my problem was resolved, but I don't understand why the nozzles get clogged.

Support team members that I dealt with were all outstanding. The dethatcher I got to replace the one that malfunctioned worked as it was supposed to, and as far as the thatch it pulled out, the volume exceeded my expectations. For some reason since using it, in days that followed- the lawn has turned brown as if in dormancy or dying. I don't see this happening to neighbors surrounding me.

Language barrier was a bit frustrating. Hold times were quite long. Took more than one call to resolve. Incorrect shipping tracking info was first given. But, the warranty was more than fairly honored and I am pleased, especially if I can keep this replacement unit running.

I had a spx4003ult pressure washer that developed a leak. The coverage under warranty went quite smoothly. I received the new unit today and setup was exceptionally easy. The problem came when I went to run the unit. It only spurted about a pint of water and quit. I check everything took it apart and reassembled. I did this three times, on the third attempt it "popped" and now seems to be working. I have not used it on a project yet. What is my warranty on this unit and with this scenario do give extra time on the warranty? Let me know Ed

The person who helped me was incredible. She was friendly and patient. She listened to me and was able to help. I called trying to get help fixing my mower. I called a few places that wouldn’t help, so I thought the manufacturer might know places to go. I ended up getting my mower replaced, since it was under warranty. What I didn’t realize is the replacement mower lasts about 20 minutes on battery whereas the previous model I owned would last around an hour or more. I used to mow my entire lawn with two batteries, but now two batteries won’t mow even a quarter of my lawn. The replacement mower is basically useless and I’ll need to buy a new mower. I’m really frustrated they couldn’t fix my mower and they didn’t warn me this new mower would only last a fraction of the time. I probably wont by a Snow/Sun Joe product again until I feel like the company is more established so I can ensure I can get my mower repaired easily or they don’t move from making powerful tools to toy mowers.

Began correspondence 18 May 2023, support requested I send a short video of the leaking power washer. The 25th of May received notice that a warranty shipment number was assigned. Initially I thought they would ship a replacement unit, then shipping/ returning back defective unit, with box and packing material. Calling support number and waiting 30 mins, 1 June 2023. They wanted me to return the unit by UPS return label. I have no issue when pressure washer is operational. There is a lag time in following up with the customer. Returned the unit, pending outcome. Issue I live in a rual area box on hand is hopefully aquate.
