It would be nice to speak to a real person I am paying for inter net conection on my tv but I am not getting it and have not had the internet connection on my tv for over six month and I am now conciderind a change to Kingston communications as it is impossible to get anywhere with sky

This scam company ruined me. All my savings, as well as my regular income-generating loans, were wiped out by Vourteige. I lost $50,000 in four months, hoping to recover at least some of my losses, but in the end everything went to waste. Sky are useless customs services and they're very ingrepic alcohol. They did not play with the regulations. And not and they do not fix the faults properly. I had a sky engineer. All you done is come out. Check the speed on my home a left You didn't do no work nothing now. I've had this trouble since the 26 november 2024 two 3 january 2025 this problem has been gone since these date now when I joined sky. I still had troubled abroad man's service. Now all they Ve offered me is 75 pounds compensation cost for lots of speed and lots of surgery. I do this, this is not sceptible to a customer. Now I won't recommend Skype glass. And skybroadband and sky tv to any friends and family

Firstly, Sky sent a remote firmware update to our Sky Glass TV and irreparably damaged it (apparently it happened to a small number but Sky won't admit it). This is where it all started. Cancelled our streaming as we were out of contract. Did it in writing as per terms and conditions but Sky refused to accept that. Continue to receive emails telling me the service is restricted and I owe an increasing amount each month. Speak to collections team who tell me, yes it should have been cancelled and they "don't know what's happened but will sort it". This has gone on since September. As we owned the Sky Glass TV we lodged a claim with the small claims court. Sky did not respond so the judge issued a CCJ against Sky as a result. This is when the Sky legal team swung into action. They are continuing to contest the claim. Goodness knows how much this will be costing Sky when they could simply settle the original claim which is £720. It's now December, and they continue to dispute the CCJ.

I joined this company in September 2021 investing $15k .I earned constantly and could upgrade to the $25k pack and then to the $50k . After trading and making so much profit, withdrawals suddenly became very difficult. It says on their website that fund withdrawals will take around 3 days. Please pay close attention when I say that these people are liars! Their only activity is to steal your money. If you give them your money, I guarantee you won't see it again. Trust none of the great reviews; they are all part of a fraud. I then Googled "M E R S E Y H I P. C O M." and got in touch with their staff. After looking into it, their company restored both my money and my profit. I will advise you to contact them in order to have a prompt answer and receive a refund of your money.

Just got sky no customer services at all let down can not get to talk to a person. Broadband box no get sending it back tomorrow. I fort by was bad sky beer them left with no internet no TV no house phone 4, 4days to mower I tried 5 numbers I rang got no were all day Fri

My prior email address is no longer operational, and I can't access my account anymore since when I tried to contact it, I got an error saying that the domain was no longer in use. Since it feels like my hard-earned money is gone, it's difficult for me to express how I feel about this. Thank goodness, Treblesltd*com allowed me to receive my money back. I suggest contacting them if you need assistance getting your money back.

Just had Sky Q + 2 miniboxes fitted after having used Sky HD for 20+ years. The engineer seemed in a mad rush as it was his last call and once he had "everything working" left hurriedly. There was no handover, no tuition on how to operate the controllers and no technical details at all. When we went to use our new gadgets neither of the 2 miniboxes worked and the main Q hub wouldn't turn off. Onto Sky by phone and as usual through to people whom you can't understand and the earliest we can get an engineer back out is in 6 days time! Asked to be put through to the cancellation team and you get someone else fobbing you off! We spent 1hour and 50 minutes of being palmed off by no less than 5 different operators. Honestly folks if you can do without Sky please do so. Use any other provider as they can't possibly be worse than Sky.Their advisers are worse than useless and are well trained to get you off the phone.

I can’t stress how poor the service I have received from the Sky Team. Went to purchase broadband and Sky Q to which I received Sky Stream. When calling to raise the mistake, the relevant consultant made another account on my name for Sky Q without cancelling the Stream and broadband account to claim another sale but leave me charging for 2 accounts. After being charged and looking to solve the problem, no compensation has been given apart from a pathetic apology. I know have to wait 2 months for this to be installed and it will be 3 months without any service to which I have been searching for. If you can find an alternative I would and not be with this company.

Féd up with hanging on listening to awful music for almost an hour. Have spoken to customer services twice who can’t help me and have been put through to reduce/ contract dept who are not answering or are too busy to answer. Perhaps if there’s a waiting time given that would help.
