If I could give 0 I would. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!!!!!! Left my property in March. Called to cancel, they failed to cancel and instead of calling us to say it failed to cancel, they instead kept charging us till June when I called them to ask why they keep charging us. THEY THEN MAKE ME PAY £200 as fee for THEIR ERRORS. Tell me I don’t need to return my box as I am no longer in the property, then now in August, I get a charge from Sky again and they say they will charge me £50 for not returning the equipment. WHY IS IT OUR FAULT THAT THEY CANNOT DO THEIR JOB!!! WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD. SHOULD BE LIQUIDATED AND MY GOD NEED TO TRAIN THEIR STAFF AGAIN

Few weeks ago sky went down and I was lied to for five days being told it would be on later that day every day being fed more lies. Was told u would be compensated but instead they took £60 from my bank . Now they have gone down again and no service again. After 14 years I'm done with sky. Won't get another penny.

If you have an elderly or vulnerable friend or family member who subscribe to SKY Broadband, phone or TV, please read the following, and check their subscription costs, as SKY have totally abused an 83-year-old lady with high pressure selling to engorge their profits. Facts about SKY telesales team, they cold-called her and sold her the following: • Superfast fibre broadband, when she has no smart phone, laptop or any internet device. • An expensive bouquet of extra TV channels when she only watches terrestrial Freeview TV. • A SKY Q box when she only has a 720 resolution TV: Total Package £77 per month More facts about SKY: • They charge twice as much as their own subsidiary, NOW TV, for the same service. • When you try to leave, they lie, saying you cannot keep your phone number. • They offer better deals to complete strangers on U-Switch than they do to loyal customers. • They refuse to answer letters. • They will not provide copy invoices, or even their own address for serving legal papers. • They have no policy to protect the elderly or vulnerable. My advice would be to avoid this company, they are about as relevant as Blockbuster, and have no moral compass when it comes to exploiting the vulnerable. SKY, you are aware of who I am from our recent exchanges, if you do not accept the above review, please issue your writ for libel, so we can finally get this this horror-show into court

Sky glass TV, avoid like the plague! I've been with sky for over 8 years and I've never had a problem. I've recently changed my contract from sky q to sky glass to bring my monthly payments down, I was very excited with my new 55' TV, the picture and sound are fine, the problem is there are not as many channels, there are no +1 channels, I've had problems with turning the TV on, the TV just going off, the sound cutting out, the picture freezing. I've read through quite alot of reviews and it would seem most people seem to be having the same problem but then are stuck paying for the TV regardless of whether you change packages or even cancel your TV subscription. AVOID SKY GLASS!!!

I have just reduced my bill by £50 a month by talking (for 40 minutes on a free phone number) to customer services. I STILL PAY £20 A MONTH MORE THAN IF I WERE A NEW CUSTOMER? I tried to take off sky cinema and was told it would cost more to do that. TV (inc. Netflix) sky sports and BT sport + broadband = £94. Why the £114 price tag...did I mention the "one off £30 charge to press some buttons? I am plumbed in for virgin.

Left without tv signal for 6 weeks due to them sending out incorrect engineers. Added extra charges to my bill that I was told I was not going to be charged. Since they have caused the errors I have been trying to raise a complaint. Told I would be called back last Friday, didn't happen. Told I would be called by a manager last night, didn't happen. Phoned on my lunch today to be told she would call me back after 6.30 tonight, instead she called me whilst I was working and left me a voicemail asking me to callback. Calls started at 6.20 this evening was told manager would call in an hour, didn't happen. I called back at 8.15 to be told they will message manager, still no call back. Called again at 8.47 and at 9pm auto message saying they are shut. In order to raise a complaint I have to talk to a manager but can't. Total time of me calling them on my phone is now 374 minutes, not accounting for the 3 nights I have had to sit in waiting for a callback. Disgusting customer service

I’m nearly speechless at how incompetent Sky are.. I am with Virgin media and overall happy with them, then a lovely boy called from Sky and did such a fabulous sales job, amazing deal, I agreed to switch. There then followed a period of such blundering ineptitude that I phoned Virgin Media and asked them to take me back.. which they did. I’m staying put!

