It's a very cheaply made phone and I would not recommend it to anyone i rate it a negative 10.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent experience with your services. As a loyal Sky customer for the past five years, I have always expected a high level of service and fair treatment. I recently returned from a trip to Brazil and was shocked to discover that my account had been terminated and I was charged a staggering ยฃ145 twice for 90MB of data each. This data was used while my phone was on roaming, and I was completely unaware of the exorbitant charges. To make matters worse, I was initially informed that I would receive a free tablet as part of my plan. However, upon closer inspection, I realized that the tablet was not actually free and would require me to pay a monthly fee for four years. This is unacceptable, especially considering the poor quality and slow performance of the device. I have attempted to reinstate my service and have offered to make monthly payments to cover the outstanding charges. However, I have been met with resistance and have been unable to resolve this issue. I am deeply troubled by the deceptive practices and poor customer service I have experienced. I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take immediate action to rectify the situation.

SKY shut down our reception while we were on summer vacation - tv down for around 15 to 20 days. I'm sure you have some good excuses and l would love to hear them.

I joined this company in September 2021 investing $15k .I earned constantly and could upgrade to the $25k pack and then to the $50k . After trading and making so much profit, withdrawals suddenly became very difficult. It says on their website that fund withdrawals will take around 3 days. I have had an ongoing issue with sky broadband and landline since the start of September 2024. I have had 2 Openreach engineers out. The last engineer said I needed a new router. I spoke to a representative today as not had internet or phone line all day. I was told I hadnโ€™t told them there was still an issue. Err excuse me but if the engineer said it was a router and I havenโ€™t been sent a replacement, how would the problem be solved. Absolute joke Sky Customer Services.

My husband and i joined sky in 2022 we received sky glass tv and 2 mobile phones we attended the Glasgow branch in Sauchiehall street .were we received a warm and knowledgeable welcome .After returning today we were greeted by the Same Kirsty Stewart who previously arranged all our business .i highly recommend sky for there dedication to there customers and ensuring they receive great service โ€ฆ

My contract was up to end and I let them know month ealier, I changin for new company. They charge me after that for the month when I already wasn't with them and now I'm waiting 5 weeks for my own money back. They didn't contact with me and keep my money in they pocket illegal.

Engineer come to my house asked me to clear the space where he needed to work the went outside (as he claimed would start from) the took off and updated the system saying I was at home Now I have to wait until the next appointment and when I call sky they said only could Sonia arrange another appointment Very disappointed

I'm apparently a vip customer yet sky have been charging me for sky cinema which I never asked for and didn't use, when I contacted them they said it was up to me to cancel! I never asked for it in the first place! Sky are rubbish from broadband to mobile and tv, I've had issues with all of them..never again!

I have been a Sky customer for almost 30 years and very loyal to the company with multiple services with them. Just over a year ago I had issues during a telephone call during which I was spoken to very rudely and then cut off. I called back quite upset as I had been basically told I was stupid as I didnโ€™t know how to re connect my broadband, which was a new subscription but we had no service at all. After speaking to another helpful advisor it was confirmed there was little signal in my house despite being assured there was prior to cancelling my broadband with BT. Since then I have gradually cancelled all my services, 3 mobile phones, my broadband and phone line and finally today my TV. On every occasion I struggled to cancel and was initially spoken to rudely or had my call cut off. Today when I called to cancel the final part of my whole subscription the TV. Ten minutes into the call , the help desk worker was still trying to say I couldnโ€™t cancel and I needed to phone at the end of the month for better deals as I was silly to leave after almost 30 years! I politely explained I wanted to leave due to previous issues so he cut me off. I called back and got a very helpful man who apologised and cancelled the subscription in two minutes proving to me that the previous person was either lying or has little knowledge in this area. The different levels of customer service with Sky is shocking and the reason I have cancelled my whole subscription over the last 18 months as allowed for contractual reasons.

I was conned into paying more for a better Wi-Fi connection. Guess what? Itโ€™s actually worse! I phoned to complain and was told there was nothing else to be done. Also, I couldnโ€™t get out of my 18 month contract unless I paid a fee. Never going to use Sky again. When my contract expires I will go elsewhere.

I can say this after my experience with him so please avoid this company by all means. I invested over 2 months a sum of 157,000 euros with this platform, but they took off with my money. \'W' kept requesting for money with different excuses. It was until I reported to alexivictimhelps that forced a charge-back from the platform before my withdrawal was processed. Investors should avoid brokers like this. My experience from purchase to the delivery was fantastic and the guy's that delivered it were so professional it's a credit to you,I can honestly say it's the best delivery experience I've ever had. Absolutely terrible you are watching a programe go to the toilet come bk and it has gone of and you can't retrieve it have no idea why it has gone but has done this on a daily basis since we have got this am so disgusted with the service and comment at bottom add bottom like to add photo well that would be great if we could actually see a full program lol

I think l have just got over a nervous breakdown! All because of SKY. l have been without a land line since the 1st of July 2024 and today the itโ€™s told me Iโ€™m connected, after two friends helped me out. But itโ€™s not, the television screen has being on that this 11.00am this morning, l have tried phoning SKY. ONLY to be told all information is ON LINE. I donโ€™t wish to bore you with fact is l am a 86 and l am proud to say that l use an iPad every day. But with no help what so ever fROM SKY l was at a complete loss at how to fix it up. And l really think you should know that your staff tell lies as l was assured (possibly to get rid of me ) that a man would come along once the HUB was delivered and set it all up. Only to be told by another member of staff That was RUBBISH. TO BE HONEST WITH YOU PEOPLE, WORDS FAIL ME, and if you are at all interested to know l still donโ€™t have a land line, your comments would be appreciated before l start packing up all your goods and returning them and l shall be writing to the Ombudsman.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Sky Service pay-per-view service. I purchased a one-week subscription with the expectation of being able to view the Sky Sport NBA basketball Olympic games, but I was unable to access any of the footage, including highlights. Despite my repeated requests for a refund, Sky has ignored my emails and refused to acknowledge my situation. I feel that I have been misled and am disappointed with the lack of customer service I have received. I will not be using Sky Service again and would advise others to consider alternative options for pay-per-view services.
