“Put the items in my basket and checked out over the phone after speaking to a very helpful phone operator. Delivery turned up on time and nothing was missing, despite it being a very large order. Great communication - would definitely use again!”

“Your range of items is good, the photos are accurate and customer service on the phone was very good. I did have some issues ordering online, but your team eventually resolved them. With regards delivery - one item (a large shower tray) arrived damaged, which we didn't notice until it was totally unpackaged when being installed. By this point we had had it for a few weeks in storage. I believe your driver either dropped it or it was damaged in transit as no one else touched it from where he put it in the garage. I was worried as although your driver arrived with another person, she was unable to assist him with heavy lifting and he carried a 40kg+ tray on his own down my driveway (about 50m). That's surely not a good idea and doesn't surprise me if he dropped it or let go by mistake. The plumber was able to conceal the chip when installing it, but you should be aware that drivers are struggling with very heavy items.”

“Everything was delivered in a timely manner. The delivery guys brought everything off of the van and into the garage for us. They were very polite and helpful and their customer service was excellent. However there were a few issues with our bath pannel and it was cracked and had to be replaced twice which was a nusance, but was sorted in the end.”

“I have only marked one star as zero stars is not available. Order placed and accepted. Tried to delay delivery by e-mail (no reply). After 5 phone calls with lengthy holds it was agreed to delay delivery by 14 days. Then received notification of the delivery on original date. After several phone calls, delivery was cancelled. Order then arrived and had to be refused. Received refund eventually but not full refund (£150.00 short). Got full refund after another lengthy call. Then tried to re-order by phone and e-mail and had no response. Placed £1,000.00 order with a different supplier.”

“I bought a P-shape 1600mm bath with glass panel and side panel from soak + a shower set. The first delivery wasn't the luckiest as the bath came with a scratch and the side panel was cracked. However, I contacted Soak, sent over photos of the damage and they replaced both promptly. That bath itself - I absolutely love it!!!! Highly recommend to anyone. Had to go for a 1600mm one rather than a 1700mm and thought it might be on the short side (I'm quite tall) but it's just right. Very comfortable bath, shower great as well, love both products. Only slightly annoying thing about the bath is that the panel is plastic and every time I lean against it bends slightly but then 'unbends' so not an issue really.”

“Customer service was good, generally quality of products good, but a few things felt a little cheap. Had a broken toilet seat which was replaced immediately. Was able to return a few items we didn't use and the products have been holding up well to the abuse of 2 young kids!”
