorrow and wont be there until the 14th of august. Again, no phone number where i can reach to cancel and no email reply. the service is horrible!

Ordered a patio dinning set consisting of 4 chairs, table legs and a table top. Received my items weeks later, all labelled and addressed as they should be. It was raining for a few days and being that it's outdoor furniture, i left it outside until it was dry enough for me to put together. A couple of days later i unboxed the chairs, erected the legs and frame and was looking forward to putting the top on and enjoying my new purchase. Only to find that I'd been sent a tv cabinet insteab of my table top. The team at sklum must have sent me 10 emails asking for pictures and to fill out a claim. I went around in circles for days. The customer service person was rude and unhelpful. Basically telling me it's my fault and I'm responsible. The issue is still unresolved roughly 8 weeks after i made the order. Half of the website is in Spanish from what i can decipher, which is most unhelpful. Over all i cannot recommend Sklum, stay well clear.

The customer service is lousy and the shipping times are more than 2 months! I have been waiting for my order for more than 2 months, and deliveries are increasingly delayed without any penalty, even having paid for the shipping. The information about the products is very bad, since it says that the order will arrive from day X but in the small print they hide that it can take up to 10 more days to send it to you. However, I've been waiting for 2 months and it's still delayed, and when I call them they tell me that they can't do anything and the only solution they give me is to cancel the order if I want. It's a joke!!! You can't trust Sklum.

ok, so I placed my order 1 month ago and was very excited to receive my products, just to receive an email that my order will be once again delayed. Now I see all these comments here about the broken furniture. So I am cancelling my order. I tried to reach out to them by phone, but no luck off course. They sure do have nice designs, but it´s not worth the trouble.

SMHVYNUEU service is terrible. it took 2 months for the product to be delivered. since they didnt know the date I wrote to them the information to when we are not there (was 1 week in june).. and they shipped it right in that week. the package stayed outside for a week and was damaged. I sent an email letting them know and no answer two weeks later, so sent an other email and a month later not answered (and the phone number was blocked). Now the phone is on again so i called them and they said to not write again and just wait since each time i write it puts my email at the end of the answering list?  terrible service .

Ive ordered over a month ago and got an email from the shop saying they had just a half of ordered products in stock, the other items they won’t stock anymore. I’ve cancelled 35 days ago, no refund was processed and no communication with the company. I lost my money and there’s no hope to get money back.

Horrible experience, we ordered 6 products, 2 of them defective, they offer us a partial refund, we accept for 1 of the two products but for the other product we demand a new one, we didn't want a table with a broken leg. They offer us to send us the legs of the table. When they arrive they are different table legs, 6 months later we continue trying to solve this, now they offer us to disassemble the table, send the photo, then they will send someone and WHEN THE TABLE ARRIVES to them, they will send us another one, taking into account their shipping times, that is 3 or 4 months without a table. Horrible experience.

Bed delivered 6 weeks after ordered despite a 7-12 days delivery time advertised. One piece of the bed was completely split which sklum offered to replace. I’m still waiting on this after two weeks. The bed is the most unstable bunk bed I’ve ever seen. It moves too much when someone climbs up on the topic bunk. The stairs are uncomfortable to use. So expensive for what you have. I wish I never had bought this bed. I fear for how long the bed will last.

This is a scum. They don't intend to send you any furniture. Flaky customer service and I had enough of this nonsense. AVOID!!!

I was sent a very faulty cabinet (doors welded shut!) could only get refund if I sent item back (uk to Spain) at my own cost! They are ar*ehol*s. There’s a dedicated complaints page on Facebook full of unhappy customers

Shipping company send my items back to Sklum the same day it arrived to Germany, 30.03.2023, instead of keeping it in depot for 8 working days (QPAUCQZAH). On 21.04.2023 Sklum informed me that they are shipping my items back (3151551) and that i will get a tracking email immediately - that never happened! Sklum doesn’t reply to reclamation - they dont even offer you to make a proper reclamation. I have till now send over 5 reclamations and NOTHING!! They reply here on review and even then they do not actually do anything!

If I could give no stars I would. I bought a very expensive wardrobe that literally looks like I built it myself with a bit of plywood that I found left over. I cannot believe the poor quality. Very upsetting. It looks pretty but that's all. One of the legs of the wardrobe broke in two when my two year old dropped it. Just unbelievable.

Placed an order on the 27th of March. Delivery 4-5 days! I even paid more for a partial delivery to receive the 1 product earlier. On the 03th of April i receive the email from SKLUM ´order is on its way/paquete in camino´ with a number from SEUR to track it. This number does not work and can not be found on the SEUR tracking website. I start calling with SKLUM waiting times of at least 10-15 minutes and customer service agents are very rushed and rude and can't wait to end the conversation quickly without providing you with really helpful information. They tell me it is normal that the tracking code does not work initially, and that in the same day or tomorrow it might start to work and i can track my order. I wait 1 day and it still does not appear. Since it is easter i decide to wait because customer care does not work on these days and for 4 days in a row, and it is impossible to reach them... Quite a bad service for such a company to not work during the holidays. Today i contact again after 20 minutes waiting time a very rushed worker replies me : I myself have to start an incident on the website myself BUT she does not have time to explain it to me. I find this ridiculous since its obviously not the client's fault the order did not arrive. Also that the customer care worker does not take 2 minutes time to explain the process well to me is far out horrible. Their returns fees are criminal! Note that if takes a month to get the products, and if you want to return something, you have to not only pa the return shipping fees, but you have to pay a penalty fee that is 55% of the item's value. Their customer service is AWFUL- I talked to woman named Kari who basically blamed my desire to return my month late items on me and had the worst customer service demeanor Ive encountered in anyone in a long time!

this is the worst retailer I have ever purchased from!!! ordered a coffee table 2 months ago for £150 - came faulty with wonky holes for screws (which cant be used), missing bolts and screws and rust on the metal parts. It took them 2 months (of me emailing and calling) to get back to me and their response is that I can send it back for £60... this is an absolute JOKE of a company and a customer service. I have a broken, useless, rusty £150 coffee table sitting in my office, which i cant even put together. never ever order from them
