"Back in October 2023 started with issues with very poor broadband. Multiple engineer visits and unable to resolve. \r\nWith open reach installing new fibre cables in my area, I decided to hold on and wait for this service to be available to me. As I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years, I thought it was the right thing to do. \r\nHow wrong was I!!!!\r\nHad the install done 2 weeks ago, started of great. For they 1st 15-30 mins. Lightning speeds of over 900 mps. \r\nUnfortunately that's was very short lived and I have been getting very poor service since. I'm lucky if I get 25-30mps. I will be making full use of the right to cancel with the minimum guaranteed speed is 580. \r\nVery disappointed customer. \r\n\r\nDo not buy, unless you enjoy buffering streams and really slow Internet."

"Just want yo make people aware, that the sky mobile phone warranty is non existant. You have yo pay \u00a3316.00. Every time. \r\nI have a flip phone that has broken. Keeps turning off on closing. The repair company they use is called ingram. They will not look at any device if there is any minute damage to the screen. I have a small mark realy hard to see. And they refuse to even look at the phone unless I pay. I can't believe that this teeny dig is the problem my phone won't work. Their excuse is the screen needs to be replaced as it could shatter whilst being repaired. Honestly there is nothing there. I am really angry that if they can do this to my phone that has minimal damage they can do this ro everyone. People be aware, get phone insurance as sky is non existent.\r\nHad my device returned to me not repaired and the courier did. Left it hanging out the letter box."

"Haven\u2019t had Sky working for the last week.\r\nSky finally send a Sky technician who arrived late and had one look at the single story roof and can\u2019t be bothered pulling out his ladder so says he has to reschedule for sometime during the week as he needs two men to do this job. Sky unit has only been in for 3 months and it only took one person to get on a ladder and set it all up. Indian technician couldn\u2019t be stuffed doing the job and has fibbed it off. Sky please don\u2019t send people who can\u2019t be bothered to service your units as they give your company a very bad name."
