“The worst hair I hve ever bought! This hair started tangling even before the installment and since them has been terrible. Hair does not hold a curl good and I wouldnt even think of dying it. Tried contacting slay queen about my purchase and they never responded. Save your money and dont buy this hair”

“I'm very disappointed with Slay hair. I put in an order and they cancelled because I used a promotion code and received 50% off. I received a phone call from them and they asked me where I got the promotion code from and I said a friend, which was true. Then then hung up on me and cancelled my order. They also reported me as fraud on PayPal. I will never order hair from them and my friend said the hair wasn't good quality anyway.”

“Horrible , felt like a brought store brought hair in aisle 2 . The shedding within 3 days . The curls matte up so I couldn't rub my hands thru it . I tried to wash it but that only made it shed more . Maybe I got the guck up packs of hair . I was disappointed , but I only actually paid 50 dollars for 4 bundles . I won't be ordering again . TIFFANEY PHILADELPHIA”

“I am not fond of this hair at all!! Is there anyway you can tell me the hair I received last time? I think it was Brazilian body wave. I loved that hair and I wanted to get that again, but it's not on the site! Help!!!!”

“I had no issues with purchasing the hair ; HOWEVER when I was not satisfied with the quality of the hair and reached out to customer service I had a horrible experience. Their customer service was terrible, after initially reaching out someone responded to me. It was following my second email / third / fourth email that I did no get ANY response about a possible solution to my issue with the hair quailty. While this hair is very cheap, there is most certainly a reason why . I would never purchase this cheap hair AGAIN. Save your money and purchase someone quality hair. It's not worth it . They show the same 8 pictures on IG. Overall my experience with Slay Queen Hair was bad. I would NOT purchase nor recommend purchasing this hair to anyone .”

“Paid about £30 for delivery charges only to be faced with and unexpect charge when the hair arrived in the country of £61 for customs. There was no information on this anywhere on the website due to this the package was sent back to the sender. I emailed numerous time requesting. For my refund because I DID NOT receive my order no response from October 2016 it's not January 2017 and still no email or refund no nothing and I've contacted them numerous times £250+ lost and gone down the drain. Wouldn't recommend this company personally.”

“I never received my order. Once I made my purchase I never got a confirmation email or anything with shipping info & it had been 5 days. I sent emails & messages on Instagram & no one responded. I ended up cancelling my order since I couldn't get a response from anyone. Very unprofessional!”

“They are scammers. I placed 2 orders and returned 1 and never received my money back. I was texting someone from the company who stopped responding and didn't issue a refund for the return. Oh the hair is HORRIBLE!! I wore it to Aruba and it tangled in the water. By far the worst hair I ever brought but buying 3 bundles of 22 for 150 should've been a flag enough for me. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!”

“I guess that based on the price I shouldn't be too surprised, but truthfully the hair is a matted, tangled, shedding mess. I made it into a wig, so I could avoid wear and tear of everyday use and even that proves to be difficult. Putting it on for just a few hours means I'll spend that equal amount of time detangling and attempting to to revive it again! You get what you pay for ladies and gents!”
