This is the worst lenses l've ever got in my life, better off buying the cheap ones online
I've spent over 300$ dólares ok those lenses and they sent the wrong one, the quality it's terrible
I tried to give it another chance and just purchased again!
Disappointed again, I bought one that said comes 2 lenses and came only one side, with a totally wrong color! Yellow, terrible so fake and doesn't even fit in my eyes, I'm so disappointed for spending and throwing money's away with this garbage

“Absolute scam of a company when it comes to service.
Received my order, one of the lenses was faulty and ended up burning my eye.
After numerous communication, they agreed to send a replacement (had to take a picture and cut the lens in half).
This is where it gets interesting, shared the picture of the lens cut in half and ISABELLE, advised me this is not their lens and it looks completely different.
I then shared numerous pictures at different angles with no response for over 3 days. Raised as dispute with my bank which then miraculously triggered a response that a replacement will be sent.
Scam of a company which will try any tricks to get away. If you are not willing to go through a lengthy dispute process through your bank then do not order from them.
Response upon replacement received:
"As the issue has been resolved I would ask that you kindly contact your bank and ask for this dispute to be canceled/closed."”
“These came fast and customer service is awesome 😎 the contacts where packed nicely got a makeup bag which was a plus very cute but the only thing is I can’t wear these for long only for about two hrs after that my eyes where itchy and burning they irrated them badly so maybe my eyes just don’t agree with them as I hoped I had gotten them due to the reviews they are s beautiful color though I just wished my eyes didn’t hurt or burn”

“Contacts were not comfortable AT ALL, despite having a second pair shipped to me at the correct base curve. I tried 2 different pairs to no success. I have been wearing color contacts for over 20 years. Currently using the air optics brand for the last decade. Wished your contacts worked out as I waited impatiently to received them. “I got the yearly Hidrocor contacts, the jade green? I think. Anyway, mine had a prescription too. Unlike other contacts, these are thicker and feel really comfortable, my issue was the actual look/ color. They look beautiful but a bit too striking!! Since you can't returned them, I ordered a Blue, hoping the color won't be so striking and a bit less noticable. They do look real.”
“Are usually order yearly lenses, but this time money was tight. I ordered Aquarela three month Samba green color. After about four days, one was torn I contacted customer service. They were gracious and kind and offered to send me a replacement lens and to my surprise not only did they send me the one replacement lens they sent me two!! The customer service people are very kind understanding and go out of their way to help you when a problem arises i one hundred percent recommend Solatica not only for the beautiful color lens selection and for the kindness in immediately fixing the problem that I had the shipment who’s fault it was they corrected the situation. “I sent 4 emails about my concern and no one has responded. They respond promptly to inquiries however, for concerns they don’t. I ordered 3 contacts and was very excited to wear them. I got them very quickly. I tried all of them on and was good until an hour. And two hours and three. I had to take them off on the 4th hour as my eyes couldn’t bare the burning. It gradually felt very uncomfortable. My eyes were burning. Even after I took off my contacts, my eyes can barely open and tearing non-stop. I reached out to them so I cab return and I can get a refund. No one ever responded. It is very disappointing. I spent a lot of money thinking I got quality contacts but nothing about it is quality.It is really very upsetting. Not even an email back to acknowledge receipt of my concern or any service recovery solution.”

“Contacts are NOT natural looking as website claims. I have dark brown eyes; ordered the Solflex in Cristal and the Aquarella in Sienna Brown and will not be wearing either. WASTE OF MONEY. Not sure how this brand is getting so much PR about how fabulous the lenses are, but don't be fooled. If you don't care that it is
obvious that you are wearing colored contacts, then you'll probably be happy. I personally think people look terrible with "fake looking eyes". But if the goal is to look like your eyes are naturally a different color than what you were born with then DO NOT ORDER.”

“Hidrocor monthly are a bit uncomfortable after 2 weeks of everyday use for me. Hidrocor yearly ones are definitely thicker and long lasting material, after 8+h I feel I have to put them down. Aquarella ones are perfect fit for me, they feel comfortable, I have then in color Alegria Gray, which are not as pretty and eyecatching as hidrocor graphite, I will try other shades from quarterly collection and try to match the color with graphite :)”
