“I found SpaFan through Google search for Alexa enabled outdoor smart fans. I purchased three fans for our outdoor covered porch. The fans arrived in short order with excellent packaging and no damage.”

“I ordered 2 direct current pull chain control fans from SmaFan. The fans were shipped promptly, packaged well, and looked to be very well built. Unfortunately, the fans were wired with only a single positive/hot wire for both the fan and the attached light. I expected (and needed) separate positive/hot wires for the fan and the light in order to utilize the existing wiring for my wall switches. I contacted SmaFan and was very pleased with their help in returning the fans and getting a refund. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND SmaFan for both the quality of their products and services.”

“The fan I ordered arrived quickly. After installing it it wobbled quite a bit and had a rattling sound. I contacted support and right away they sent a replacement, which worked perfectly. I love the design and the Google home integration. I highly recommend Smafan”

“Bought a new 54 inch fan from SmaFan for my master bedroom. Really enjoy having the app to help control the fan/light and the 10 speed option is very convenient. The online video did help on setting up the fan and hanging it, I just wish it was a bit more clear on some of the parts or showed how to do the extension part. Overall, the experience and price was great.”

“The website and ordering process was easy to navigate. My fan initially had a noise issue Mr. Hugo Ho in SmaFan Customer Service identified the problem and promptly sent out a replacement part. Problem solved and the fan is performing well. Very quiet.”

“SmaFan.com customer was service was excellent. I ordered three of the same model fans and one came with a minor issue on the light kit. Customer service quickly responded and sent me out a replacement light kit within a couple days to resolve the issue. And they continued to follow up and check in on it to make sure everything was good.”

“Bought 3 fans to replace 3 old ones and update my house. I was nervous going with a new to market unrated fan (yet), i appreciate that they gave me a coupon for the buy, and delivered on time. I can now tell you their fans are quality and exactly as described. Love that they come with a warranty or exchange as well just Incase you run into any issues around install. I however did not and am loving my 3 new fans so far! I would most definitely order from smafan again. My handyman says they are quality fans! He was pleasantly surprised and I'm a happy customer. I didn't like any of the options at home Depot or Lowe's, and I found that smafan had a wider selection and exactly what I was looking for which was something very specific, like searching for a needle in a haystack lol! Smafan creators and I must be of the same mind because the fan I bought was new to market and I'm so glad they are selling it! Go get you what your looking for, you'll find it here!”