Was having a great experience changing to Sky Glass. Smooth delivery and set up. Amazing picture and sound. THEN....... SKY GO EXTRA disappeared! I thought initially this would not be a problem as happened once before when I changed package but was restored as is a DIAMOND VIP perk. The only one I have ever wanted. The rest is rubbish of no use. After making a complaint, discovered it is not technically possible to restore my service. I WAS NOT TOLD THAT THIS WOULD BE THE CASE! AM ABSOLUTELY FUMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Approached by SKY to consider changing contract. Offered new contract at very attractive price which I agreed to take out. Received follow up email that contradicted what offer was agreed. Constantly ringing sky to resurrect call as I felt operator had duped me. No one would take responsibility. In the end I lost my cool and insisted that they registered a complaint. This was eventually agreed by someone in cancellation dept. As a result I was on the phone for nearly 2 hours and still did not have a resolution until the following day. I was told that the offer I was quoted did NOT exist and that their investigation had revealed that their recording had been erased. Coincidentally!!!!! I was there in a position to pay a further £20. At NO time did SKY compensate me for the time I had lost or the hours of my telephoning calls. I was just passed from pillow to post. Not impressed at all with their customer service.

BE AWARE!!!! Loads of promises before you sign up but afterwards it’s just downhill. Took out two contracts last week and when we received two iPhone 12 the battery was faulty. Having to charge it twice a day and didn’t even use it…Contacted Sky three days ago and they agreed to send returns envelope to return the phones back and also agreed to send out replacement phones so we can transfer everything across then send it back to them. Replacement phones still never arrived however empty envelope only arrived. Phoned Sky again and they’re denying it and saying we need to send our phones back first to see what’s the issue although we already told them. We don’t have other phones to use and we need to be without a phone for up to two weeks til they investigate the battery… We told them we just want exactly the same phone’s and that’s it but they don’t listen and keeps asking if we want to take “new contract”out and start again…UNBELIEVABLE!!! Staff clearly haven’t been trained properly and should never promise things. Asked to speak to the Manager however manager just wasn’t interested and wasn’t there. If you don’t want hassle and grief please stay away from these guys!!!!

Thanked me for being a customer for over 5 years. I then proceeded to update my tv package. Then within 3 hours found out I could have got a significantly better deal online if I was a new customer. Fantastic customer reward for loyalty. Not!!! Nothing changes with SKY.

Can’t fault sky, my broadband and sky Q is amazing. Yes I know it is pricey but sky is the best tv and broadband service. I know that it may take a while to talk to some one for help or advice but pretty much every company these days are sometimes tricky to contact any one it’s just life. I really don’t know why people give sky awful reviews.

Avoid this provider. Unless you like to spend hours getting through to someone after a ridiculous automated conversation that tries to get you to do it online rather than speak to someone, then when you get someome they then transfer you so you queue half an hour then get cut off. Start the process again to be told you will get a refund for the time since you swapped providers and sky had continued to take money out of your account, so they transfer you to do this and you get a vile, sarcastic patronising Scottish luceille ,who then says no way are you getting a refund you've infact got to pay them another month! She was having none of it and even said " I'd struggle with my bank paying two providers as well". That's helpful. Well yes lucielle ive just lost ALOT of money when i struggle as it is. Had the nerve to say hopefully in the future you will come back to us. I said after having to pay you £150 for service i haven't used off you, which was ridiculously over priced anyway (never lowered it in 8 years) there is no way on this earth I would EVER come back to sky and I will make sure none of my family or friends will so you've lost out for your company in the long run for sure, but she had the nerve to continue I owe them another payment. Well done "Lucielle", karma is a bigger # than you and enjoying ripping people off with zero sympathy will come back round and bite you. I can obtain proof I have been with another provider for nearly 3 months ,but that woman thinks its OK I should of still been paying them. I explained that my new provider inform them but they had no record so regardless of my being able to prove I'd moved providers she thinks it's OK I pay sky as well ! No wonder sky has terrible reviews everywhere and here's another to add to their ever growing collection. Clearly bad luck for me I got the worst unsympathetic jobsworthy agent. My advice is if Lucielle answers you hang up and try again. The agent before her from sky told me I'd be refunded from time the new provider took over ! I then leave being told not only will I not get it back I'm paying some more. Well done sky, the Internet is full of bad reviews and here is another to add to your ever growing list. I've heard other people complain about sky and its clear why. They treat customers like rubbish. My advice is do not sign up, go elsewhere!!! Or you will regret it one day.
