“Had a faulty product. These things can happen but with some companies it can be painful trying to resolve the issue. Not only was the issue resolved without question, I had a replacement the following day.”

“From an installer who deals with high end products on a daily basis I was honestly dubious to use Soak. How wrong was I. Products and service are exceptionally good for the price we have paid. Would highly recommend to anyone”

“I ordered several items worth over £2000. On my last order, I ordered 2 coupled toilet units as part of the items in my order in September. After 8 unsuccessful attempts with issues ranging from cracked cisterns to missed items, I have cancelled the order on the 20th of November. The incompetencies ranged from no notification of failed delivery to rude customer agents at courier company ( DX), who make it quite clear that its not their problem! The builders have longed left the property and so I have to rely on the their good will or pay another builder to fit the toilet. I am raising a complaint and have decided never to use this company again!”

Kind Regards soak.com Please click here to revise your review Hello, My issue never been resolved. My main problem is the quality of your products. The cabinet had a mark on the side, a bath front panel arrived with a crack in the middle (has been replaced) the toilet flush button stuck in numeral occasions. The shower screen seal fell off in two weeks. All of this to be fixed cost me time and money. Unfortunately I don`t trust that the replacement will be any better quality however if you would like to solve my problem I would be very happy to change my review. Kind regards”

“Bought Denver vanity unit with built in basin, a tap, a Denver tall wall hung storage cabinet and a Loxley mirror with shelf. All arrived on day promised (although no time given) and all looks fabulous in our new bathroom. The drawers in the vanity unit were damaged but replaced after emailing photos of damage, also a bracket was missing for one of the shelves on the mirror. Again, replaced with no quibble. Great products and great after sales service. Would definitely buy from Soak again and no hesitation in recommending.”

“Nothing really went right! We had a shower enclosure delivered, and one panel was damaged. Two weeks and three replacements later, we finally got one that was acceptable. It was still damaged, but in a place that was hidden as part of the installation. Not Soak's finest hour!”

“Made me unhappy customer service was bad phoned due to item going on sale one day after purchasing would not give me a discount very disappointed was told to return item then re order that would mean wasting time, money and energy.”
