I had been waiting for a new mower blade to get back in stock. When I called Customer Service and told the rep the whole story, she told me they would replace the entire mower! Unbelievable service!

I experienced a malfunction with an item that was covered under warranty, the customer service tech that assisted me with the issue was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly resolved the warranty issue. A return label for the malfunctioning item was quickly sent and replacement item was mailed just as quick.

i purchased a 48 volt chordless snow blower which failed after 10 minutes of running i was told to send the unit back which i did. after two weeks of waiting the replacement showed up. this replacement also ran for ten minutes then failed after many phone calls i was told to ship the batteries back for replacement i was never told to ship them in two different boxes. i recieved one battery NOT two the unit is totally useless without two batteries. i was told the second battery would show up after another week. nothing yet!!!!!!. the winter will soon be over and i feel i will be stuck with a snowblower that will be out of warrenty next winter

I had to call Snow Joe to report a failure on my water hose. The way you can find out what kind of company you are dealing with is when you report a problem. Well, Snow Joe went above and beyond in their customer service. I was asked to verify the type of hose I had purchased and send a picture of where it was damaged. That was it. I was told that my replacement hose would be sent to me within 5-8 business days. One week later my hose arrived and is working great. Thanks Snow Joe for standing behind your products.

The cordless snow blower products seem to be very poorly made - I am on my third snow blower this year, and neither of the previous two could work for more than 5 minutes before running into issues. The first one, ion18sb, died and could not be restarted. The 2nd one, 24v-x2-20sb, kept cutoff when touching just a bit of snow. The current one was able to complete one snow clearing job - fingers crossed wish it can last. The warranty service, on another hand, is exceptional. Replacement was quick. However I do wish the product quality can be better.
