I’ve requested someone other than Susanne Page contact me. My furniture came broken. The service I have received falls so far below the standard. My sofa came broken I advised complaints and have been ignored since raising a complaint. Susanne page told me it’s only a broken button but I worked all year for my sofa to arrive broken. Not offered a call back told to deal with it but complaints manager. Ok requesting someone more senior to Susanne reply.

Excellent from start to finish. The sofa was exactly as described and came earlier then ordered with the most helpful delivery team who were happy to put it in place. The sofa is great and so comfy and was sold at a great price compared to competitors. Thanks

My goods arrived faulty. They do not take calls nor do they assist they do jot read the complaint and providing faulty goods is contrary to the consumer goods act. The service is disgusting they treat customers badly

Ordered a lovely looking corner sofa. 8pm night before delivery we had a time slot sent via text. We dismantled our sofa and put it out for the council to collect. Text the day of the delivery saying there was an issue. Took hours to chase up. Panther (the delivery company) say only half a sofa was delivered to them. SLF say they couldn’t fit the sofa on the lorry as there was not room (£59 delivery charge by the way!). A week later after we complained as we had no communication from them about a new delivery date, they cancelled the order. We are sofa less and need to wait months now for a new one to be made! Do not use. We would not recommend. They have no customer service, and no care for their customers. I dread to think how they would deal with a faulty product ...

Unbelievably Outraged... I recommend you avoid altogether! Appalling customer service with regards to return and refund. SLF24 provide an online service of delivering furniture, that cannot be tried out or tested before hand, the website makes several comments about this fact to try and put you at ease... It claims I can return the sofa I ordered within 14 days for £150, AS LONG AS I HAVE NOT TRIED OR EVEN SEEN THE SOFA! You are not allowed to have opened the packaging, assembled or sat on the item... Please explain to me how I would want to know that I want to return the sofa if I hadn't even seen the sofa let alone tried it, touched it, opened it, put it together or sat on it? Not wanting me to have sampled it seems totally unreasonable and quite frankly illegal in terms of my consumer rights.

Excellent service. Had a couple of questions prior to ordering that were answered immediately. Sofa bed arrived on the promised day and time and looks really good. Delighted with the whole experience

The customer service is little poor you have to follow them for your order quilty is just ok the price we have paid for 2 seater sofa it is not cheap on this quilty it looks OK in website before you order ask for samples for the material

I order a sofa bed about a month after the end of the lockdown and the customer service, communication, and delivery were excellent. I was concerned that due to the travel restrictions and situation, in general, there could be many problems but it was all perfect. Special mention to Marcin from the customer service team who was always really responsive and helpful. We are really happy with the sofa and the whole experience.

We discovered the site through Ads on Instagram and were a bit reluctant to buy something from them given the fact that we had never heard about it. Our concerns were unfounded. The sofa took 3-4 weeks to arrive (as we were informed) and we couldn't be happier when it did. Great quality and it looks amazing in our living room. Oh, it was also partially assembled so it was super quick to set it up. I would recommend it to anyone and would definitely buy from them again.

Delivery of my Dillon sofa, footstool and armchair was brilliant! Can't fault the delivery but the quality of the sofa is not great. You can hear the wood creak as you sit on it and the feet for the sofa and footstool were not provided with adequate screws or screw holes. Going to have to borrow tools and buy different screws to attach the feet. Overall not impressed, wish had bought elsewhere in a sale.

ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED ONLINE. I recently purchased the Slender 3 Seater Sofa in Flamingo from SLF24 and was very excited to receive it after waiting for four weeks for it to be made and delivered. The delivery company was exceptional as they carried my sofa up a flight of stairs and even helped me to unwrap it. To my surprise the dusty pink (flamingo) sofa I purchased was actually a deep mauve/ Lilac colour. If the colour was at least close to the image on the website I wouldn’t have minded but it wasn’t. I emailed the company and spoke to Susanne. Sending her an image comparison of the sofa I received by the sofa online requesting an exchange for a different colour since as a business owner myself I’d rather not ask for a refund. This was the email I received. ‘Dear Naomi, We have just checked pictures and you have receive a correct colour.’ After going back and forth... or should I say forth and forth because they IGNORED my emails. Susanna copied and pasted the original message as a reply to my emails requesting a refund along with ‘your claim is refused’. I will be reporting this company to trading standards. I run two businesses and would never treat my customers as such. Needless to say I am a VERY UNHAPPY Customer and will never recommend this company. Absolutely disgusting customer service. * Images show colour difference, I’ve even added a cushion in one of the photos to show the colour I near enough expected and the colour I received.

Buyer beware - colour not as pictured I purchased the demure armchair in Velluto Flamingo and whilst the product is great and the courier services were efficient. The colour itself is several times darker than pictured. If you like lilac then ignore me but if your after a pink seat then look elsewhere. Customer services are pretty dismissive also so don’t expect much help there.

Dillon left hand sofa arrived looks different to the photo. Back support is at very big slant and very uncomfortable. The legs arrived with wrong screw which mean we can't make actual full use of the sofa for another 5-7 days and all claims department had to say was "apologies". After paying so much for a sofa I'd expect much better service. Wish I'd gone with another company

Very pleased customer! I ordered the navy baron left side L shaped sofa from SLF24. I had never used this website before but loved the sofas online, it had good prices and good reviews. SLF24 told me the day the sofa would arrive and on the day they gave me a 2 hr time window during which the sofa should arrive. I absolutely love the sofa. It is beautiful and even though it looked gorgeous online it looks even better in real life. Nice material, nice colour, good size (it’s a very big sofa). Everyone that has seen the sofa so far has said it is gorgeous and so comfy. I will definitely be ordering from SLF24 again. The only two improvement points I have are: - The delivery men (who are not part of SLF24 but are part of a delivery company) were not patient enough to fit the biggest side of the sofa through my living room door, they advised me to get the door unhinged and then get someone to push it through later. When they left I managed to push that chunk of the sofa through myself without unhinging the door. - It would be good to be able to change the days you want the sofa to arrive I.e. have it arrive on a Saturday instead of a Friday.

We are really pleased with our Ducon Velvet Wingback Chair & Footstool. It looks super charming and is extremely comfortable - definitely recommend it! Really good communication with the delivery service too, which made it all very smooth.

Very happy with our new orange sofa. Great price and exactly what we were looking for. The delivery guys were a little early, but waited 5 minutes for me to rush home. They took it into the room we wanted and were very friendly even though they had to wait for me!
