The quick connect/disconnect connector on the end of the sprayer wand disconnected from the stainless tube. (5 months old and used about 10 times.) Warranty replacement is not available, so they offered to replace the entire pressure washer. However, they will not send the unit until I send the existing unit back. I have no box for it, so I need to buy a box to have the warranty item replaced or wait an undetermined amount of time for the spray wand to become available. This item is still under the original warranty and I bought the extended warranty when I bought the pressure washer.

I was treated very well by your customer service representative. Unfortunately my unit was no longer under warranty. I was hoping to pay for a new auger on my unit but she told me that was not possible. I have two 24 volt batteries and charger and need a new unit for next winter. I was hoping you might have some units available

The customer service representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very pleased with his work, which is why I rated him a 5 star. However, I was told I would receive a better quality hose than what I was returning. That is not the case! I receive the same hoses that have been replaced several times because they are nothing that the manufacturer claims. They kink, not good quality as they get tiny punctures out of nothing, water leaks from the area that connects to the wall. I would prefer a full refund to try a different brand of water hose.

I have tried to get some help with attaching the spraying wand to the gun with no help. My daughter wanted me to return the unit, but the unit is fine and I do not want a rebuilt unit and decided NOT to return the unit. I have other products from Snow Joe and they work fine.

Had a problem with dethatcher and the customer service experience was outstanding. I received my new dethatcher yesterday and today I dethatched and scarified my lawns. I am a very happy customer and highly recommend the product. I also have a Snow Joe which I just love.

I needed a part for my pressure washer. You did not have it in stock, but were able to give me the specs for this general hardware item. I found it on Amazon with this info, bought it and fixed my problem for less than $10, inc shipping. This was a "no sale" for Sno-Joe, but a happy customer.

Outstanding Customer Service... I purchased the Snow Joe tiller/cultivator. I had an issue with it on first run. I contacted their customer service. The issue was quickly resolved, and I received a new tiller/cultivator within days of send the original back. Next yard equipment that I purchase, I will be looking to Snow Joe and their products.
